I visited this place 2 days in a row, first on a Friday afternoon, the place was pretty empty and we had great service from one of the waiters who helped us onboard to get us going. I then took some of my other friends back the next day (Saturday afternoon) and the experience was terrible. The bouncer stopped us and moved us aside to explain to my friends how to onboard (costs etc.) we then moved to the front desk to get cards and were met with very rude staff who seemed like they didnt even want to help onboard my friends. We then asked to do a session of bowling and they told us to load money on the card before. So we do that, we go back and say we want to book a bowling session, she then shouts us to load money on the card, which we literally just did, she then proceeds to say “then give me the card!” (Thats what we were trying to do) The bowling is super cool but there isnt an option to do traditional bowling, its more of a challenge based session. We enquired about how to put the railings down and again we were met with a rude reply. What needs to be solved here is the customer experience for new and existing customers who already have a card. They also need to inform new customers on what to expect from all of the activities and not rely on customers to figure it out for themselves by reading posters in the entrance. The front desk needs to be more aware of customers that are clueless on how to move forward and be more willing to help without being visibly irritated every time you interact with them. When i went on the Friday we had an amazing time because we had a waiter informing us when we needed to be informed of certain things. It is pricey so as a customer you expect a more premium and consistent experience. But it feels more like they are doing you a favour and you are lucky to even be there.

Barring the fact that you need to walk through the Fun Company that has stopped being fun in your teens, Cracker Zacs doesn't allow for bookings for company functions over weekends (ever heard of a deposit to secure?). The staff are also quite unpleasant in communicating private day functions. With this being the "opening experience" I'm having, not entirely confident in the service and experience of "the adult's play ground". Update after entering: Are the mojitos good? Yes, if you're willing to wait for a waiter, the drink to arrive, and get your own straw from the bar. Are the pizzas good? Yes, If you're willing to wait an hour for your food to arrive, have it plopped on the table in take away boxes and served with paper plates. Is it clean? To it's credit, yes, almost justifying the prices. My husband arrived later, and would have replaced one of the two people who left our party, I was told by the bouncer: only if you have a booking. When speaking to the receptionist, who clearly either didn't care or hates her job, she told me: we don't make bookings over weekends - and based on the reply from the owner, it seems like they do. So which is it? Do you? Don't you? We were told, despite phoning in well in advance, as recommended, that no bookings are made over the weekend. So seriously? Which is it? Final thoughts: if you're into being disabused as a customer, whilst paying a sizable amount for your food, drink and entertainment - this is the place for you.

I visited Cracker Zacs this past Friday. I was disappointed because I have heard amazing things from my friends who have been there before. Positives: - it’s a really great and fun concept and I think you could have a lot of fun there. - despite the chaos of the evening our waitress was very friendly and did her absolute best. - the rest of the staff are friendly - the cocktails and pizzas were tasty. Negatives: - the arcade games are quite pricey so most people wouldn’t be able to spend there entire night playing arcade games. - the service was incredibly incredibly slow and this is what really ruined our night, we waited an hour and a half for our drinks (which we ordered as soon as we got there after waiting in a line for 30 minutes outside) and over 2 hours for our food. - the drinks and food are overpriced but I guess it’s Rosebank so it’s expected. Cracker Zacs is a great concept but the overall service, especially on a busy night needs to improve. There seemed to be sufficient staff on the Friday and it appeared that lack of direction was the issue causing the incredibly slow service.

I couldn't begin to try and explain what this place is supposed to be. It's very confusing. It feels like it should be something but it's not. There's a bouncer! A bouncer!? Where am I going??? Then the whole bowling system: you would assume that the table behind the alleys are for those bowling, but we ended up having to have a word off with the people sitting there to try and explain that we are a party of 20 who booked out the alleys so we NEED the chairs. We ended up sitting on the floor. We requested assistance but nothing. And then the clean up.. plenty of tables were left uncleaned; bottles, pizzas left everywhere. Talk about Pizza, I'm sure our order took more than an hour, some of us ended going to eat somewhere else. So I can't rate the food. All for an overpriced experience where you get to look next door and see people having a better time at a fraction of the cost. So I guess what sells about this place is that there's alcohol and south Africans are alcoholics so if that's your vibe... Ey.

