Wanted pizza. Ordered pizza. No pizza. After 40mins. Called to check. Employee/'manager' told me they delivered it correctly and that I had the pizza and was lying. Walked to neighbours. They had pizza. Terrible experience. Still waiting for new pizza. Hopeful will get pizza. (Wrote this in simple language so that the employee can understand and not treat honest customers like liars... Literally told me to "enjoy your pizza 'cause I delivered it to you, I saw you." It was the wrong address. Wouldn't believe me until I went to my neighbours and asked if they got unordered pizza, which they did. Then finally admitted and would make new pizza for me. Wouldn't have believed me if I didn't leave the house to knock on neighbours doors and just left me. They were ok with me going to the store to prove the person who picked up the pizza wasn't me. I mean the service and attitude speaks for itself. So to conclude, 1hr 30min since estimated pizza arrival...still nothing. Well done! For that reason I have changed the rating from 1 - - > 2 Stars.]

Worst Dominos I have ever been to so far. I placed an order online for delivery on Sat 11pm, it was just one half and half pizza (Fire breather and supreme). The store is 2.3KM away from my house. It took them an hour to deliver the pizza. The pizza was really dissapointing. See the attached pictures. The base of the pizza was really soggy, sides werent crusty at all. There were too much toppings, making it really unappealing to eat. Some of the toppings didn't seem like it was cooked properly in the oven. The half of the Fire breather was missing some toppings. I asked to remove pineapple, and they didn't. Suggestion to Dominos Knox: Please make an attempt to prepare the pizza properly. Arrange the toppings so that it's appealing for anyone to eat. Make sure the pizza is baked well.

It was horrible experience. We ordered fine suprime-vege pizza. After 30 min we got pizza. But when we opened box we surprised it was meat Lover pizza. We gave back all five pizza and told that u made wrong pizza. First they said that it's busy right now please eat pizza but we said we can't eat we are vegetarian. They said you have to wait another 30 min. After long wait, we finally got pizza. But when we eat that it was poor quality. Not Properly backed. We eat just one piece and remain thrown it in rubbish. I would like to give just one star.

TERRIBLE SERVICE DO NOT BUY I ordered 2 pizzas and 2 sides, after an hour it said it has been delivered even though we didn’t receive anything. I called the place as soon as I said my order hasn’t been delivered I was put on hold for 10 minutes and the manager spoke to me saying he can put the money on credit (not even a proper refund) and did not show any sense of understanding or being sorry for their TERRIBLE service. WORST PIZZA DELIVERY EXPERIENCE EVER.

Our delivery guy (Jesse) was exceptional! Food was delivered in an outstanding time and therefore the pizzas were still nice and hot out of the oven! Pizza was amazing, and they were very generous with the toppings. Can't get over the wonderful and friendly customer service that I and my family received by our delivery bike rider. A very sweet boy who seemed very determined for his job, he was like a breath of fresh air! I will definitely be ordering from this dominos again!!!

The local kid making the pizzas very good job on traditional supreme on sunday evening. Hopefully the same on other days. I will come to this store now. If the quality drops I will find another store. For now this is the closest store that gives honest toppings.

I have been going to this store for many years whilst living in close proximity, I have moved further away, however I continue to still go to this store, from the first time, the staff have always been friendly, polite, smiling, and acknowledging me by name, young and vibrant management has class, dedication bringing a balanced approach with a warm and welcoming atmosphere.

I never thought a business can rip off their customer in a such an easy way. they are ripping off the customers. I'm not recommending them to anyone. I have order 20 Pizzas and they charged me 20 times delivery. it was one delivery so it should be one delivery fee not fee for each item. I never by from these guys and and never buy from Domino. unbelivable, there is not rule to monitor this kind of behaviour.

We ordered 5 pizza's, took an hour and 10 min to be delivered (understandable). The problem was the vegetarian one was covered in more meat than veggies. Called the store and was on hold for 5 min before getting through. We were told the pizza will be remade and are delivered free of charge as a priority.....an hour later it was delivered.....so much for priority

Not that you expect much from a Domino"s store but this has to be the worst in Victoria. Pizzas are dreadful, lack topping and are overloaded in cheese. Not to mention that twice I've ordered thickshakes, only to get a call saying they are unavailable. Went inside the store, not at all clean. I mean it's Dominos but still...

Quick without the fuss local Domino's. Easy to order and collect. Haven't experienced any major dramas with our pizzas over the years. The value range was a bargain when it was $5, but ever since the price went up, I find the size became smaller? Their premium and traditional pizza is pretty good with lots of topping. Good place for a quick pizza fix.

"Large" pizza was substantially smaller yet costs almost the same as similar offerings from Pizza Hut. My order was also dried and cold. Definitely never ordering from this place again.

The worst pizza restaurant l ever see. With the new management they recruit clowns not pizza makers. Check in the photos what kind of presentation qualities they have. Very unprofessional service. Even my 7 year old daughter make better presentation than this. Never recommend this poor bunch of pizza makers...

Never had a 'bad' experience. Staff has been slow sometimes. But never rude or inconsiderate. Food has always been good. Delivery wise - they are usually late (between 10-30mins) also have never mucked up an order. Only reason for 4 star, is because they could improve on being more fast paced and on time.

I pre-ordered 40 pizzas for a kids' sports club presentation night. Everything was ready spot on time and still hot when we picked it up! Great value (we ordered from the value pizza range) and you would be hard pressed to find a store with more courteous or helpful staff. Highly recommended!

Great customer service and good food! I went in there and ordered 2 pizzas and a pasta, Cameron served us and was very nice, told us it would be 10 mins and it was! Both the pizza and pasta were very good. 10/10 would eat there again

Generally friendly and fast service, even opened the box to make sure I was satisfied with the amount of additional toppings I purchased, which was highly appreciated. Sometimes a bit hit and miss with quality of pizza but overall, this is my favourite Dominos store.

Sando and his team always provide friendly and excellent customer service. Never any issues. The pizzas are made quickly and to perfection. A fantastic selection to choose from and great value for money. When it comes to pizzas I highly recommend this store. 10/10

Ever since this place has changed hands I have noticed some major improvements with both product quality and service. The store looks noticeably much cleaner and the new owners clearly know how a pizza shop should be operated. Would highly recommend!

If you are finding pizza like dominos india then its not for you. No extra servings of oregano and chilli flakes is served. Most of the pizzas are tasteless. If you are from india you will not like dominos in australia at all

Pretty decent place. I had ordered 7 pizzas online for a 2.15 collection. The order was accurate and was ready for pick up at the time specified. This particular outset has drive through pick up which is especially handy.

My friends and I tookaway a bunch of pizzas and garlic breads after a long, tiring weekend. 'Twas a hearty meal that boosted our energies. Affordable prices too.

Busy joint so had to wait a while, but enjoyed my pizza which came with generous toppings. Excuse the photo as it was taken after transported home, it was tasty!

The food that they served me was really good and worth the price I played. The workers there also were really nice and kind. For that I'll give it 5 stars
