i always know the food will be somewhere between complete trash and "overpriced but not bad". spent way too much money on this place for deliveries but im sure it wont be the last.... sadly sometimes u get a cheesy crust thats absolute bomb then some days its like a puffed up bread that they didnt roll it properly. some employees better than others, weekends seems to be worse. i think the young tall aussie bloke with tied up hair who makes the pizzas on weekdays knows whats he's doing, u cant miss him lol... the cheesy garlic bread is always black underneath. trust me have complained like 20 times to corporate and even in person, they just say its the oven or tray idk. no point arguing, i just scrape off the black stuff and it tastes good. just complain on the feedback and sometimes you get a free voucher. if theyre not gonna improve it then just keep abusing it rinse and repeat lol the chocolate puff roll is complete garbage never get it. its soggy, no oven will save it because the filling tastes more like thickener than real chocolate the sundaes are an absolute rip off, also never buy these. you get like a small 10cm cup worth of sundae, same ingredient as the thickshakes but those are actually good and full cheesy parmesan rolls are pretty meh, you'd imagine they are warm and soft inside but theyre pretty hard. one time i ordered churros and they used garlic parmesan seasoning on it. i had to scrape it off it was weird but props to these guys for offering a full service menu unlike some lame pizza joints around here who offer bare minimum options. i just wish they brought back basil drizzle and new york pizzas i mostly get delivery so cant say much about service. all the delivery guys have been fine, the store is indian run so its like their own world in there. but one time my peperoni pizza was burnt. called up the store told them and they made me a new one, the manager himself hopped on the scooter and delivered it to me for free and told me to keep the other pizza but i didnt touch it just in case and gave it back to them.

Since it's a Tuesday half price pizza deal, we have ordered extra large peri peri chicken pizza, but the person who took the order( his name was Vipin Deshwal), charged us full amount ($18.26 and placed the order as large pizza instead of extra large. After realizing that he charged us full price (large pizza) we reminded him about Tuesday deal. He sounded really arrogant and said, a sales man would never tell you about the deal and it's customers responsibility to ask. For a minute I was shocked with his response and felt really awful! So he was telling me that I should ask and remind him about the Tuesday deal. I asked for a receipt and then he said okay I'll refund you the amount. We however asked for the previous order receipt but I wasn't given one I'm guessing the order number would be 96. I'm a regular dominos pizza lover and this is not the first time we have had issues from that store. We called the store to provide a feedback and asked for the manager. He said he is the manager, after having a bit of conversation , he put some one on the line( guess he is the manager - Mohit) I'm sure the guy who took the order answered the call and gave a wrong identity pretending he is the manager. It looks like they don't really care or bother about the service they are providing. It's quite unfortunate and sad to see people like these who are completely unfit working in customer service area with no minimal standards. Not sure whether we are living in a third world nation or in Australia. I would never ever order pizzas from this dominos again. I would give less than zero if could and thanks for the service you are providing. Ridiculous!!

Ordered through the app this evening and paid the $3 for extra pepperoni. Pizza was delivered with barely any sauce and sparse pepperoni (definitely not extra). Called to ask why the extra pepperoni wasn’t added and the ‘manager’ had the audacity to tell me that the $3 was for delivery. For starters, Dominos don’t charge delivery... and the receipt very plainly said the extra cost was added on to the pizza. Rather than admitting that they’d missed the extra toppings (like any normal person would do without hesitation in a situation where it was unquestionably so), the guy got into a full on screaming argument with me telling me I was wrong and that I must have somehow changed the price of the pizza... how on Earth would I change the price of a pizza without adding or removing something? And why would I randomly opt to pay $3 for no reason? If you don’t know your own restaurants menu, the price list, that there is an option to add toppings to all pizzas and the fact they don’t even charge delivery – you’re not suited to a management position. About 5 minutes after the wonderful interaction, second store manager then called me back to give me a coupon while still trying to (admittedly much more calmly) tell me that they weren’t in the wrong. He went on to say that it’s not their fault that their docket system doesn’t marry up with the app. Lol. Well, who’s fault is it? It’s definitely not the customers fault that they paid extra and got nothing in return. We’ve been ordering for a while and have noticed the standards slowly slipping. After this experience it’s safe to say we will never order from the Glen Roy Dominos again.