Cracker Zac’s is an incredible space! I’ve been here both for corporate events (you can book a slot on weekdays to have it to yourself) and for personally entertainment (Usually on weekends. Only walk-ins accepted). The space is always clean, the music is not overwhelming, and best of all - the capacity is managed to ensure you’ve always got something to do (be it games, food, or drinks) I.e., I’ve never experienced overcrowding in the 4+ visits I’ve made. Key features: • Professional staff • Dining area blended into the space • Wide balcony when you’d like to get a gentle breeze and enjoy the evening sky Audience: >21 years of age Typically young and experienced professionals Games to expect: Darts (digitally interactive board), Bowling (digitally interactive rails), Air hockey, Classic Arcade (Pinball), Zombie shooting, Classic games (e.g., Cadillacs and Dinosaurs, Metal Slug, Tekken etc.) and more

Literally fuming! After taking the time and effort to read up on all the rules before we went there, my partner and I were refused entry because I was wearing a beenie (covering my head for religious reasons). Nothing on the rules says no beenies! They tried to give me a Douli (Asian conical hat) to wear instead at which point I asked for the manager. He was rude and acted high and mighty. Got into a screaming match with us. Told us about right of admission at which point my partner asked what criteria we would fall in to not be allowed in. He ducked and dodged the question. I am disgusted. We tried to give him their membership cards back and he refused them so we tossed them on the floor. Disgusting management. I've been there before with a beenie, I mentioned this to him, only for him to say we probably bypassed security and front desk! HOW SWAY!? Kick me in the throat if ever you see me there.
You’re not an upscale cocktail bar.. You have a cocktail bar within an arcade gaming room.. Why are you ENFORCING a dress code? Do you know your market or are you trying to invent one? Myself and 4 friends were turned away for our dress code. We consider ourselves high-class individuals. We have a large group of friends who would love to end each week in this venue. But not dressed up. We work in entertainment/marketing (music, art and film mainly) and we like games and alcohol .. We are your market. Along with the 100 others in our office that refuse to come here because of the dress code. No one leaves work to go home and dress up for a beer at an arcade. And best believe no one is packing a bag for it either. This isn’t golf. It’s bar at the back of a kiddies arcade, with more arcade games... But with a dress code .. Almost weird.
I booked 30mins of hyperbowling and AR darts each for two players, two weeks in advanced + full payment, I was very apprehensive and nervous ahead of the time because of the low rating but I had a 10/10 experience honestly, and I am hard to please. The dress code has been relaxed. The waitress who was serving us (one of the ladies) was great, and on it. The arcade games are limited but they were fun for sure, the bowling is the best, the AR darts is for sure worth it as well. Definetly pricey, if it's a casual visit and not an event like a birthday or celebration of sorts, I will absolutely be coming back once they've added more games and attractions for sure, didn't wait because I booked in advanced.

Went to celebrate my birthday here and honestly had the most mediocre time. We couldn't get served drinks because they were so under staffed (you could see the bartender was doing the best he could but it was too much), the "manager" on site was a trainee but there was no actual manager training him and to top it all off we ordered food totaling over R500 and after asking for updates and checking in after 3 hours we find out that the place making the food hasn't started our order and not only that they've closed for the night. I was told by the trainee manager i would get a refund but after 16 days i still haven't received a single cent let alone any communication or updates. This place has so much potential but they seem to fall short in every aspect.
Premium-priced gaming for bargain-rate service and hygiene. There are so many staff and yet everything is so disorganised, chaotic, and slow. We spent 1,5 hours inside the venue and only managed to play 30 mins of darts. Upon entry it took forever to register and pay. The guy working the front desk kept allowing priority entry and service to women he was attracted to/his mates. When trying to do the bookings for the darts (R200 per person for 30 mins), the same guy kept saying he would help us, but then kept disappearing to chase after more women. Nothing got cleared up from our last customers, nothing wiped up - toilets gross. It's actually a bit of a shame because they've obviously spent a lot of money on the venue, and the concept itself is cool.
The upmarket facade has to be a jokethey don’t let you wear slides or a hat (but they give you a samurai jack hat to cover your hat you already wearing) It’s so upmarket that the barmen use their hands to grab your ice and put it in your drink. Games are fun with friends, it’s really hard to find (since it’s inside the actual kids arcade) and games are a little overpriced. Should definitely look into their bowling time limit and pricing. Before I even walked in their bouncers were chucking a guy out into the kids arcade on the floor (kinda sad seeing the kids watch all the drunk men fighting) Place has potential to be epic but needs some TLC

