Would not recommend this company, they were disorganised and provided little assistance in the planning of the funeral service. They were difficult to communicate with and did not listen when we told them some personal details they had were incorrect which led to incorrect government documents. They worked as more of a directory for where to find services such as printing and audio/visual aids rather than assisting with the actual organisation. They made an already challenging time more challenging.
Disappointed added extra stress to already a stressful day. Got lost on the way to the burial then took 45 minutes because they didn't have the right paperwork. Definitely wouldn't recommend this company
Just perfectly organised, professional but warm and so respectful. The best I've seen. Thank you for my Mum and Mother-in-law amazing and beautiful send-offs.
