It is cheap, and does the job. My car came out very clean and shining. Before going to their branch at Bathurst and dupont, I read all the reviews of cars having scratches after their wash. I looked through my car to be sure there were no scratches before going there. I went in, paid for deluxe and my car was shining. Immediately after washing, i parked my car to observe if there were any scratches be I leave the location. And yes, I saw scratches on the car.. But the truth is, I hadn't washed my car for over 4months. So obviously those scratches were there, but accumulated dust and dirt for not washing my car for so long covered all the scratches from been seen. The perfect wash and shine from the deluxe only revealed the scratches that I didn't know were there. I became certain of this because, 2weeks after I did the deluxe, I stopped seeing the scratches. This is because dust and dirt had accumulated again on my car and covered those scratches. I went to crosstown for another deluxe and those scratches became visible again. After some weeks, when dust must have accumulated, I do not see the scratches again. This is the cycle. However, the downside I noticed is that their dryer dies not dry the back of the car well. My hood came our of the dryer with water still on it. Albeit with a shining car. I will definitely use them again and again. Cheapest car wash, that does the job well for me.

Worst car wash in the city. Paid $2 for a vacuum with no suction. Complained to the owner and he tells me that vacuums are free. Refused to refund me. Then paid $14 for a full service car wash. Guided into the tire track, placed my vehicle in neutral and the wash pulled me in. It dropped some soap on my vehicle. That's it. No spinning brushes, no swaying tassles, no water rinse and no wax application. Came out with a vehicle covered in soap. Drove back around the front to complain. Received nothing but attitude and silly questions. "You've never been here before, have you?" "Maybe you had it in drive, or hit the breaks." Finally after explaining that any car wash in the city activates when you go through it and pointing out that the vehicles currently going through the wash had activated spinning brushes, water spray etc., and that my car wash did not, did they reluctantly allow me to go through the wash a second time. That second time, everything activated and worked properly. Never going to this place again, based on the attitude, rudeness and patronising questions given by the owner and staff.

I've been to Crosstown's other location and this one is very different but still good. It's not a coin wash so there's no interior detailing. Just an express exterior wash with two lanes. My boyfriend got the $8 wash (which is crazy cheap) and there were vacuums before going into the lanes that are free to use. There was a bit of a line up when we went but we spent that time vacuuming the interior and just waited for the line to free up. The carwash itself was nothing different from other washes. We still needed to scrub the front grill of bugs and etc, but it's to be expected from an express wash. Would suggest bringing a shammy for the windows and whatnot as it doesn't get completely dry. It is comparable to gas station car washes except the price is much better + free vacuuming. We use a coin wash in our town that costs easily $20 each time and I wish we had an express wash like this in London.

As a monthly member for 6+ months now, I absolutely recommend against this location. The wash and dry here is not as good as the Jane or Dufferin locations but the vacuums are the worst part. None of them have any suction, which is something the management is aware of (I personally have spoken with the staff about it multiple times) yet they choose to do nothing about it. If you go here you’ll see cars pull up, then shuffle over to other vacuums hoping to find one that works, but unfortunately they’re all the same. This location is very disappointing considering it’s the closest to my home but thankfully I can go a little out of my way when commuting from work to visit the other locations, and I have nothing but good things to say about the other locations. If you’re considering subscribing to the monthly wash but would only visit this location, take your business elsewhere.

Despicable behavior by staff. Telling me to go back to my own country after calling me a cheat because he canceled my prepaid month 8 days early when I asked him to not renew it. Talked to Sergio the manager who was also rude. Took asking three times to speak to the manager for him to say he was. This after 20 minutes of asking for his number from this staff and getting two fake numbers first. I've been using this wash for years. Never again. Terrible service and behavior by all involved. Update 3 months later- Having spoken to the owner on the day of the incident, he was dismissive and then finally confirmed that I would receive a cheque for the prepaid days that were cancelled. No cheque so far and the credit card they had on file was compromised the next day. Had to dispute 5 different fraud charges amounting to over $1000. Again, never again.