Overall a fun experience. Inconvenient that you have to go through the kiddies area to get to the venue, however it’s well tucked away. The queue to get in can get very discouraging. 10+ minutes wait time. The entrance card is R50 which gets you 5 plays on arcade games, have to pay separate for everything else. I found it worked out quite pricey to do all the activities. The food was very tasty, no fault there. The arcade games bring out your inner child and this was the most fun I had in a minute. Drinks are overpriced for sure. I would definitely go back and just do less activities, also get in early so I can get a good seat

A very good idea, executed quite poorly. The food and drinks were good but that was pretty much where it ended. Here are a few issues: 1) The games are all time based. This works in theory, but in practice means you can’t go to the bathroom, have a drink, look around because your time is ticking. Also because they don’t explain this to you. After speaking to the staff about this they said “well you need to own up to the fact that you didn’t understand the rules and that’s your fault”. 2) Every different activity is paid for differently. Want to go bowling? Cracker Zack card. Want drinks? Credit card. So surely the pool is one of the two? Nope. Cash.

Very unique setting which made our visit for our company celebratory function an unforgettable experience. The nostalgia of playing arcade games will bring a smile to your face and the very creative ten-pin bowling is sure to a hit with your entire group of friends! The location is also prime - central to where things are happening in Rosebank and being a part of the Fun Company, it really gets you in the groove of having a relaxed, enjoyable time! The staff were very friendly and willing to assist with any questions we had. Lovely pizzas with a huge variety to choose from, and very well prepared :)

A great idea, ruined by unnecessary rules. Understand the want to have a dress code and maintain the “upmarket” vibe, but when your signage about it isn’t clear, and your rules are clearly subjective, you alienate your prospective patrons. They were very happy to let the females in our group in with shorts and tank tops, but not a guy wearing chino shorts as this was classified as “sports apparel.” Would you have let him in if he had been wearing a skirt? The manager also said they had had a lot of complaints and were going to change the signs… the sign is not the problem - it’s how you make your patrons feel. Not keen to give this place a second try.
Each to their own. However a reason for each missing star: 1. People at the front desk are way too slow. Had one or two staff just stand there while one poor lady was a headless chicken doing everything. 2. We had to go to the waiter to ask to be served after being seated at a table by someone who disappeared. 3. The bowling is honestly the biggest scam of the whole place. No one in their right minds should pay to bowl based on time especially for that ridiculous price. Seriously, just go next door for bowling for a much better experience. 4. “Upscale”, gamification, augmented reality but still need to keep a physical card?
Had heard so much about this place and decided to go last night. What a disappointment. Totally overrated. Prices ridiculous for what you actually get. The staff were so unhelpful. My sister's card would not work as she from the UK and the reception lady couldn't be bothered to try and assist. And you are forced to buy a membership to enter. What a waste of money. Couldn't find a single waiter so ordered a drink from the bar and we left. And as for the dress code that they carry on about - half the guys in there had tekkies and tracksuit pants on. I wouldn't say that is very upscale. Sorry but definitely not worth it.
Complete garbage. I made a reservation a week before and ran into countless problems around this. We couldn't even get a place to eat, yet we made a reservation and even paid for out activities before hand. The customer service was beyond bad, the attitude of the staff was collectively filty, you'd swear "being sassy" to clients is a part of their staff training because no one made an effort to even make you feel comfortable. I walked in dressed smart casual and was told my beenie is not allowed as it is not a part of their dress code.

