I thought Degroot was a nice friendly auto shop but from my last experience they have proved me wrong. I went to Degroot to get my breaks fixed and it cost me around $130, three days later the air conditioning / heat in my car stopped working. I went back to fix the problem and they charged me $700 to fix the heating and said the part to fix it was very expensive and did not explain which part or what the part was called. I went to New Mazmark Auto (which was a great and quick experience, Mark helped me out and was veryy kind) to get a second opinion and I was told that a part in my car was unplugged which was unusual. 2/10 experience with Degroot will not return.

I started hearing some noise coming from my brakes which was worrisome. Drove over to Degroots to get it checked out. What made me happy was that they actually test drive your car for diagnosis. A previous mechanic gave me a $500 quote over the phone and didn’t even look at my car . Degroots eventually realized my Brake System just needed to be serviced and the bill was decent. This shop is honest, reliable and quick. The car I currently have is my first car ever, so I’m glad I found myself a trustworthy mechanic. I appreciate the team. 10/10

Ever since I came in for a damaged tire at the recommendation of one of their customers, I knew that I had found my Mechanic. Finding a good auto shop is like finding a good barber. You find a good one and you stick with them. I love that Mike and his team are professional, timely and they give it to you straight, without trying to upsell you on unnecessary repairs

I originally went to Degroots to purchase winter tires. Since then, Mike and his team of expert mechanics have been servicing my car for more than five years. I’ve found Degroots to be consistently honest, clearly identifying any issues they’ve found, and recommending only what is necessary. A very good garage - no surprises.

Amazing team! Mike is always helpful and I know I can bring my car in the same day to get checked. They really helped us out and went above and beyond when we had our vehicle towed here and the tow truck driver demolished our transmission. One of the best shops there is!

Great shop. Relatively quick. Always friendly. And I've never had a problem with the work they've done on my cars. Price isn't cheap. But it isn't expensive either. It's what it should be for good work

I arrived late afternoon with nasty rear brake noise. Mike and Ross got right on it and 80 minutes later, I drove away with new rotors and pads. Thank you for the great response.
