Great clothes. Usually really great service. Visit the Camberwell shop in Melbourne a lot. Usually really great staff. Yet today - 10th March 2023 - 9:23am, really aggressive sales woman. Just making an enquiry about ordering an item in (which couple of weeks ago her colleagues did), and she was just aggressive and said no. And basically went on as if I was lying and that they don’t order in items. What company doesn’t in this day and age? Shame as was my go to shop and now totally put off going into that shop. Mostly used to browse and impulse buy there but guess that won’t be happening anymore. There was a better way for her to communicate then the way she did. Felt like being attacked. Not a nice start to the day. Just shows how sadly one negative experience can drown all the other positive experiences.

My 5 stars goes to Kendra Been looking for days and days for their Black Long Puffer Jacket.... D-Luxe Have called their Customer Service twice and Retail Outlets and Stores with no luck Called Camberwell this morning spoke to Kendra who was fantastic. The only person to check the system and told me there were none in stock anywhere in Victoria. But will be back in autumn. Thankyou Kendra for helping me i now can stop looking. And wait till then.

Looking at consumer affairs about their exchange policy. After spending over $500 customer service very one sided!!