Absolutely poor service!! I definitely would not recommend Cracker Zacs Rosebank. Staff are completely unfriendly and do not treat you with respect. They do not have assigned tables if you are playing bowling and darts. We played darts and did not even have a table to sit at because apparently a table was reserved so we weren't even allowed to sit on a chair eventhough there were available chairs. Staff were rude and our darts game was was not working depsite us paying the whole amount and losing out on a lit of time. Horrible service, will never go back here!

Not worth the hype!!! Selective dress code enforcement, was told at the door that no sportswear but literally can see guys in tracks and sweaters inside. When asked why they were let in the staff said "they booked in advance". Also trying to pretend to be a classy establishment when inside a run down arcade is a joke! I've never walked through a Pep store to get to a Gucci store. Also supposedly for over 21s but when a patron was asked for ID they just said they didn't have one and was just let in. This place is a joke... All about hype and appearance, rather give it a miss
Cracker Zac's has such great potential to be a good evening out with friends to play games and relax, however, it is unfortunate that the service received by the waiters and people at the door was under par and borderline rude. You can't be liberal in your unisex bathrooms and then be closed-minded about dress code policies, which require urgent attention. Staff should be neatly dressed, kindly reflect prior to critiquing the dress code of customers. Would love to visit again, however, these outlined experiences are disappointing. Trust that you consider these pointers.
HORRIBLE - first you need to walk through the fun company to get to cracker zac’s, so much for an adult arcade! You forced to buy a member card prior to seeing or experiencing the place. The drinks menu is so limited and not to forget waiting hours for the drinks to be served due to place being understaffed. Items dispatched on the menu is out of stock. The place is over hyped with a crazy dress code that does not meet the expectation. Definitely not worth your time and the music does not accommodate the crowd at all! We do not want to listen barbie doll music!!!
Outsourced food. Incompetent "bouncer". Restrooms are out of order, I had to walk far to use the toilet and we were having a couple beers so we just went somewhere else, the bartenders ask for cash payments for discounts on the actual bill, sounds shady. And you have to pay R50 for a membership card to access this place, really not worth it.... The only positive thing about this place is the balcony which gives you a nice view of all the better places to go to.

Great place for a bunch of friends to get together, have a few drinks and have a fun time. There could be more bar staff to keep the drinks flowing, because they're all working at 110% capacity, but the drinks were all good. There were many recent negative reviews, so I was sceptical, but I didn't notice the same issues other's had noticed, and the place was busy so there must have been lots of other happy customers. A few small things to improve on, but otherwise a great place that is different to the rest.
Rubbish place, dress code too strict for a so called relaxed and fun environment. Food prices inflated, not worth value for money, some common alcohol beverages not available such as JD etc. Not worth the money and certainly not worth the humuliation of being told to fall in lign with dress codes that don't align with company identity. Wont recomend. Better places to go. Surprised i wasnt kicked out for not wearing a tuxedo.

The queues are too long for the various games. In all honesty, who as a grown adult wants to spend the weekend in a queue. We could not play ten-pin bowling, even after getting there early because of this massive list you had to put your name on. Bookings are not allowed, which creates chaos and irritation. But otherwise the aesthetics of the place are amazing! It is super retro and vibey!

The bouncer/security was so rude. He literally said “you can stand here and take a look” as if the place is reserved for the top 1%. It felt as if I was outside a club and I had to book a section. He proceeded to tell us we should leave as the place was full. I have never felt so humiliated before. I don’t recommend this place, aesthetically it looks good but what about consideration and good service???

