Horrible customer experience. Only had the dress on for 10 minutes and both straps had broken. Couldn’t even wear the dress to my event and I returned it only a few days later with my receipt and the bag given. Was refused a refund only a straight exchange. The customer service lady was so rude saying that “by law” she didn’t have to give me anything. That is incorrect if a product is faulty a cash refund is required to be given I work in retail. If I could rate them a 0 I would.

Purchased a dress that was handed to me straight from the plastic bag from out the back. It was faulty and when I returned it they refused to refund my money offering a 1 month credit note. I even tried to replace it with another identical dress which also turned out to be faulty. Pathetic quality and service and understanding of consumer laws. Do not shop here unless you are happy to throw your money away (or into their pockets as it happens).

Is ok but it's not used a lot but it is a pretty good app and I can post all my cute things what I want other people to see in the hearts of others styles of others not just the world I was too but it's pretty good app nothing glitchy is pretty clean nothing really that bad some Mana issues bought pretty good overall I do recommend it just don't use it like Instagram

absolutely terrible, i purchased a $70 dress off of a rack they claimed to be “fancy”, i went to tighten the straps and it ripped off completely. not to mention the customer service was terrible, the workers were rude and stuck up and when i put items on hold i came back to those items being placed back into the shelves. terrible place, DONT SHOP THERE

Ridiculous customer service, the manager I’m guessing she is, stares you down while looking around the shop like you’re going to steal something then gives you such a big smile when you buy something. Don’t buy from this place.

Cindy Le is an amazing sales person. She helped me try on several dresses (I was alone and had help for zipping up my back, etc.) and gave me suggestions. And the dresses are great with good discounts if you are lucky!

Spend $50 on a dress here and came back to ask for a refund 3 days later.... refused to give me a refund and I had all tags on the item. Very disappointed.

Amazing service, helps with sizes . Very good clothing especially the jeans. Cute dresses too, must try!!
