Recently my beautiful mum passed away and from the moment I contacted Jane and her staff they all went out of their way to assist me. Jane helped me carefully choose the flowers for my mums coffin and a beautiful Wreath from her grandchildren and did so with kindness and compassion. They flowers all arrived at the funeral home on the morning of the service and were not only the freshest quality but the arrangements were absolutely beautiful. You can tell that there is a love and a passion in what she does because I could not have been happier with the the result and I know mum would would have absolutely loved them too. Thank you Jane for everything you have done to make this process so much easier.

I rang and spoke to Liz to order some roses for a friend who lost her brother over the weekend. Liz could not have been more charming or helpful, gave me some suggestions which sounded great and the price was also competitive. My friend has since called me and advised the flowers are beautiful and that the person who delivered them was so friendly and also very aware of 'social distancing' in these trying times. My friend was delighted as am I. Great local business, highly recommended.

After a web search I decided to order flowers from Craigiburn Florist for delivery in Craigiburn where my wife happened to be working this week. It was for our 15 wedding anniversary. My wife phoned me and was over the moon with her flowers. She described them as beautiful and generous. Thank you Craigiburn Florist for making such a good impression. It definitely makes me look good.

the wrapping paper is like a purple rubbish plastic bag and she kept the flowers in the plastic wrap that it comes with when displayed, it's like i was buying some fruits and vegetables, I'm embarrassed to give it to my partner, i had to look for a wrapping paper to do it myself and the service wasn't better, she was rushing me to leave like there is a line behind me, never again!!

If only all businesses were like this. I was impressed the first time I ordered a bouquet of flowers for my sister, but when I ordered a complete random request, nothing was too difficult and the result was an amazing package with same day delivery. Don't look any further for a florist, just ring here and they will make whatever you need. Totally impressed with this service ❤❤❤

A flower arrangement was ordered and promptly delivered but I was overwhelmed when the recipient sent an image. It looked so much better than the website image! I am sure they are the best in their area but perhaps beyond too. Thank you so much for honouring the special occasion.

The two ladies were very helpful in choosing 2 bouquets of flowers for me for a funeral. They didn't have any ready made in the colours I wanted and pointed out a few I could choose from that they could put together for me.

Ordered flowers to be delivered as a family member lost someone close to them, and they were the most beautiful flowers ever. Thank-you ‘cloud’ looks exactly as pictured on the website, or maybe even better.

Ordered a native arrangement for Mothers Day, and was very disappointed. Only a couple of flowers and all greenery. Looked nothing like what was advertised on their website. Wont be using them again.
