Delivered churros without chocolate dipping sauce. Rang store, spoke with staff about the missing dipping sauce. They said they don't have any chocolate sauce in the store so instead of ringing me they just chose to send just churros alone and expect me to just eat them dry. Totally ruined my little daughter's mood who was so looking forward for the chocolate treat. Very poor service. Next time they would run out of cheese etc but they will still deliver the pizza dry without cheese. What a joke. They charged me for something they couldn't deliver and failed to communicate with me in advance as I could have swapped it with something else. Very disappointed at Domino's epping store. Staff can't be bothered about being proactive and offer freebies for next order if you complain. No wonder this store is at the bottom of Domino's ratings among other stores around. Store owners read this and open your eyes, your staff is f*#$ing up your business. A good business should not rake up so many 1 stars.

Very sad to say about this experience. Found a Fly in triple choc brownie which i ordered along with pizza last month end. Called the shop for a replacement and the shop manager initially said, sorry we are busy now and no delivery ppl.. and then messaging back saying okay i'll come.. I said it's fine , i'll get the refund as thought he would really be less with people. Went to shop after couple of days for refund, was surprise to hear no apologies from the store manager. He just took a photo of my order and returned the money. Such a wasteful customer experience. Not sure what hygiene they keep. Initially thought won't post but somehow didn't like how the store manager dealt with this. No apologies no sorry.. seems like he has done some favour to me by refunding the amount for that Triple Choc brownie.

Very disappointed. Yesterday I ordered a pizza ( epping ) for kids . I specially mentioned them (couple of times ) please make a pizza with less sause but when I got my pizza it was full of sauce . My kids refused to eat and i had to chucked in the bin . This is not first time .They did this so many times . I called them and discussed the matter with them . The whomsoever girl was on phone said come and pick up another pizza . I told her now i cannot come . My place is far from your shop .The girl way of talking was very rude . She said I cannot do anything . Its a wastage of our time and money too but they don't bother .I never asked her for another pizza at least accept your mistake then the manager asked for pictures of pizza. I had very bad experience with the dominoes 7 years back. But now, my heartfelt thanks to a wonderful team , good food and for the best service. This again to my dear Epping North Dominos pizza. It would be better if you could please fix the entrance door because most of the times during heavy wind the door seems to open and the accumulation of the dust and dirt from the road is very bad.

Ordered the family deal of 3 large pizzas and it was a complete waste of money and time. I don't understand why only this store prepares such bad looking pizzas. Look at this Spicy Trio veg in the photo I shared. They did not have spinach and instead upon my request they added Jalapeños but who adds raw uncooked Jalapeños on top of a cooked pizza. It clearly was visible that they cooked the pizza without spinach and upon realizing the store callwd me up, they should have made another pizza instead and not send me this one with raw Jalapeños on top. I ordered 3 pizzas and 1 side from Uber eats(the delivery was by the restaurant) and the food never came I called them and they said that they had delivered and apparently i hadn't pick their calls or opened the door while I was literally at my home Infront of the door watching my phone. The guy said that he just left the food outside and told me that it's not his fault that I never received it.According to him someone might have took it and that its my fault .overall terrible customer service.Thankfully Uber gave me a full refund but I still don't recommend ordering from this specific domimnoes

Today we’ve ordered 2 pizzas through online when we went there we’ve seen this much mess as you can see in this pictures in this domino’s store at Epping I’ve never been see this kind of mess in any other domino’s store and talking about customer service the behaviour of the staff was very weird they don’t even care about customers they only busy in chatting with each other some staff member chewing something and split in the bin in front of customers it is ridiculous any which way it doesn’t look professional i will never prefer to come back again and will never recommend others too...

Went to go open the doors and they were locked, saw 3 workers standing there so I knocked and waved at them to get their attention. They all saw me and starting nudging each other then all ignored me. I checked their opening hours and they should be open. It was 2:30pm on Sunday 2nd Feb, they obviously don't want me as a customer or they must be jammed packed with orders that they don't want any walk in customer's . Let's just say you have lost a loyal customer that has been going there for years, and my friends and families have all been disgusted by this and won't be returning also.

