It’s refreshing to find a company that ticks all the right boxes, like Damien Lacey Plumbing. Not only were they professional and thorough, but they also went out of their way to help me. They squeezed my job in, even though it was a super-busy Friday before a long weekend, then fixed my problem quickly, efficiently and with no mess. They even did some work that will solve some problems before they even become problems down the track. Lacey’s will be my go-to plumbers from now on and i totally recommend them. Thank me later.

They cracked my downpipe and covered it up. I hired them to unblock the pipe. They (accidently?) cracked the pipe adapter and didn't let me know. I found it out myself when it rained. The crack is very new (photo attached). Replying to owner's response: I mentioned they broke the pipe in email but no response to it. I paid them for 2 visits but the original issue I wanted to fix was not even located. Instead they tried to sell me an expensive digging job for another thing. Call them again? No I don't trust the service.

Very bad appointment organisation and service! Totally untrustworthy! We have a plumber booked 1 week ago for an early Monday morning service. We had to put up with our broken kitchen tap and seriously leaking toilets for the past 7 days. The plumber called last Friday double confirmed. But call for a cancellation at last minute. Only can be re-schedule again in 8 days later! If you want no show plumber, this is the one to look for.

Damien and his team installed a new hot water unit at my house when our old unit needed replacing. From the very start it was obvious the team member was very experienced, well mannered, respectful and was even on time.
