after placing my order, i looked up this locations opening times, and felt incredibly bad upon realising they were close to closing. when my partner opened the door the delivery driver, they made a rude comment about making sure that we ordered earlier next time, as they now have a lot of washing up to do. i had come home from work (i also work in hospo so i understand the struggle of having to do the job you are paid to do ) shortly before placing the order so next time, i will be sure to let my work know i want dominos for dinner so they can roster accordingly. i no longer feel bad about ordering that close to close and vow to order at 10:55 every night. food was good tho.

Terrible delivery service. The driver left our pizzas on the ground and didn't bother knocking. There were plenty of better places to leave it, such as the table or the storage box outside, but no. After waiting a suspiciously long time for a knock at the door, we decided to look outside, and sure enough, the damn things had ants crawling all over them. We tried calling the store for a refund, which went nowhere. They eventually put the driver on the phone, and he just straight up denied that he had put the pizzas on the floor. He was also quite rude as well. Shame I can't give this place no stars. Even one star is generous. Never ordering here again.

I am a regular customer of this shop. but I just want to share my very bad experience that I had recently. I placed order online to be picked up. So when I picked up paid by my credit card. After couple of week I realized the staff charged $ 254.00 instead of $25.40 I agreed this kind of mistake. could happened anywhere as specially after PANDEMIC most of the hospitality company struggling with in experience staff. My issue is once I noticed this I present this outlet and staff handled this very badly and still I am worried about refund!!!!

Staff were completely unhelpful or remorseful after i called them complaining about the fact id watched the driver pull up to the house next to mine and then just decide to drive all the way back to the store instead of actually looking for the house. Pizzas were soggy due to the warm day and had minimal/ messy toppings. This store is a joke and its not the first time weve had something similar to this happen, with the store being completely unhelpful in fixing it.

Awesome quality fast food style pizza, great in a pinch, fast to deliver and pick up. Hassle free, big thumbs up to the team they got there.

well .........went be doing that again. I wanted a Magarihita pizza for a child and to make it easier for my allergies I get home and my plain pizza is smothered in a bazil pesto and I'm allergic to pinenuts and my fussy eater won't touch it !!! I called Croydon Dominios and they kindly told me they will send me a replacement pizza that was over 1 1/2 hrs ago so looks like its garlic bread for dinner. what a joke

I picked up some pizzas today, Michelle was lovely and made a great tasting pizza! Plenty of toppings and sauce, Yumm! Thanks

These guys are fast, helpful and always courteous. Busy store and their value pizzas are delicious! Fast-forward to earlier this month (07/05) - was disappointed to find the chicken camembert pizza I ordered for my elderly friends became a chicken peri, which was not enjoyed and I was too far away to return. The pizza was luke warm as it was sitting on the bench before it was handed to me.

90 minutes after placing an order we called to politely ask how long we'd be waiting for our two pizzas. We were told it would be at least 20 minutes with absolutely no apology nor explanation and hung up on. It took an additional half hour. After this incident and our last order being completely incorrect as well as late, Crust in Kilsyth be receiving our once per week pizza order

Pizza itself is pretty good, the only problem was I didn't get what I ordered. I preordered online and arrived 5 minutes later than the told pick-up time and our order still wasn't ready for another 20 minutes. It was a busy night they said so hopefully I get what I order next time! The staff that served me were all perfectly nice and helpful, they just looked swamped.

Placed a big order with them yesterday and the staff were friendly and helpful. They did deliver the pizza on time. However, the pizzas were not up to domino's usual standards. Ham and cheese pizza had barely any ham in it nor the pepperoni pizza had many pepperoni in it. This is not my usual dominos outlet but I expected the same standard.

They didn't understand their own menu which I ordered over the phone. I had to explain their menu to them more than 5 times. When I arrived i paid. When I collected the pizza, they wouldn't give me my pizza and claimed it was unpaid. Took showing my bank acc statement before they gave it to me.

I placed a order got home our dinner was cold and horrible now its been over a week and still waiting for a refund like i was promised spoken to so many people and still being stuffed around. I would and will not be ordering threw them again they cant follow threw with what they promise

The pizza was very salty. Also quite wet, and the dough was very chewy/rubbery. Minimal decor, the tomato they use as a base is so liquid that it soaks the pizza and displeases the eye and the palate. Expensive with Sunday surcharge and extra toppings but it wasn't worth it.

Absolutely terrible. We were told our order would be delivered, and 45mins after the estimated delivery time our order wasn't fulfilled. The phone message service was full and we were charged in full. I don't have the money back or our pizza... will never order again.

Quick service. Staff seemed uninterested. Pizza was ok but what can you expect from mass produced cheap pizzas. Don't like the little sliced salami they use. I would go again if I was as hungry as I was when I went there last time and nothing else was open.

Shout out to worker Aidan . Very polite. Knows how to treat people. Outstanding service. Much better than the attitude of most retail outlets. Alway gets the order correct. Good on ya mate

Large pizza is practically a small these days. Meat quality has slipped. Dominos is a shadow of what it used to be. Much prefer Exeter Pizza.

Terrible customer care and approach. I ordered pizza today around 6:40 online from Croydon and up till now they have not delivered my pizza and not picking my calls either Very terrible sort of people

The pizzas were unevenly cut with some slices double the size of others. I've mentioned this to the staff before. This is a hassle when you have younger kids and can't divide the pizza equally.

Rubbish! What’s the go with the prawns? They are the smallest prawns I have seen in my life. Pizza based taste like frozen ones from the supermarket. And takeaway is extremely expensive.

What's happened to their delicious pizzas? Don't bother anymore as the cardboard box would be easier to eat than the crust. Also all burnt edges. Didn't even want to give it one star.

Worst pizza I have ever eaten. Dry and tasteless. Too top it off they forgot the garlic bread. Do not buy pizza from domino’s, it’s cheap and nasty

They won’t deliver on time even if you preorder. Would recommend for pickup. But if you want to get delivered probably would choose else where.

Pretty standard Domino's, occasionally have got my order slightly wrong if an alteration is made to a pizza. Generally overall very good.