Hi, you pay for what you get here $7.00 Don’t waste your money the car wash scratches paint even with new brushes that they just installed. The reason is they don’t use enough water to wash the dirt away off the brushes. If you were the last vehicle in a line of 2 to 3 vehicles waiting the dirt left on the brushes from those vehicles are now going to be rubbing on your paint. I’ve use this car wash once, thinking it was going to be a great experience considering the new renovation they did inside and out. At the end I also had a nice gift. Water spots, all over my vehicle specially on the windows maybe driving would help dry water spots off. It didn’t !!! All the best to everyone

Every time I come, there's an issue with this wash. Poorly maintained equipment and poor costumer service is all you get. My last visit, I paid for a delux wash and received no receipt. You're supposed to get two free washes within 14 days when you purchase one. When I asked for receipt and the two additional codes for the washes that I was supposed to get, all I received was extremely poor service and a receipt with a scribble on it that said 2 washes. When I returned to get a wash, I was in line for 15 minutes for the gentleman to figure things out while they try and once again repair the wash. I simply reversed and left and have decided I will never return. Good luck to these guys

Not recommended! The prices are very good but beware of the quality of the wash and what it does to your vehicle. I bought a subscription and within 2 days of wash noticed a lot of minor scratches on my car (pictures posted). I’m confident these scratches are not from before and even other car owners have left reviews regarding the same. The free vacuums are good with decent pressure. Added on May 26- I contacted the support team as advised and received a refund for the subscription amount. Also, the support team shared a camera snapshot showing one of the scratches from before which surfaced more after the wash. That picture has been removed from this review now.

Scratched our car. Claimed it had scratches on it before we brought it in which is the same thing they claim to anyone who's car they scratch. The reviews from other people who had the same experience should tell you everything you need to know. Not worth going here if you have a nice car. Edit: You haven't provided any video proof at all. You sent us 2 blurry pictures that don't show any scratches. Our car was purchased 2 weeks ago and we know for a fact that it had no scratches on the hood. It is very clear that the scratches appeared immediately after we left the car wash. This is just a dishonest way of of doing business.

The guy said the payment machine was broke, so he would take any cash I had on me for the wash. Paid 10.00 cash, went through the machine and it knocked both my passenger and drivers side mirror bodies off my car, they were left dangling by the control cord. Same guy that took my cash came and offered 2 zip ties as a solution, no damage report was taken. Luckily I took video as I passed through the wash machine. So now I'm out a couple hundred dollars to replace my mirrors and the time it'll take to put them back on. To say I'm not happy with this place is a massive understatement.....but the vacuum was free...yippeee

they have a habit of giving you the car wash option that's one level below the one you bought. Today we bought the deluxe ($10) and the guy only pressed the express option. As you put your car in neutral, you pass a large lit up sign to the right which tells you what option is selected. the express was selected and i opened the window to tell him, he made a motion to pretend that the deluxe was pressed, however the sign didn't change. Tried telling the guy afterwards, but there's no way to prove it unless someone is standing by the entrance watching it. It's only $3, but it's the principle of not being ripped off.

Good morning I hope you are going well I am so sad about your service, because I bought wash pass C$33,89 to wash my car every day, I just go to wash 2 or 3 time per week, and every time someone used already my pass, and the staff They look at me and my car like I'm gone in the morning. Last time the guy print a ticket to wash my car but the machine didn’t extra dry, they already change my access but the problem continue I don’t know with who speak about this situação, and I am so sad because I am paying for somebody use my access. I wash my car in 02/26/22 ,in crsoss town car wash DUPONT so before I started going to the line, the employee started hitting in the sign and yelling "PUTTING IN FU........ NEUTRAL" I dont understanding why he was yelling , so I opened the window he keeping yelling , I asked why are you yelling ? he arguing for nothing , I started to yelling and I try to drop off the car for talking face to face , but my wife holding me , and my son strted cry ,the other employee holding me too , I am frequent customer there , I know how proceed to do into wash my car

I've been several times and it's usually an okay job. I just had to get some bugs off my windshield, so I got the "Deluxe" version. Went through once, still bugs on my windshield and the mirrors were still filthy. Went through again and the attendant had turned off the last part of the cycle, so I've still got a dirty windshield and mirrors, the rest of the car ain't great, and I'm looking for a new place to take my car. I guess maybe you'll get a decent job done if you opt for the "Works" package, but if that's the case why have bad options?

