I would have given a zero star but it wasn't optional. The deluxe wash is $16 and it doesn't offer a quick dry. Total waste of money and a total rip off! There is no difference to the $12 and $16. Thought if we paid more, we'd get a quick dry. Maybe list the services so it's clear. What's the point of an automatic service if you still have to dry your own car. Might as well have grabbed a bucket from home and dried it myself. Car will still get dirty unless you have it dried straight away

Usually have no issues here. The touch free wash doesn't do a sufficient enough job. But I guess that's uniform for these types of car wash facilities. Vaccumm cleaners are appalling and literally sucks. $6 to vac only one half of my car, and that's only the foot wells. And I thought these types of places were meant to be open 24/7? Apart from that, when it is open I found the attendant to be very helpful and friendly

This car wash is not what you are looking for. To clean your car just ahead a few kilometres and you find better ones. The change machine even not working properly and gour notes will stuck inside it. The best thing is the workers are there all the time for assistance. The vacuuming section is not good enough. The vacuums’ attached kit not removable. And there is no air freshener as well. I will not recommend it.

It’s okay. The scrubbing broom is very awkwardly attached to the roof, so when you are using it the hose will bang repeatedly against the body of your car unless you secure it with both hands. But my car ended up fairly clean at the end. Other places I’ve been to have more options to select when washing your car, this was fairly basic.

The boss accepted to refund myself $16.30 on sept 2023 which I was twice paid for only 1 automatic washed done but still now have NOT rec any money of $16.30 yet !!! Very disappointed as promised n promised but never happened. I will never go back there!!

Went here for a roll in premium wash but my car was still dirty after!! I was further disappointed to find out that even with the premium service it doesn’t include an under body wash. Better off going down the road to coles for better value.

1 hose in each bay starts from the side (Middle would be better position) and it's very short, so hard to walk around your car with the hose. At around 9:30 all the lights will turn off (not sensored) so do not come after this time.

Didn’t advertise that their drive thru wash wasn’t working and had been out of action for a while and was to be out for longer still. Waste of fuel. Updated review due to owner’s response.

Terrible auto wash. Paid 18 bucks to make my car even dirtier. Stick to Coles or BP 100%. Substantially better by a wide margin. And they have an air dry unlike this one.

The $18 automatic car wash does not have a dryer and will leaving water marks once the water dries up. BP automatic car wash is better with drying included for ~$11.

Touch free automatic wash did a great job on my 99 tiger mica commodore. Neglected for many months, the basic wash and wax at $14 was well worth it.

Kinda hard to get in and out of it’s a bit of a tight squeeze but has everything you need

I used 2 different vacuums both had barley any suction.
