It was a decent shopping experience until I got home and realized the cashier likely stole from me. I paid with a $100 bill and my change was supposed to be $56.61. I should have known when the cashier handed my change to me all rolled up in the receipt that she was being deceptive, but I was distracted and didn't count it. I got home to find there was only $50.61 cents rolled up in that receipt. Tried to call the store just now but they are closed. Just a warning to other customers shopping at this store... ALWAYS count your change at this store! UPDATE: They still employee a bunch of thieves here!! Should have known better...but my daughter walked into this store and was scammed again. She purchased 2 items that should have been less than $60, even with the tax, but somehow she was charged $65.33. She realized this when she got home and started doing the math. Then she went to look at her receipt to see exactly what she was charged for, but guess what...no itemized receipt. $5 or $6 several times a day...that's a pretty good side gig. You bunch of thieves!!!! Never again will we set foot in this store and we will definitely make sure to share our experience with everyone we know!!!!!!!!

Well today whilst shopping with my children i was approched by a member of the cotton on team who accused my daughter of stealing. Absolute mistake because i was with them the whole day have our bags in our hand escorted by security absolute nonsense. Maybe its because as a father whose tattooed they were prejudice so i ask anytime something is misplaced is it protocol to accuse the first tattooed individual. Ill be asking for better resolvement from their corporate office. Embarrasing enough they pulled us out of another store with a security standing by. Well be returning everything bought from cotton on and boycotting family and friends from shopping there horrible expierience on my tuesday with my children.

They ran out of two sizes for a clothing item. I asked if there were extra in the back packed away and they said there are none. I wasn't offered the option to order online, have them order and deliver the item, or have them call other locations to find the item. My point is, the employees did not go above and beyond to assist me. The male at the register was looking at his cell phone while processing my items! Poor customer service. This company needs to teach the young employees about customer service if they want customers coming back. I'm disappointed.

Out the store it had “40% off storewide” and so I go inside and ask if it applies for all items, the employee was so snobby and said “no we’re not doing that anymore”. It caught me off guard the way she spoke to me so i said “oh..sorry” and she said “its okay”. Then went back to folding clothes. They should definitely honor the sale price if its still up but the way i was spoken to just made me leave instead. I’d much rather order online than go to a place where little teenage girls are rude for asking a valid question.

So it's 8:30pm on tax free weekend. There are 4 people in line for the fitting rooms and they only have 2 fitting rooms open. The young lady running the fitting rooms says to those in line after obviously looking at her watch "y'all know that its 8:30 and the fitting rooms close at 9 right?" So I guess line or not they are not opening another room or 2 to get the line down and when it hits 9 pm thats it. It is now 8:40 and the doors have already been closed.

. I was greeted by a young lady. she just so happened to be the GM Arianna is the best? there was a sale of 40% but when I went to the denim section for my son she told me 2 wait till the following day because theyl we're going to have a $20 denim sale and she saved me over 150 .Not only did she hold my items for the next day sale? but she was so attentive , professional, and sweet I Will definitely return to spend my money there

Jake (store manager) and Kayla (store lead) CAME THROUGH with finding my size for my DREAM JEAN! I appreciate them for going out of the way when I swing by to get an outfit for a same-day event. Came in at another time for a pair of shorts for my Cali trip, and Kayla went out of her way again to look for my size <3 COTTON ON JEANS are my fave, and Jake and Kayla are my heroes!!!

I remember a guy who worked here as a manager he was so sweet and very helpful! I think his name was Michael but this was like 5 years ago when a CC was there too! Very attentive as well! Now these managers and staff are horrible and rude! Bring the old team back please. They have no respect and urgency for their customers at all!

If you're looking for a new pair of jeans, cute tanks, and excellent customer service, Cotton On is the place to go. Specifically, the assistant manager Ari was extremely helpful! The store was really busy the day I went in, and Ari still went above and beyond to help me find the perfect pair of jeans.

I bought a dress here three weeks ago get back to the dorms and they forgot to take the sensor off, I haven't had time or the money to get an uber just to get the sensor off. So the dress is sitting in the bag in my closet, nice dress but annoyed that I can't wear it.

If it weren’t for some of the girls who actually know how to take care of customers I wouldn’t have given this place two stars. THE REST OF THEM THOUGH NEED TO BE RETRAINED ON CUSTOMER SERVICE!! Copping an attitude with your customers is unexplainable.

If I could give no stars I would. The employees here are rude as hell. I went in and no one would talk to me even when I waved them down and went up to them. They cackle and giggle with each other and pay no money to the customers. No good! Stay away!

The three girls that were talking behind the register doing nothing, all walked away when from the register when I got in line to pay. Then started laughing about it till one of them came and checked me out. Why work if you don’t want too? Lazy girls

Had such a wonderful experience, I myself work inside the mall this is the my favorite place to shop. The employees are very attentive. Jermey and CC always help me find what I’m looking for. Great quality for a great price.

I'm so happy this store finally got bigger!! I love their 2 for $25 graphic tees and their jeans actually fit me! Only complaint is their fitting room. Some of the doors don't lock lol. Other than that, the staff is great!

Just spent 100$ on clothes here, and they charge you for a bag to take home now? Stupidest store ever, just want to take every cent of your money. Now I’m walking around the mall with my clothes in my hand lol

The store was very nice, items aren't too pricey and the costumer service was excellent. I got 2 t-shirts and i have washed them multiple times now and they have held up great.

Worst customer service. Store manager is nice but very rude to her employees. Shows favouritism to some and rude to others. Dont recommend shopping or working here .

Great staff and comfy clothes. Be sure to bring your own bags. If not they have reusable shopping bags to purchase. They also accept returns now.

It's a mall clothing store but their prices are for the most part reasonable. The kids like the t-shirts and swimsuits.