Edit: They reached out to me and we resolved the issue. They were very responsive, kind and understanding during our conversations. I ordered my new part and will be back to this wash more often! Wash was okay. However, the washer’s metal rail ended up breaking my car’s under carriage.(Left side). It could be easily avoided by the attendant’s warning. When entering the wash he gave me a thumbs up even though I heard some scraping noise. Not the first time using those kind of automated washers. $20 wash ended up being $300+

People who have purchased the 1 month membership, please check your bank statements -they have discretely billed me on numerous occasions. The first time, they refunded me the unauthorized purchase because I should have paid with my credit card and not debit card and the second time, the operator said my four unauthorized credit card purchases were part of a three month minimum purchase, which he later recanted and told me he'd speak to his boss about. Update, they reached back to me and have refunded the funds.

Little disappointed if I’m being honest. Felt like they’re more about quantity than quality. I’ve never been pushed through a car wash that fast. For $14, I’ve gotten much better washes pretty much anywhere else. Admittedly, I came after a 3700km cross-Canada drive but it isn’t worth it for a single wash. If you get the monthly pass and don’t mind visiting once per week, then it might be an alright option with the few locations around Toronto.

Went for a car wash today inside -out, paid $40 for nothing! I’m saving you $40! They just vacuum the interior (which you can better do it yourself for $8) and they leave the main spots. When you tell them that it needs more cleaning they came back to me with an attitude “they don’t do details they just vacuum” so what’s the difference in paying $8 and $40? Ohhh and don’t expect more than 5min clean up! RIDICULOUS

I been coming here for the past 3 years and somehow the service is ok. Sometimes, the machine does not wash away all the dirt in your car but still does most of the job. Also they changed they monthly plans, there is no $10 or $15 dollars plan anymore. If you wanted to sign up it always start in $20 dollars plan. Good thing is if you buy a single wash they give you another one for free.

Although this isn't a touchless car wash. It still cleans and dry much better than most touchless car wash I've been to. It's soft cloth auto Wash. Good options for price. Free vacuum before you get car wash. The top 2 tier of the washes special gives u a free wash. One is valid for 14 days and the other for 7 days. If you want a very goood cleaning, go back to back with the washes.

I've used this car wash from the day they opened on Dupont St. I moved to Brampton & when I'm in the city... that's when my cart gets washed & always satisfied. Not this time! I was there Jan 31 and this is the back of my vehicle after the wash. Sides & front are clean. I truly hope this was a one off & the quality of service doesn't fade. I truly wished I could have given 5 stars.

Purchased a $20 "executive" wash (top level) which included two "deluxe" (2nd lowest) washes within the next two weeks. Came back and entered my code for the 2nd wash and was about to head in. A man walks up to me and tells me that my code is expired (it wasn't), then when I do the math for him he tries to downgrade my wash to the "express" (lowest level). I won't be back.

Scratched my truck up today, March 9 2019. One of the blue rollers was not working and they still allowed cars and trucks to enter the wash. I got out and inspected my truck noticing a good amount of scratches on my rear wheel well. Had the manager come over and look and he just brushed me off, didn't care and ran into a back room. Absolutely stunned.

I normally go to the one in Jane street, which has amazing service. This location lacks that, the guy in the front is always busy smoking, on his phone or just not paying attention (he only says something after the wheel misses the track) I don't know what it is but it just feels like the quality of wash is much better in the other location.

Salt your walk!!!! Very slippery, and washed away salt, if you have a business with water in winter it should be your responsibility to ensure the safety of all passing by your business. You could also do more to remind drivers to watch as they are exiting your establishment, I narrowly avoid getting hit by irresponsible drivers are often.

