Always so much fun coming to this place especially because there is a bar.... However, we went on a Thursday myself and 5 friends. We were the only people there and firstly- we had to wait for staff to actually attend to us. Secondly- the so called “barmen” was so drunk he couldby even pour shooters and didn’t even understand what a double gin was . Thirdly- i lost my patience and just went behind the bar and poured ourselves drinks because the behavior of the Barman was just ridiculous. To drunk to function. If only there was a manager on duty to manage the inconsiderate and totally untrustworthy staff he was so drunk that he charged us for double gins and then forgot to charge the tonics so they were on the house .. thanks magic Company

I went there last night with my family. I was very disappointed with the bar service. After placing our order, the bartender used a calculator to calculate the bill, and i payed (R140. 00) for our drinks. I asked the bartender (Selby) for a receipt, He could not provide me with one but said he would bring it to my lane. He called the manager and did some things on the computer. After about 10min he came to our lane and gave me the receipt and the bill came to R144. 00 and asked me to pay the extra R4. I denied and he took the receipt and my slip and left very rudely.

Great fun for the kids but I unfortunately met a poorly trained staff member. She never explained that there are 2 types of cards, after asking what the difference between the 2, I opted for the Vip(black) card which you receive 10% off all games. After paying extra for the Vip card and refund, I was given R10 less because I was given 2 cards now...?! I know, I'm confused too. The one card has 0 credits, what the hell am I gonna do with this card if I already have a Vip card with funds?‍♀️ Then she sighed and threw cash at me. I should've got her name.

Well managed and clean bowling alley and machines. Good experience, and always a great spot to spend time with the family. Most issues I've had over the past have been improved if not fixed completely. Well done. Previously complained about no aircon or cooling at all during loadshedding (The place gets VERY hot upstairs with lots of people), but this has since been improved and solved. Fans were installed in the 10 months since we last visited and keep the place bearable. Having paid R700+ and literally sweating to the point of worry was distressing.

I used to love going to the fun company in Rosebank. Our experience was really bad at fourways. There was a pregnant employee that reprimanded my autistic child in a really bad way. She proceeded to ask if this was my only child because he is spoilt. She honestly ruined our time there. Why can’t she stay home if she doesn’t like working with kids? She give us such bad service the entire time. We left even before we used up the money in our card. I’m disappointed at the type of people this company has employed.

A very noisy but enjoyable place to visit. Some of the activities are "money gobblers", not a bad idea just to look around a bit at first. Ten pin bowling upstairs was fun for our 7 and 10 year old grand kids, barriers get put up if you want to prevent the ball from going in the side channels and smaller, lighter balls are available plus a rig on which the younger kids can launch their ball. Probably a good idea to sanitize regularly particularly after being on "Sit on" rides.

The fun company as a whole is a great place to send your kids or to even enjoy some time as an adult. There's a variety of games and playables, including bowling. Sanitizing is as per normal procedures but do carry your own sanitizers as the equipment is used by many ppl. Price of bowling is average and its a fun experience. Good music and vibes. If you've got some time to spare, do make your way here.

I came here earlier today. This is the second time I have been here. The staff are unfriendly and never greet you. The manager was sitting on his phone while we waited a while to be noticed for our drink order. The lady where you pay for the bowling was also very impolite and didn't greet us. I won't come back here again I would rather pay more at monte than to be subjected to this quality of service.

It's a small entertainment vanue has 3and 4D ride, car and bike racing, shoot em up games, games for smaller children as well, there is number cars before going upstairs to the bowling allies, upstairs is a bar with a TV for sports, long tables with chairs. There is a smoking corner next to the allies. You can access the rest of the center via the doors to the bowling ally.

Great facility, terrible, terrible service. The people working there, whether it be at the bowling alley, bumper cars or arcade desk all act like they hate their jobs. They're rude and unprofessional. I won't recommend this place to anyone which is unfortunate because the bowling alley is beautiful and the bumper cars are really cool but the staffs attitudes suck.

