First experience ever with a laundromat, just had a laundry emergency while doing the tourist thing in NOLA and ventured to Dirty Laundry late on a weeknight. The place was quite clean and all the machines looked up to date. There were a couple coin machines for snacks and drinks, as well as a change machine. Only reason I dock a star is because signs posted inside say that last load is 8:00 with a closing time of 9:00pm, yet we arrived at 7:45 with a decent amount of time to spare and I felt like we were given a hard time for coming that late. Nonetheless, the owner/operator relented, let us in, and was ultimately fairly friendly. Just make sure you don't push that last load time.

Was visiting the area for the new year. Wanted to wash our clothes and not travel over 300 miles with 'dirty laundry' in our camper van. Found this place via Google. The location looked to be in a nice area, the gentleman at the front desk was friendly and the facility was clean. We were able to get in and out in a short amount of time. The only "small" issue was parking since it IS located on a residential street. But overall, it was a good experience. Thank you Dirty Laundry!!! Picture of van interior just because. lol

I was waiting for my wash to complete and tired of hearing the BET on the moth tube and went out for water. I returned just a few minutes following to see a skank blonde tattooed woman removing my clothes with the attendant . When I got home I was missing quite a few shirts and socks. The place was a dump. There is little room to sit and if you walk out for a moment you may find less items than you went in with . I'd find another place or purchase a washer dryer

This place is awesome thanks to the gentleman who was working. He greeted us upon entering and was very helpful with other people. The machines were all running to my knowledge. They have a couple of large dryers . The gentleman thanked us and wished us a good day when we left. Parking was a little hard but we were able to get in front. I would give more ⭐ if possible. But definitely the best laundry to go to in Nawlins...

Okay. This place rocks. I never have to go to a laundromat. But, our washer died and clothes are piling up. So, a quick Google search and this place pops up. It IS clean. They ARE nice and helpful. It is AFFORDABLE. I was in and out in no time. Great neighborhood place. With all the strange stuff happening around here these past few months, it was a relief to find a great place to wash and dry. Go. Wash. Be clean. Thank you!

Very few large washers. They have a no-return policy if a machine eats your quarters. Had to use a janky dryer that was glitching and on the brink of eating my money, but then it started up and proceeded to inefficiently dry my clothes. Had to switch to another model of dryer after the 30-minute cycle was completed and my clothes were still damp. Just a heads up, you may be in for a longer-than-usual laundry experience here.

Machines are mostly new and top of the line.I went there a few weeks ago and the beast of a woman working there told me that the last wash is at 7 in fact it's at 8.She acted like she was doing me a favor letting me in at 7.I hope to run into the ownet to let her know one of your employees is turning down customers.She doesn't want to get stuck there pass 9 with ppl drying clothes oh well suck it up so your job or quit

Fantastic experience! The machines are lightning fast, prices are affordable, and everything is super clean. The employee on duty helped a disabled customer without being asked multiple times and helped occupy a 5 year old boy while his mom folded laundry. My dryer will be out of commission for two more weeks- I'll definitely be back!

This place is very clean and conveniently located 1 block off of Canal street car line. Parking on the streets can be a little tight. There is a television, coin changer, drink and snack machine. The folks that work there are very friendly and helpful with questions regarding machine operation and the like.

Just a few words to tell everyone how helpful and lovely the attendant was to me this morning when I was doing all our laundry. She is known as Grandma and I found her so interesting and helped me pass the time! Machinery was also very good. I recommend this laundry to travellers and locals alike

Cleanish and not too expensive. Vending machine, change machine, and obligatory Pac-Man game all accounted for. Some seating, but not much. Would recommend headphones--the volume on the tv and the young girls playing in the place made for quite a bit of ambient noise.

Great staff thanks for the help on what detergent is and fabric softener I had no idea the difference always thought it was the se thing so that helps me out and I learned something new. The washers are $3.75 for small and $1 for a dryer, not bad if u ask me.

Love this place,was last there in November and the lady working was so nice she must have cooked for Thanksgiving and omg the homemade cobbler she offered us was so delicious just really made me feel like I was right at home with own mom. Oxoxox …

Clean, well managed place with lots of great amenities. Change machines, detergent and snacks for sale, a few places to sit and wait, etc. Slightly more expensive than Bienville Washeteria, but this place is definitely more well put together.

This place is VERY people-oriented, accepting, helpful, and cleanly. I have had nothing but amazing experiences here. I look forward to continuing to use this place to do my laundry. I think everyone in the area should look into going here

Great local, friendly, neighborhood place, to do your laundry. Great hours and machines. Never saw a roach or a rat - except maybe the one crawling on the ground to go behind the counter to steal money, who used to be an employee.

Only so so clean. Old soap and slime around the soap dishes is a turn off. Prices of wash not so bad but one soap pod costs 2.00 each which isn't even honest. I would keep looking for a laundry if lived in the area.

The name says it all. I washed my clothes they came out smelly. I informed the tenant and she offered tea free rehash. No money back. Will take my business else where. Maintenance here working on machines.

Very clean machines, safe and the attendants are very nice and helpful. I have dropped laundry off and it is folded so nice. I have also done my laundry there and it is always a pleasant experience!!!❤️

The staff was beyond helpful and friendly. I haven’t been to a laundromat in over 20 years. I was shown how it all worked by the one of the staff members. It was clean, cute and fast! I will be back.

It's small but most of the machines actually work, so I didn't have to wait around. It's clean, you have to park on the street. They have a bathroom and snack machine. Staff is helpful.

This place may be a tad dirty but it is super cute! Great location near Canal st. The owner is very nice. If it is not packed there is ample seating. Prices more than reasonable.

Aside from the size this is the best laundromat I've been to in a long time. The service is great and the manager keeps it so clean. The later hours is a big plus as well.

Works fine. They just don't take card at all. You'll have to go elsewhere to find an atm so you can get cash for quarters.

this place changed you 25 cents extra for using hot water when they don't even have hot water or a hot water heater...smh

The machines wash fast, and the dryers can get really hot; be mindful of your clothing's care instructions.