Aesthetically pleasing. Activities are great. I’d like to come more often than not, but the music, it doesn’t accommodate everyone. And music is a big part of the experience. You guys need to find a way to accommodate everyone. People should be dancing and singing along to some songs. The selections are terrible. At least have an option of playing a YouTube mix, house, black coffee, kelvin momo etc. Good music, it can’t be that difficult.
The lanes are incredibly expensive, when we called in to find out the price we were told we would need to use 2 lanes with 1 lane being about 300 or so and we would only have an hour to bowl and nothing more than that.. We got there, 1 friend had shorts on and the other a bucket hat which we were told is not allowed and that was the final straw for us. I'd never attempt to even go back, it's meant for the influencers not regular peeps.
A really fun day out, we opted for the darts and it really was great fun. We pre-ordered pizzas which was a disappointment, as they were supposed to be served at 14.00 but by 15.00 they hadn’t even started making our order. The service was average but there is a bar nearby to self order drinks from and luckily it wasn’t too busy on the day we went

From entering, it was not a fun experience. The staff is rude and not very welcoming. The games are fun but ridiculously expensive. I see on previous reviews that you call yourself a cocktail bar? There is not much of a variety of cocktails? Your main focus should be cocktails with a LOT to choose from. We will be back to finish the money on our card but after that we won't be back.

The booking was 9, then 10, then 10:15 then 10:20 then 10:25 then I don’t know. “I am sure you understand.” I don’t I really don’t especially because no other place manages bookings so poorly. The vibe is cool the service is maybe 3/10 mainly cause the bar functions. When at 22:30 we did finally get a game. It didn’t even last long enough for us to finish 6 rounds and we weren’t dawdling and were throwing constantly.
Well didn’t have the food but from the reception of the bouncer to the waiting staff thumbs up. A giant thumbs up to the management who are constantly checking on you to ensure that everything is running smoothly lol was a little uncanny for a place that gave me a pub feel but it’s a beautiful head on collision of child like fun and maturity.

Poor experience. I made payment to reserve a bowling lane, when my guests and I arrived no booking had been made and no lanes were available - very disapointing and embarrasing! This business has a great concept, but fails to run the business professionally. The venue was very overcrowded, the bar service was very poor and the staff seemed overwhelmed. Despite having sent multiple emails, I have not been refunded
Submitted a booking form online on the 4th of December for 6 people on the 10th. Got a response from Nomalanga via email saying we are welcome to come in as a walk-in on the 10th (my understanding from this would be, not to worry, no need to make a booking as it will be fine). Get to Cracker Zac's on the 10th only to be told that there is a 2 hour wait time because there is a booking....

Have been before, have read the rules of admission, reread the rules of admission before leaving the house to ensure my partner and I were dressed appropriately. We weren't allowed to enter because my partner was wearing a beenie. This is not the bouncer/security's problem (as I have seen a lot of responses to reviews implicating their security company); security enforces rules set by their employer.
The adult arcade's innovative concept intrigued me, drawing me from afar. However, the strict dress code proved off-putting; I had to purchase sneakers just to gain entry. While the gaming experience was enjoyable, the inconvenience of adhering to an unexpected dress requirement dampened the overall visit.

Yesterday went to cracker Zac's was so disappointed we were aware about the dress code unfortunately the manager was so RUDE actually he made us feel unwelcomed we realized he's a racist inside they were white people wearing caps.. he should learn to speak with respect we are also customers in that place so disappointed and heartbroken the way he is so checky
Looks like a lekker place from the outside and thought to give it a try. Was told away at the door due to the shorts policy, in Johannesburg summer. Staff are rude and treat you like you are about to steal something and make a run for it. Maybe you'll take me seriously if I come in a dress next time? Can't see this place surviving with rules like this in a kids arcade...
Very chaotic. Have to chase staff just to order food. My friend and I ordered two pizzas. Thirty minutes after ordering we get informed that they were unable to make our pizzas because "it is one of the most requested pizzas" and the kitchen is now closed and there's no suggestion of anything they can do for us. Fun idea but definitely won't be going back.
An amazing venue for Adults with hearts of kids. Note, venue is strict with dress code (eg. No Shorts, No Caps etc) but its understandable for the upscale nature of this venue. Honestly they should just concentrate on age restrictions and if venue is full, hold a line till people exit. I am from Durban and would love to have a venue like this in my city.

