The auto car wash service is great for cars in need of a quick wash with light dirt on it. So unfortunately, it's not for me. The short version, I drive my car through dusty roads everyday to Geelong and the auto wash can't clean it well enough, unless I did this every fortnight. I can't afford it that often so it's not for me. The long version, I used the auto-car wash on the Big Kahuna setting with the added $2 for "blow wave" (or something like that). The results are in the picture attached. Side note, the wheels were still quite dirty too. I'm not dissatisfied with the result as it removed the superficial dirt on the car which accrued recently but it obviously can't remove anything that's been there for over a few weeks. I had to manual scrub that down when I got home. So if you guys are after a quick wash on a car that's mildly dirty, the auto car wash is good but don't expect anything more than that without scrubbing it off. If the soap were left on the car's body for a minute or two, then the result might be better but I suppose I paid for speed and convenience so no complaints from me. I'm just sad about the fact that it can't do more for my car but oh well. Back to washing on the driveway I suppose. :)

Car wash looks pretty good, though I didn't use it. We went for the dog wash instead, not great. Make sure you park outside, and avoid using the car wash entrance, otherwise you're gonna have to lineup as if you're going to wash your car as both entrance and exit are one way only, and there's no way you can go to the dog wash without passing through the car wash. In addition, it's pretty loud where the dog wash area is. The back of the laser wash is so noisy! If like mine, your dog gets a bit overwhelmed or shaky at the time of having a bath, this one won't help. As for the equipment, it's pretty standard, clean, and in good condition. I'm planning to go back one day and use the car wash.

After being told off to pay over $200 from two different car wash places, I decided to give it a go at this self service car wash. I was tempted to use the auto wash but my car wasn’t cleaned up in a while so did go for the manual one. I was amazed at the efficiency of the self service wash tools. Within 15 mins, my car was >80% clean. Overall, I paid $22 and my car was way cleaner than when I had paid $79/$149 for a cleanup in the past. Never going back to any other car washes again. This place is amazing! I will definitely be trying the auto car wash next time

I've been going here for years, never had an issue. Since the business has changed hands several months ago, I've been through the automatic wash three times. Today was my last visit. The price has increased and each time, the car comes out just as dirty as it was before the wash. I've given two stars because the dog wash is good and the gentleman working there is always friendly. However, I don't go there to make new friends...I just want a clean car.

This site is excellent for car owners who value convenience and flexibility; the site goes above and beyond to cater to the needs of busy individuals, and even offers the ability to pay via card when using the vacuums. The staff are friendly and provide excellent service while maintaining a clean and organised facility that operates around the clock.

Haven’t used it since a bad experience a few years ago. Decided to try it again, bloody switch on machine out of alignment so was trying to foam car all the No foam on brush but water coming out of strayer on wall. I’ll go back to the one on hogans corner, much better.

Used non touch laser wash for low dirty vehicle sedan. It seem that the washer was broken. It could not clean and dry properly. There were patches left uncleaned and water was not blow dried. I would not recommend the touch free laser wash. Waste of time and money.

I tried this place based on the google reviews and I must say I'm impressed. Reach out to the car wash attendants for tips and tricks they are really helpful. They have card tap machine installed everywhere which is easy to use. Will surely come next time!

Used untouched car wash service for $17. The bad thing is it doesn't blow air to dry your vehicle after wash. This would need extra $ to add a blower for drying. I didn't like it. I had to spend extra time to dry my vehicle after wash. Not recommend

More expensive than my usual place… and didn’t even leave my car clean… I admit I had driven through a deep puddle so had some dirty splash marks on my bonnet, but my usual has got that out before… chap working there seemed pleasant enough though…

My car hadn't been washed in ages and I had so much road grime on it. Gave it a spray with the Wheel, Tyre and Engine cleaner and then straight through the Touch Free Laserwash and couldn't believe how clean it came out. Was totally blown away.

Did the laser automated wash with the big Kahuna package and blow wave drying. Not worth at all. It only sprayed shampoo and water and could still see spots all over the body after the wash. Not worth paying $20 for this ☹️.

I was bored so I drove over from Seddon to see if the good reviews were worth the hype...and they are! The auto car wash is fantastic. Completely cleaned my car and wheels to boot. Highly recommended.

Poor finish .milkshake spill not removed from duco and rear window. Wheels still noticeably unclean. Large towel very dirty when vehicle dried at home, 2km from wash.Not very dirty before washing.

Pretty much you can get all the car washing and cleaning done in this place. They have a clean and well maintained premise.
