Such a bad service. SAM (supervisor/manager ) I asked for chilly flakes and oregano when i picked the pizza i was not aware that did they put it or not so i asked can you please put chilly flakes and she didn’t tell that she already put it she simply took the pizza inside and 2min later returned. When i came home seems like they showered the chillies on it. I called store and made complaint the guys over the phone didn’t even bothered to listen. Last time when I ordered combo, they didn’t gave cold drinks with it and when i called the store they said please come to store and pick. If i could pick it why should i order it ??? Such a bad experience don’t even know about customer service. When i asked for her name over the phone she said its just a crew member sam is the manager

Wonderful Customer service, tentative delivery, very kind, patient and understanding. I am very sorry for any inconvenience caused with the order. I highly recommend this Domino’s Pizza. I would not recommend this store, if you want value for money then try some another domino’s store. Never ordering again, pizza worth $18 on a GF base. Hardly any toppings on the pizza. Using technology that does quality test and clearly quality check failed but does the store/staffs cares, not at all. Completely rip off. Spoiled the meal and the mood. All I can say, lift the game or there are many others to take the business. Well guess what, you have lost a customer for life who was a big fan of domino’s once.

The pizza here is horrible it tastes just like cardboard. They also have very dirty hygiene and the service is super slow. They get the orders wrong here most of the time. Every time I order from here I immediately regret it. Got food poisoning from here too and the cheese on the pizzas is either off or has a very strange texture to it but it's definitely not mozzarella! Not sure why the quality of Domino's keeps going down while the price is going up. Do yourself a favour and don't go here.

The pizza smelled and tasted really bad. Seems like the pizza dough was really old. The pizza smelled bad as soon as I got it in the car. I thought it was the cardboard but unfortunately it was the pizza. The toppings were not fresh either. The worst tasting pizza that I had to throw in the bin.

I accidentally ordered the wrong pizza. Because the app kept showing that pizza and i thought i ordered veggie supreme but it was just supreme. The manager said he can't refund and i said you can keep the pizza and he sarcastically said ok and kept the pizza. Spent 1000s of dollars in this store but will never go back again to this store ever.

Probably one of the most useless places I've ever ordered from. I ordered off UberEats, only to have delivery take over an hour and a half, almost two hours late! Then not even arrive. I called to see what the problem may be, only to be put on hold and then hung up on.

Called them for 2 large bbq chicken pizza without onion and bacon with only chicken. Got them in 15 min which is fantastic but the size looks small, the topping was very poor, there only few pieces of chicken and little bbq sauce, hardly taste it. Really bad experience, they could have done better after charging $19 per pizza

Ordered food like 1 hour ago and they are still preparing it.. it always happens here in this particular domino’s.. Staff is soo slow and bad.. It fr needs to be changed.. and especially when you order it through uber eats or doordash, they dont care and will not even make anything for like 40 mins until you call them.. More

I usually in the past have ordered Dominoes pizzas, But for me local pizza shops are much better than Dominoes pizza. The customer service is average. The best thing for me to get from Dominoes are the Frank's RedHot Buffalo chicken wings.

Ordered at 00:15, received email saying order confirmed and money taken. Live pizza tracker would not load and not confident order actually went through, rung store to confirm who stated order had gone thru. Order never came. Terrible will never go to dominos again. More

This is my 2nd time order with dominos (craigieburn ). first time i order but they sent the wrong order and I ignored it, I thought they might missed it but today again i order something which I didn’t even get it.