This place sucks. It’s empty. The staff are rude. We didn’t know we weren’t allowed in with shorts and caps. It’s just a bar inside a kids arcade ffs. But the chick who came to us to kick us out acted like we stole something and stood over us like she was a bouncer and we stabbed someone. We agreed to leave, no need to act like mafia.
A lovely, vibey place where adults can be kids again! The offsite booking system is not very efficient however the staff, especially Belinda and Shaun, were extremely helpful and understanding and provided outstanding service. We had a great time and would definitely recommend it!

Bouncer discriminates against lgbtqi+ person! Women dressed in tank tops are allowed in but men in shorts are not allowed. There is a big sign out saying no tank tops allowed, however nothing saying about shorts yet i was not allowed in. This is redicules, discriminatory and does not allign with the values this country stands for!
It was much better the second time I went there. 1st time was not the best experience. But I think they are working on the issues. Recently went there and the service was much better. We went as a group of about 9 and they were very helpful and we got our orders on time even though it was relatively packed. Great improvement.
Horrible. Worst place ever. Don’t waste your time here. You wait forever in line with no communication, they tell you they are at capacity yet multiple people come and go as they please. They have a “strict “ dress code that seems to only apply to certain individuals (most likely people of colour). Horrible customer service.
Its a nice experience. The bowling is not normal ten pin bowling but a gamafied version of it. Little bit on the expensive side for the games and alcohol and the pizzas arent too bad. However the vibe amd energy of the place is good and the waiter we had, Musi did his best to give us great service! Photos by Katherine Brits
Poor service. They are short staffed. Takes forever to get a drink. Its very disorganized. You order a pizza, wait for an hour then they say the pizza place is closed. Staff isn’t friendly at all. As for the music, it doesn’t accommodate everyone. You cant be this incompetent at a place like Rosebank. Please improve.

Had to have experienced the most unpleasant encounters at a bowling spot. The lack of information only to get told at the door that no shorts are allowed. It’s bowling and you’re meant to be comfortable. There’s also an element of discrimination but I really don’t see it fit to get into that. So disappointed.
That establishment is disorganised. You will wait an hour for food and wait even longer for games because the group that booked before you came late - they’ll make you suffer for their poor planning. You’ll load money on a card only to be told it doesn’t pay for everything. There’s no system, just a circus.

Great service all around. Upmarket and point of difference for Adults who want to feel like kids. VR darts a first for me and highly recommended. Point of difference compared to the traditional darts making them the leaders in competitive socialising. Looking forward to the next visit.
Horrible horrible horrible, extremely rude staff, and they’re overbooked. They treat you like they’re doing you a favour allowing you to be there. And honestly that dress code policy is horrible. They let the guy wearing a 50 rand polo in but have an issue with a 7000 rand hoodie.
Wow I had a great day on Sunday the view.. bowling unfortunately didn't know how to play darts our waitress did an excellent job explaining how it works.. it was fun we were so much relaxed what a beautiful place

They don't advertise it well soooo hopefully this helps someone. Go check the dresscode before you go! Because apparently a restaurant in the back of an arcade is very "fancy" so yeah just check that. I can't speak for the experience yet because they didn't let us in.
The team accommodated my work colleagues and I on a very busy Thursday afternoon. The service was great and really enjoyed our experience at this high quality venue. The drinks were also great.

Great time, had drinks with friends, helped by friendly staff with cordial atmosphere. Only problem is I lost my card holder and it was never found which is more my fault then Thiers.

Absolutely furious. They charge R50 pp to become a “member” then tried to kick out our friends for wearing shorts because it was “past 6pm”. This is 2023, men can wear whatever the heck they want. And it’s bowling, not a members club. Get over yourselves.
Lukka section this Ekse. Only flop we had was that me and my bras had to park over long for a chow. On top of that..strinivassen rekon the chow was just alright.

