This must be thee most kitted out Fun Company Branch I know forget the kids rides which are always super awesome best thing on earth for kids •Bumper cars •Bowling section •Mini Maize It is also a fun company for adults :-) they have a full on snooker section with bar and all... no under 18 allowed, you can leave the kids to play while you are relaxing in the snooker bar section and watching over the kids and passing by shoppers down below. Tuesday’s are half price Tuesday on everything , no sure about the snooker section. I really love this whole electronic move money loaded on card and tickets loaded on card from physical coins and paper tickets if I’m being environmentally conscious yet on the other hand there is something about having the tickets coming out the machine that just has this feeling of winning. Otherwise it’s always a great place to bring the kids for some good adrenaline fun time.

We didn’t have a great experience at The Fun Company in Rosebank. The arcade itself has deteriorated quite a bit with a lot of the games being either damaged or faulty (the race cars are broken and the table game close to the entrance was not working). And the service we received at the bowling alley was shocking to say the least. The system they have is not efficient and the woman assisting us was of no help and quite frankly rude. She completely ignored patrons who were waiting to write their names down for a lane and when we eventually got to us, she barked at us about how that’s “just the way things are” when we complained about her ignoring us as well as the inefficient system they have at the bowling alley. I wouldn’t recommend this particular Fun Company arcade.

I understand people of all ages visit the Fun Company in Rosebank, however please note that there are children included in the "all ages," and the frightening images, such as the walking dead game, that's right in the middle, is actually inappropriate to the young innocent minds of children, either you cater for teens whose family allow such images or adults. If such games have age restrictions then surely the glaring images should not be on display. Hopefully something you should consider, removed or have it somewhere inconspicuous. The person who gave a response, needs to take a walk around, and notice the games that are for younger children, the images of the walking dead are on both sides.

Visited with my son to pass some time playing some games. I was told the card cost R10, which you could not get back to return the card. Strange policy for people only visiting once (We live overseas). Policy aside, I was given a receipt that stated the card did not cost anything. So essentially I was given a receipt for less then the amount of money I paid. No idea if staff just pocket the difference? Never had a retail experience where the funds paid don't match the receipt! Pretty much all staff (except the manager, who was great) seemed frustrated with my questioning, as if I was being an inconvenience for pointing out this flaw in their operation.

Let me wys yalls something real quick. This place is kaaaaaaak fun neh. But you check they dont like you bringing your own chows so you have to moer that burger before you walk in. I give 4 stars cos the one staff member was a na*i to me and was rude. Dom bra also idk why you cant say things nicley also idk his name cos he is forgotten now. First all Thank you for the Fun and Games. Hats off to the Greenstone Branch. Rosebank Fun Company: why is there a negative attitude towards customers, looking down upon clients and never wanting to help. The gossiping in vernacular behind your counters. The roller coaster ride is Out of Sync I reported this today but I do not think anyone will take me seriously. Any engineer and 4D cinema enthusiast can tell you there is a 5-10sec delay between the motion on screen and the Chair movements. Please Fix the Attitude ladies and Fix the Infrastructure which generates the Revenue.

Well what could be said about this place. Beside the bar and bowling area there is nothing much about this venue that makes it stand out. As a parent I would never leave my kid unsupervised in this area so close to a bar. It's odd to have a bar in the same area as kids toys for toddlers. It takes the idea of responsibility and warps it abit. For adults wanting to blow off some steam after work and just forget about the day, then its amazing but to be stumbling out of the bar and bumping over kids is weird. Maybe it's time to separate the 2.

Its a "No" for me. No star worthy!!! We went there on Sunday, trying something different from Montecasino, what a waste of time and money. How much must we really spent in total to accumulate tickes for our kids, R1000??? It's ridiculous. Swiping that stupid card from R8-R40 per game., C'mon guys, you need to do better. For kids to leave that place with a decent toy, its a small plastic car, small bouncing ball, plastic ring and fake sweets. Will stick with Monte, Andizi no more!!!!

What an incompetent unprofessional place. Came with my kids, paid by card and I'm told that payment didn't go through. The so called manager Yanika is the most rude unprofessional insincere person I've met. She had this nasty, ingenuine fake smile while I was explaining my situation. Had to tell her it wasn't funny that her company had messed up an experience for us. What a horrible experience at this establishment.

Very disappointed in the many times visited in the last few months. The staff are distastefully rude and roll their eyes when wanting to purchase tickets to bowl. When asking about the one arcade machine that swallowed our money and did not let us play, the lady shouted at us to hurry up and follow her, only for her make us watch her mop and dry the floor for about 10 minutes before preceding to the machine.

Great place for arcades and bowling. Also, fit for children during the day, but becomes busy at night. The place has been renovated to include an adult spot where you sit and enjoy alcoholic beverages. Not only that but the adult place also includes arcades, pool table, and bowling for complete entertainment. With all the screens, this place is also a great spot to watch some of your favorite games.

It was my first time coming here and I loved it here…enjoyed every game we played with my friend even though I lost in bowling ….. Hahaha yes wasn’t happy that I lost but it is what it is… Next time I am bringing my kids I am definitely sure they will love it as I did… And its affordable as well and good place to come and bond with your kids, or loved ones…

Bowling is super cool - lots of space per lane for seating and the set-up is very cool. Maybe they could consider having more than 1 size available, as if you go when it is busy and they're all being used, you have to go heavier or lighter. Some of the arcade games are super loud, which isn't pleasant. Some staff very friendly whilst others the complete opposite.

