I did it again!!!!!!!! Went to wash my car and got stuck reading the screen and taped the screen and hit the highest price wash $90, I love my car but $90 I don't think so..... Well no one could tell me how to cancel it... One lady came over to help but she was the same, no cancel button. She did suggest knocking on a door at the end of the car wash so I did but I turned around and saw this chap walking towards my car and it wasbthe Eco Wash attendant and he showed me how I stuffed up and fixed it and now my car is nice and shiny. Oh! I got the $18 extreme not the $90 extreme. I'm a happy little customer.

Well maintained carwash with modern equipment. A couple bays for power spray hand washing, especially recommended if your car is more dirty. I think they discourage really muddy cars using the wash altogether. Also 3 fully automated "touch free" wash bays do a great job on lightly soiled cars and those that come for their weekly wash. There are about 5 vacuum cleaner bays and 2 dog washes too. Facilities are clean and tidy, despite this being a very busy car wash. Being self-serve, it's open 24 hours. If you do have an issue, it's generally staffed from mornings til 5pm, 7 days a week.

Extremely rude pathetic service. The guy that works there is an absolute lunatic that lost his mind completely. Should never be in a customer service representative. This business is an absolute joke insulting their clients treating them like total jerks. Disgraceful and awful service. Will never spend a dollar here again. The worker came to us screaming his face off for no reason, I thought it was a man from the street at the start turned out the staff there has lost his plots completely.

I use the dog wash here regularly and it's excellent value for money. My dog stays smelling fresh for a long time and he enjoys the warm water during the washing. Car wash is always busy which is a good sign , dual auto wash keeps wait times low for the touch free wash - prices are pretty good for what you get also. Their spray on wax in the manual wash bays is the best stuff around too, seems to keep that water beading on the windows longer . All round a top notch establishment.

The auto wash does a decent job and it shows by the popularity of this car wash. They recently opened a third auto wash bay and there is always a queue to access them no matter what day or time. They also recently jacked up the prices with the cheapest auto wash now $14.50 paying with card. Needs better pricing and a fourth auto bay for 5 stars. Update: the cheapest wash is now $16.50 paying with card which is a bloody rip off now. Go elsewhere.

Vending machine was broken, paid twice for a spray bottle and it didn’t come out of the machine. There’s no phone number or email to claim the product, no one in attendance so that’s as a waste and no way to claim. I don’t expect them to even read this review. If their team does, please refund the money or provide the product. I have proof of purchase.

The price has gone up which is a shame. It was expensive before prices went up. I don't get why a bit of car cleaning products and brushes whirling around costs so much. If it was cheaper, people would probably be able to do it more often. Now I have to go back to my bucket and sponge! It cleaned my car okay but it is not worth the higher price.

We washed our car in the automatic wash, it didn’t an ok job but not what I would call excellent. Even paying for the most extensive washing on a car that is only four months old, it had a flat looking finish. In all fairness I have used the same wash before and it did do a very good job.

Very bad costomer service I was so desepointed I went to wash my car in the early morning around 6:30and some old guy came out and started shawtin out of nowhere that attitude was so disrespectful and unprofessional I would recommend everyone to stay away from this carwash

Really good car wash, well priced, clean, super friendly and safe. Extremely busy on Friday late afternoon/early evening, nearly all day Saturday and on sunny days or when it's not going to rain for a few days. It's busy.for a reason and that's because it's good.

Sometimes we find ourselves queuing up for a wash but it's always worth it. Reasonable pricing for the deluxe wash with good quality equipment, the selection kiosk is great and it accepts card which makes the process really easy. Always clean and well maintained.

Very disappointed that my car came out dirtier than it went in. And when I showed the attendant he said it’s soap residue and I just need to go home and give it a hand wash to get rid of it.... so why did I just pay for their most expensive wash......?

It fairly nice good sized car wash. I like the card readers little you pick how much you want to spend. As saves you have use your card more then once most if time.. Which in this day of surcharges is something I appreciate.

Best car wash in Melbourne!! Great wash bays with all the best wash options & facilities. Undercover detailing bays really set this place apart. Prices are good value too. Open 24/7. Can be ridiculously busy on weekends.

The owner/attendant abused me while waiting for auto car wash. Then proceeded to walk down queue yelling abuse about sitting in a bay queue. Appropriate behaviour for paying customers? Filthy customer service.

Best carwash in the area, dont bother going anywhere else! Always busy. The Laserwash is so advanced compared to some really old tech at other car washes. People friendly, prices not too bad. Highly recommend!

Lucky if $5 buys you 2 minutes, such a rip off, always muddy and filthy, always busy, might as well be waiting to wash your money down the drain. Chirnside needs a better car wash, this place sucks!

Good car wash reasonable pricing and most importantly low effort, bins for rubbish. Note to coin machine and I don't need to buy a pressure washer and store it somewhere

Everything you could want at a car wash. Extremely busy. Wash your car on your own or pop through the auto wash. It also has two pet washing stations for our fury mates.

Very clean, and very good quality car wash. It gets very busy though, and coming into the night there's a unsurprising amount of revheads that like to meet up here.
