I have used numerous services over the years and I feel really lucky that i finally landed on one that literally worked around the clock to help me out and fix an issue of an unknown leak destroying my kitchen cabinets. Further, they addressed all my little issues around the house that other services have just brushed off as unnecessary. Particularly, i have to give it to Gary. He was contactable all the time, walked me through every step of the process, gave me options and alternatives, and broke down costs as he went so i could make an informed decision and not be left high and dry at the end. He is a genuine and great bloke, lightyears away from any other tradesman i have ever dealt with. I could not recommend this service more. Gary is a great plumber I would recommend to anyone. He’s friendly and good at explaining options in a way I can understand. I’ve never had him charge me for travel time to get some obscure part like other plumbers sometimes do - he has a well- stocked truck. In my experience he mostly does things himself and only brings someone else if it’s really a two person job - which is rare. This works well for me because in my opinion people who always have an offsider with them are often charging you for someone to stand around. I also appreciate that he tells you which bits you could save money on by doing things yourself if you want. Almost all the parents at my children’s school use him. Once he was on holiday and I asked a local trade business if they could recommend me a plumber and they said Gary. I said “Gary’s away” and they said “we don’t recommend anyone else”. Happy to recommend him.

Clearline Plumbing are our “go to” service for plumbing help - especially emergencies and installations, general maintenance. They are really response and reasonably priced. Do as you wish, but we have been using them for about 10 years and don’t bother with a quote anymore; Gary just dives in and fixes our issues and the bill is always good. He has warned us a couple of times before working when it turned out to be a big thing. The general experience across all issues has been great and we find stuff gets solved, but we are in a Queenslander so there’s always something new.

Top bloke. Gary was very easy to communicate with and truly a good plumber. He even tried to diagnose my problem for me over the phone before even attending my property. He worked to resolve the problem and wasn't leaving until he fixed the issue for me and charged such a reasonable price for the materials and time he was here and didn't even charge for the initial work we tested to try to solve the problem with first. Call Gary first. I will be coming back to him for any future work. very happy

I have been dealing with Gary for approx 8 years. Gary and the Clearline crew are thorough and have always gone the extra mile! I recently had a really tricky water leak that was very concerning - I knew if anyone would find where it was coming from it would be Gary. Beyond that, Gary checked in on a few occasions over the coming weeks to see if there had been any further concerns - never before have I had a plumber so diligent and concerned. And......the price point is fantastic!

Gary is an amazing plumber, he is a genuine, honest and friendly guy, good value, on time and he kindly fit us in even though he is very busy. Our neighbour thankfully referred us to Gary as we had just moved in with a toilet problem and leaking tap and he sorted this for us very quickly with excellent workmanship. Gary then also helped us source toilet seats that needed to be replaced with much lower prices and great quality. Highly recommended!