What a cool place for adults to enjoy bowling and arcade games! Food isn't the best but hopefully that will change in the future. We had so much fun and then just went elsewhere for dinner, which wasn't an issue for us. Will definitely return soon!
Please note the staff here are not compassionate and do not honor bookings. Staff insist on you paying for a measly card instead of showing guests who made prior bookings where their table is, same table they gave away prior to our arrival
Did not have a great experience here! Receptionist was super rude, place was messy, tables were unattended to. Spoke to the manager he was lovely. However they need to up the service levels!

An awesome experience, a great night out. Could use more bar staff but apart from that I would definitely go there again! We didn't have the same experience as all the negative reviews, it's a fun place to go with lots to do.
It's a beautiful place, the ambiance is nice too. Gaming is expensive though.

It's an adult playground, no kids.
Good chilled vibe, for playing games and drinks. Service could improve though, unless you chase a waiter, you will not be attended to. Also, the dress code act is ridiculous considering it's meant to be a place of gaming
Had a good time. Staff are friendly but the drinks are very slow once there are a few tables of people. Unfortunately the bouncer kept asking us for money or food every time we passed him, which was quite uncomfortable.
Great venue for adults to feel like a kid again... friendly and professional staff. Devious food and a great atmosphere. I highly recommend it for a fun night out!

What do you mean I can’t wear shorts in an area surrounded by kids? As a parent that wants to be comfortable and experience fun with their kids this is ridiculous no hats too? Who do you think you are monarch ?
Completely unprofessional and disgusting service. Booked 2 lanes for 9:30 waited an hour after our booking time and they still let people infront of us. Will not be visiting to pathetic excuse for a bar again.
I love love it the pool table adds to it and thanks to Abigail my day went well when you go to cracker zac's look for Abi and Nelly they were amazing

Caleb’s such an AMAZING MANAGER!! I appreciate the extra mile he goes! He literally was on top of everything the entire night. Mzi was super AWESOME! And it literally made our girls night so enjoyable!
The places atmosphere and "vibe" of the whole place is fun, trendy and overall great to be around. There are a variety of games to choose from, like old school arcade games, bowling, darts and pool.
I want to show my appreciation to Yolandé! All the effort she puts in and caring about the well-being of guests, honestly amazing. I've never seen such a hard worker. I wouldn't mind visiting again.
Great vibe and awesome cocktails. Enjoyed all the different arcade games but wish they were less strict on dress code. Note they only serve pizza, food-wise, until their kitchen is up and running.
Seems cool, but the games kept breaking. When the machine said we should call staff, they said we might be playing wrong and then ignored us.

Great cocktail bar offering entertainment (hyper bowling, augmented reality darts and a retro arcade). Great for a night out with friends, a date or a corporate function. They also do venue hire.
I really enjoyed my time there. The food was on point and Abigail's service was heartfelt.. Hope to visit Crackers Zac's again and soon.

We booked it out for a company event - the place is stunning and has a nice vibe. Only 4 stars due to the fact staff were slightly rude and charged us double for drinks that were singles.
Overall GREAT experience - this establishment gets all my five stars, from the bowling experience, to the arcade, drinks. Lest I forget the staff was so professional. I’ll be back
Wow , This place is amazing. Really cool atmosphere, Staff are very nice and helpful. Everything is explained well. A lot of fun activities. Cocktails were nice. Pizza was good More
Terrible experience, made us wait 3 hrs after the waitress made a mistake and didn't want to refund us, don't know how to run their own business. David was very unhelpful and racist
What a fun place, you can have drinks, play darts or bowling. There is an area outside for smoking as well. It looks amazing

What a dissapointment….Their rules do not make sense. I was denied entry into the venue because I was wearing shorts, but there were people in the venue wearing shorts.
What a fun and awesome concept. Come with your friends, play pool, air hockey, go bowling, have a few drinks, and experience the star of the show; the virtual darts.
Had such an awesome time. Super fun and different and was just an awesome way to hangout with friends.

Why are the bartenders not allowed to receive or accept the tips we give them? Totally unacceptable and unfair, please review your policies!