Ordered through Uber eats 2h prior my order arrival. Got a call 10 minutes before my order was meant to be delivered telling me they ran out of pepperoni and that new stock is not due in 20 minutes after my order was meant to arrival. We can’t afford to wait another 30 minutes at least as we we’re starving so I had to order something else as a substitute. If you know you’re gonna be busy order more stock and tell your customers BEFOREHAND that you are running low on stock, not telling me right before making my order that there’s nothing left. Disappointing will not return.

The pizzas are always delicious. The service and atmosphere can do with more attention. Whoever is greeting the customers has to be Friendly,attentive & overall aware that they are the face of the business. The place itself does smell bad at times and feels dark as well. Good luck nonetheless.

I contacted Domino's in regards to having some pizza's delivered to our supported independent facility for our long term residents. They come through with a heap of pizza's and soft drink. Our pizza party night was a success. So we wanted to shout out a big thank you to Domino's in Epping North and everyone involved in making this a special night. The worst service EVER!! Snobby and arrogant staff are Extremely rude! Have only been here twice. The first time they forgot all about my order while I was waiting there, with no apology and pretends to not speak english. The second time, well I wont even get into that novel. Overall Ive boycotted this store, and from the sounds of it, so have others with similar experiences. No dominos store will ever get my business again all because of this place.

I came here to try out the deep pan pizza and the employees didn’t give me it they just gave me a regular pizza, I came back later asking for the deep pan pizza. I was coming here for a few months and I've received good service. But that changed today. The person taking my order had a few irate customers as he took the orders wrong. He then started being rude to me asking me to not wait too long outside the establishment before I collect the pizza....,as if I would deliberately delaying my own order... This may be a one time experience, but I don't like it.

I had people over for dinner and Ordered 3 pizzas and 2 garlic bread and 2x 1.25L drinks for delivery and ended up with 3 pizzas and 1 garlic bread and 3 cans of drink and the driver said that’s what I got giving and if you have any issues to contact the store! Called the manager and he couldn’t care less and said next time you come in will give you and garlic bread and a pizza terrible service

The restaurant was so filthy I walked out without ordering. I have worked in fast food for years and this restaurant was truely the most disgusting. The staff have not cleaned the restaurant in what looks like months. Everything had a thick layer of dust, they were using unclean pizza trays and even the main counter had food marks all over it (covered by the same thick layer of dust)...

First time ordering from here and wouldn’t go back. Totally stuffed up our first order, had to reorder and go back a second time and when I mentioned this to the staff member, all I got was a reply of “hopefully this one’s better”. Not exactly great customer service. Pizzas were average at best.

Made wrong pizza.. they offered me free pizza for next time as they were already close the oven.. i call the store today 30/01/2020 at 9:45pm to claim my free pizza they said they cannot see any offer for me on their system its not my problem i am happy to buy another pizza today by paying money but offering customers then rejecting offer its not a good deal

How can you go wrong twice?. Ordered half n half online delivery. Clearly mentioned half veg n half meat. With veg they made sure spinach was taken off,but not added jalapeno for which you paid extra. Height was adding chicken and bacon on vegg slices too. No detailing at all. Never going to order from here now. Wish i could share the picture what we got.

Good service with delicious pizza, good location and easy to reach, parking just in front of the shop. In rush hours they are bit slow, may be need some more staff to recruit. In short, better than any other Dominos however counter hands need to have more patience and better interaction with customers.

So I ordered a large pizza on Uber Eats and much to my surprise, a regular size was delivered. Called them and I was told that the large is the size of a medium and extra large is a bigger one! That’s stealing to me, why would I pay 20$ and something for a regular size pizza???!!!!! Very disappointed!

My local dominos branch ( lyndarum epping) I can only say good things about the staff very courteous and willing to answer all your question and request and they even help me to jump start my car always taking good care of their customer and treat them like a family. A big thanks to all the staff !

Almost zero chicken on 2 large peri peri chicken pizzas that were ordered today. They should rename it "tomato and onion pizza" as that was the main ingredient. I thought other dominos were bad on amount of chicken they put on the pizzas but this one was the worst.

Really bad pizza. All the pizza have missing ingredients. They were so bad. This has happened twice with me. Indi chicken pizza was missing red onion and spring onion. Vegeroma pizza was missing feta, spring onion( extra) So disappointed. Train your staff.

Take-away only pizza outlet with excellent, fast service, and frequent discounts. Traditional pizzas are typically good, but while a vegan range is also offered, they tend to be overpriced, not included in discounts, and some are not particularly nice.