Amazing car wash and very reasonable monthly pass as well. I have been using for almost couple of years and never have a problem. It's a good car wash, all automated. Fast, efficient and also it's a fun ride to be in the car while it's washing. The cycle takes maybe a minute or two only, but the car is surprisingly clean after it given the speed, so I think they have a good machine. Tip: if you have a trailer hitch, don't leave the rubber cap on, or you'll lose it!

Lots of vacuuming stations and the automated car wash was fast and efficient. Love how you can pay online so you can spend as little as possible with their machine, but the option to pay on it is also convenient since you don’t have to interact with another person. For sure will be back since I’ve been here a handful of times already.

If you're paying by cash to use the car wash, don't use quarters, the machine doesn't register quarters properly. I put a $5 note, a toonie, and 4 quarters in the machine, but it came to a total of $7.75. I cancelled my request, the machine didn't refund any quarters, but I did get a receipt for refunding of the missing quarters.

My husband has been with them for more than a year, on 01/27 when Gabriel got out of the machine and went to dry the car manually with a cloth, the car was all scratched up, he talked to the employees and they asked to get in touch by email. I reached out and never got a response, I'm pretty disappointed with this place.

Not happy! Truck is still dirty with lots of stains all around it. Also, attendant is not paying attention when directing you into the car wash which creates a problem on the tracks when you are inside, this can damage the vehicle. The guy at the other end had to stop the tracks for the wheels to be adjusted. Be careful!

When they said my car is done I came saw dashboard and steering wheel all in dust I called one of the guys and asked if they even tried to wipe it? He said - Don’t worry, I’ll take care of it. After he “took care” of it the car is still dusty and under the seat is just awful, no one moved the seats to vacuum there.

Extremely disappointed with the wash. We specifically got it done to get rid of the bugs on our front bonnet and it didn’t help at all. We opted for the deluxe wash which hardly lasted like 30 seconds (including washing and drying) so no wonder that the car was still left dirty and wet. Wont recommend!

Took my new car here for a basic wash last week and it was nice and clean. Just bought a membership to use going forward. Still avoiding the extra dry and polish features as I'm scared if I will end up having my car scratched from the other reviews of this place. Basic wash works just fine.

I returned to this location after a while and I felt a little disappointed because of the poor status of the brushes, the car was still dirty after passing through the machine. The vacuums were not working properly and they don't have water jets available to clean the carpets

They have a good special on if you spend 20$ you get “The Works” their best car wash + 2 “Deluxe” washes (12$x2) for free if used within 14 days. Free vacuums for all washes; their cheapest is 8$. Never waited very long in line. Best deal I’ve seen downtown.

This place has a secret formula. It appears to be a regular rolling-line style car wash however the end result is far superior and lasts longer. The detailing work is also phenomenal if your in need of a more extensive cleaning.

Cheap and best. Couldn't ask for more. Their cheapest plan at $23 all in gives you 1 wash per day for the whole month, which is less than a dollar per wash. Plus vacuum is free! All in all, a good place to get your car washed.

This car wash leaves your vehicle wet and with soap marks or water marks. Also be carefully when you cancel the service,they wont cancel and keep charging you credit card and give you bad attitude when you go back for refund.

What separates these guys from the competition is they let you clean your matts with a pressure washer. Other places don't have that. $30 a month for a luxury once a day wash. Can't beat it especially this winter.

My regular drive through car wash, very pleased with it most of the time. Sometimes the dryer towel roller doesn't work and that annoys me a little but otherwise I'd say this is a great wash and great value.

Popular car wash but very cramped facility. Really too little room to vacuum and the force of the car wash flaps have ripped two front licence plate frames off. Just choose the least expensive and move on.

Been many times. Fast and fully automated, but staff is around if you need help. Cleans the car nicely and there are lots of different levels of washes and monthly/season deals.

Has it's busy times, usually a short wait and off you go. Cleans well and some levels allow a rewash within a week. Great option for winter!

Worst car wash place went in it and came out car looking the same its as if the drive thru only sprayed water. I bought the deluxe wash too.