The bowling is fantastic and I would give it 5 stars if it was on its own but the arcade area is overpriced for what you get. The prizes are absolute junk even if you have thousands of tickets. This is definitely an area they can improve. The staff are incredibly grumpy but I suppose I would be too if a had all those arcade noises blaring in my head all day.

The Fun Company is a great and FUN place within Fourways Mall. The bowling alley is awesome with latest equipment that I have seen in years. Few things could be better, first Google Maps location is wrong and pointing to other side of William Nicol, second the bar staff could go around the clients for orders more often. Atmosphere and equipment is great.

Terrible service. Very unfriendly. Very rude. And no one is ever at the counter. Haven't had a good experience with the staff. It is unfortunate, as it can be a very nice place for kids and parents to spend time at. Edit: I am changing my review. Staff member apologised to me and explained the reason for the situation. Was nice, but also one of the most exspensive out there. Must be the smallest sofar. FYI tickets won has been lock to a preset amount its impossible to win anymore even if the machine shows you, you won more. Aka its riged. No coin slide win machine proves this. Some different arcade machines especially the huge retro space invaders was cool.

The name does not lie and it is extremely fun. The amount of energy and pure content that one feels just by walking in is immaculate. I highly recommend if you want to just hang with friends or family and if you need the perfect place for a date you should go to the fun company as there is so much to do that you won't get bored.

Phone ahead to see if anyone has booked the entire place for party. My family waited until 4:30pm from 3:35pm because notice on door said 'private function until 4pm'. We ended up leaving out of disgust with the staffs ignorance of the matter. Nobody gives a s#@! The usual around here.

Usually the fun company is busy and over crowded but not the case with this store it was fun I went bowling there was no wait the staff was friendly and even gave us some tips. Really nice to be honest the gaming areas was abit small expected it to be bigger but overall it was good.

It is not that sanitary, especially the bowling area, no sanitisers visible and are forced to share bowling pins with strangers. The nearest sanitising station was out of sanitiser and closest was at the entrance from upstairs. I wouldn't recommend going on weekends.

Very nice place to go and have some fun with the kids. The money for the games is all loaded on cards that you swipe on the games. The bumper cars are fantastic and the kids LOVED the X-Rider or multi-dimentional movie. There is also bowling which is always fun.

I'm so loving this place, I would recommend people to go there and have fun. It's so exciting. The games are affordable. But my only problem is that there's no space like the machines are way too close but I still want to go back there to have fun

Lively atmosphere. 10 lanes with a chill section and bar. You can bring food and have a sit down. I also loved the cartoons that the TV monitor played throughout our bowling game. Very awesome place for a data night with or without friends.

Bumper cars 5 star. Other games one star. Many machines did not work and there are no signs to indicate this, you only realise it after you swiped the card. The machines also do not give you the credits that you won, only some of them.

The lady at the bowling alley was rude, talked down to us and made us feel uncomfortable the whole time we were there. I wasn't happy with the service and their bowling system kept jamming, we didn'teven manage to finish our game.

Went there with my kids and they had a ball although it was EXTREMELY full and really hot in there. We had to wait for over 20 minutes to redeem our tickets where we kept asking for someone to assist us.

Fun place for kids and teens. Variety of games and rides including bumper cars and a Walking Dead game. Can get costly if you spend a few hours there. Overall clean and safe. Good feature for the mall.

Was lots of fun. Just very quiet as we were the only team there. Also, although they have a bar, you can only have drinks after your game which defeats the object, so plan to have drinks somewhere else

Absolutely painful experience in the arcade. Spent about an hour just trying to get money loaded onto a card. PS, don't EVER lose your cards. The whole 2FA is a complete joke and so are the prizes.

Bowling is not pleasant. Staff is extremely rude and there is no space. Our party of 10 and another party of 9 shared two lanes which is a 1mx1m size. Absolutely will not return.