This place is unsafe and will never take my kids there ever. There is a bar and bolling area where people get drunk and you leave your kids there to play. And you get watched from the bar side very closely by thiefs where you put your handbag or any bellongings. And surprise surprise where all the theft happens theres no camera, what a coincidence. Bad place.

Friendliest staff, they helped set up my card in store-again. Explained pricing between their VIP and normal cards- get VIP, after playing so many games you get back your extra R10 in discounts . We did bowling xrider(3d 4d movie- python sonething) and 2 rounds of bumper cars - can you make this bit longer please . I couldn't get enough.

Great place for kids, my son enjoyed the bowling. However i do feel that they should fix the "out of order" games, because there are a limited amount of games you can play. The staff is not all that helpful, no one wants to be "helped" by someone with an attitude. Also it's not very safe environment, theres no security to monitor the surroundings.

Definitely cant complain about the service here. The best time to visit is during the week or on a Sunday if you don't like crowded places. The pricing is fair for their games and the bowling (bowling was about R60 pp). You need to purchase their Fun company card and then load money onto that card to play the games.

Our names were mixed up and changed during a game. We brought this to managements attention but they could not care less. After repeated follow up the fixed the names but gave us the wrong scores. I would not recommend this to anyone. Everyone makes mistakes but being so terrible at fixing it ruined our experience.

Was nice. Had my kids with me (3 and 6). Games are a bit pricey if you're used to Cape Town prices. Be prepared to spend north of R120 per kid for less than 1hr. Ticket prizes are ok and there are games where you can score some decent tickets. There's also bumper cars, glow in the dark putt putt and snooker tables.

Great deal of fun. Playing Halo is a must for all ages. The bump a car was also a fun experience. In future an automated machine to top up cards would be great as the waiting can be a little much. All in one, a great spot for bowling, table tennis, pool / snooker, bumper cars, putt putt golf and the arcade. ⭐⭐⭐⭐

The bowling was really fun, but they don't refund the card you buy to play. Doesn't make any sense. What would I do with the card if I am not coming back? Its waste of money for me and waste of plastic cards for them as the ones who don't come back again throw the cards to the trash. Consider the environment.

Went to the Fun Company for the first time since Covid to go bowling. The place was so filthy and absolutely packed. There were no cleaning staff in sight, looked for a manager and asked for them to get someone to clean up. But nothing happened. Left without playing a game - too much of a health hazzard.

It's a fun place to bring kids or have a date night.. I've brought my family here numerous times and had dates here too.. Never gets boring.. I do wish they'd keep regular maintenance of the machines though.. Most times there's always a few that don't work and that's a bit of an inconvenience.

I really like The fun company but I feel like this particular doesn't have as much choice in games and so often some games aren't even working. I love love the bowling and bumper cars though. Definitely the reason I go there in the first place. Plus the fact that it's in a great location.

I celebrated my birthday last Sunday on the 28th of October 2018......it was the best experience ever What I loved the most was the staff on duty that night between 6pm and 11pm The stuff was very welcoming,they assisted us in every way that they could I'll definitely be coming back!!!!!

It was a pleasant experience with games like bowling, 3D/4D motion, snooker boards, and others. The bowling is R70 per person, while other games range between R40 to R50. The attendants there were helpful and friendly. The environment is okay for kids. The space is not that big though.

We had an awesome time here! It was just too crowded. The bowling section needs some work on the flooring as the surface is very uneven - not the best. Also really long wait for the fun stuff, perhaps crowd control and a better process for a smoother and more efficient experience.

The place has gotten a bit smaller sincey last visit. Alot of games that my 5 year old would enjoy were out of order. Covid protocols are not adhered to, its an indoor venue but people walk around without mask and not 1 staff member would approach to ask for the mask to be worn.

Had an amazing time with the kids on 27/12/2022. It was quite full but nothing I couldn't handle. Not a lot of games but the ones available are fun and exciting for children and even young adults. The prices are fair, I loaded R200 and I was there for almost 3 hours.

Don't waste your time. Went there with my family and tried to use the photo booth. It took only one of my R5 coins. I then asked the manager to refund me as it was stuck in the machine, he refused. The incident took place 1 May 2017 at 11:15am. I consider it theft!

We took the littlest one (2 years old) to the Fun Company and I was shocked to see how little there is for her to do in terms of arcade-type games. It has been downsized and even the prizes for tickets are not great anymore. The saving grace were the bumper chairs.

The fun company is great place for the whole family. You can go for bowling, basketball, table air football or kind a computer games. There are some ride games for kids as well. If you use your entertainer app you can get a big saving.

The music is so loud that it is unbearable. Every game machine has music playing at top volume and there is music playing over the sound system. Small children (not only mine) were totally overwhelmed. Conversations were impossible.

It is ridiculously horrible. The process to get in is not well thought out. You stand tand in a line for about an hour. The cashiers don't seem to know what the air doing. There is no social distancing. It's a mess shame!

Most machines didn't work when we went there. The bowling area is cool. They play very loud music. You have an option of ordering food and drinks from the bowling area. Overall experience was ok.

Games are pretty pricy to play, Some are R18-R20 a shot. Lowest is R6 for baby games. Fun games though with possibility to win tickets. Selective games but they are good quality.

I was very happy with the service from Olga at the Rosebank store. She assisted me with 19 kids for a party and it was absolutely a bliss because Olga was so helpful.

Most of their games reward tickets but they do not provide them which makes one not to enjoy the games. They should have more game equipment and fun games as well.

They have recently moved around the games. Unfortunately this has made the arcade feel too cramped and claustrophobic. Not all the games are functioning.

There's enough to excite both young and old. Having reward 'tickets' loaded on your card rather than a physical ticket is a plus in the prevailing times