This Domino's is run by an extremely vile manager who will call you a racist if you were to question anything they do because he must be one himself. Also be prepared for the manager at this store to verbally attack and threaten you when something goes wrong with your order. By far the worst customer service I have ever experienced anywhere in Australia. The manager who runs this place simply does not want to take any responsibility for any they do or say wrong and the reviews show you that they stuff things up all the time. Domino's should be very ashamed of this manager. Why on earth would you allow someone like this to manage one of your stores? He is representing the Domino's brand and he is a truly disgusting person in every manner of the word. What type of business model is this? I have never met a manager who was such an abusive type of person. I got sense that the staff in that store are really scared of him as well and it makes you wonder if he is paying them correctly and even how this person behaves domestically considering his willingness to act like a complete and utter moron in public. No words can actually describe how bad the manager at this store truly is. Please do yourself a favor and do not buy pizza from here. Domino's is OK just not this store. I will never order from this particular store ever again.

I will not recommend glenroy Dominos pizza Store. The staff has not work ethic and basic customer service skills. I went in here today Tuesday 9th Jan and the pizza was half prize but I was charged the full price, which I have paid. Then a few minutes later I checked the website and asked Deshawl the guy who served me, he sarcastically answered that the sales guy will never tell about the deal. And the customer has to ask for the half price/ discount. When I asked for the receipt he said he will give cash back. And changed the receipt for the actual half price. Later my partner called in the store to make a complaint, and asked for the manager. Mohit was the manager but the call was picked by Deshwal and he pretended to be store manager, and few minutes later he admitted he was not the manager and will ask the manager to call back and there is no response. Very disgusting and rude behavior. Very unprofessional and unfit to do the customer service role. Worst communication.

If I could give zero stars I would. There was barely any toppings two bits of red onion, three pieces of pineapple, one piece of capsicum and no garlic sauce. Paid extra for some of the toppings and didn't get them. It smelt a bit weird, but thought I'd give it the benefit of the doubt as my smell isn't the best, but I definitely would not recommend or buy from here again. Disappointed, as last time I had domino's from a different location I couldn't fault it! EDITED.... Four hours after eating their pizza, I have been diagnosed with food poisoning, (Eaten nothing else all day). I'm now in hospital and kept the rest of the uneaten pizza and receipt to prove where I obtained it! NEVER EAT HERE unless you want to end up in hospital!!! I hope they get shut down! ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING!

Ordered a family chicken and mushroom pizza and paid for it including the delivery charges. I got a large pizza instead of a family pizza. Honestly, the pizza was not even looking like a large pizza. When I called the pizza outlet they did not even acknowledge the mistake. Rather, the guy just tried to impose the blame on me and tried to cover up by offering a fresh pizza to which I REFUSED right away. The only reason I went to Domino pizza was that my preferred pizza joint ( Gabbies pizza ) didn't have an option of delivery because of staff shortage. Dominos Glenroy just deserves to be stayed away cause of their malpractices. SO BEWARE GUYSSSS.........ALL THE BEST....!!!

I just wanted to say thank you to Mario (I believe recall correct Name) for the delicious pizza I had today and I highly recommend his pizza to anyone looking for a delicious and satisfying meal. Specific compliments about the pizza: • The crust was perfectly thin and crispy. • The toppings were fresh and flavorful. • The sauce was just the right amount of tangy and sweet. • I loved the combination of flavors and textures. Spicy Peppy Panner Pizza

I strongly advise against spending your money here. The restaurant uses stock photos on their tracker, setting the stage for disappointment. The quality of ingredients is alarmingly poor. A glaring example is the presence of broken cottage cheese pieces on one of their pizzas, which is not only unappetizing but also reflects a lack of attention to quality or value. Expectations should be kept quite low if you do choose to order from here. However, it's wise to reconsider and explore better dining options within the same price range. Your money and taste buds would certainly be better off elsewhere.

Worst Domino’s service in Melbourne. I Called them at 2257 hours then 2259 hours didn’t picked the call intentionally because staff don’t want to take any orders. Again i called them at 2300 hours someone answered it and said store is already closed, upon telling them i called you thrice why you didn’t picked the call that time, they answered me store already closed at 2250 hours. If store close at 2250 hours then change your timings online as well. Apart from this, whoever picked the call he was rude as he don’t know how to talk with customers.

I ordered a mini extra pepperoni thick base BBQ sauce and got a large without enough sauce on a thin base maybe they shouldn't be serving with mb helmets on so they can hear the customer properly. Apart from that one issue I recommend this business .

Had great expectations for the lava puff roll so decided to try it based on the advertisement dominos had posted! What I got instead looked like something quite unthinkable. The dough didn't even tasted cooked and it was so burnt that the "Lava" solidified and became a burnt brownie.

Ordered 2 new premium range pizzas and was upsold to extra large by staff. Both pizzas were full of sauce but hardly any toppings very disappointing. We spent $40 and received garlic bread with sauce. Avoid this store.
