Took over an hour and a half to come and there was barely any help in service.The pizza had the wrong base completely and was half raw and doughy,the garlic bread was so burnt,the mouse was literally almost all liquid. It took an hour just to say it was being finally cooked, there was no gps tracking at all. Arrived so late it delayed the delivery three times end. Also said it had been delivered when it had not. It took 20 minutes after it said it had been delivered for it to arrive staff were not helpful at all! Such a horrible experience and no compensation or refund.

Have ordered from Doncaster dominos, whom were predominantly on time, moved to Mornington, 3rd time ordering a pizza and late again, rang after waiting an hour, and was advised it would be soon. I responded with, “how do you know, I haven’t given you any details “ then they checked and said it would be another 20 minutes, as I write this, 20 minutes have passed. Mornington clearly had issues. P. S order is under my wife’s name, she does not want to complain invade you spit on the Pizza ( unfounded) but how many other complaints exist but not shared for the same reason. Seeing I’m paying for the Pizzas, I reserve the right to complain

Very disappointed to find a 2cm long olive pip in our pizza tonight (that almost broke my tooth). Pizza base was nice though. Toppings weren't too bad. The size of slices need some work on them though (as they all varied from 4cm to 10cm wide). The girl on the phone I dealt with placing our order, was lovely & very helpful. Bit overpriced for what it is though, as your large pizzas seem to have shrunk over the years.

Happy placing order of 3 large crust filled pizzas one of which had garlic prawns, one had meat and bacon and the third was the firebreather delivered. Driver dumped the pizzas at the door and left. The entire transaction came to $74 dollars. No individual pizza prices indicated on the website and thinking it would come to about $35 stupidly never asked the cost when completing the phone transaction. Ridiculously expensive. Will not buy from here again

I have to say I would have given them to stars or if the old owners were still there but I have given them for stars as the new owners have definitely made a massive difference in the customer service and the quality of the food. I still I'm a bit sceptical as I made pizzas for 15 years and a very critical when it comes to the perfect pizza comma but definitely a very big improvement and will be back when we in the area

driver got us the wrong pizza's then told us to have them.. & would receive a "free Pizza Next order " rang up to place new order week later mention , what happen and was told basicly bad luck ... this is now the Second time they have stuff up our orders , wouldn't recommend , service is very Poor , pizaa are cook different every time ....

Under the pump but got my order all done and to myself in a timely manner. Young girl tonight was earning her money for sure. Thanks for your service and good manner even with how busy you were :)

I ordered a vegetarian pizza and asked specifically if there was going to be any cross contamination with meat and they said 100% won’t be, but i found heaps of pieces of bacon in my pizza. which was absolutely disgusting. very very disappointed.

Ordered pizza for home delivery. The pizza boy knocks the door, and I opened the door to take pizza. The pizza boy says he won’t give me the pizza, and that first I need to go back and pay him money. Did he think I will take the pizza and run? A little training and common sense will help.

Completely disappointed. We have been real regulars, ordering pizza here from years, and spending lots of money at this establishment, to be told we are now suddenly out of the delivery area.... By about 5 minutes and there is no accommodating for that. Disgusted in the service we received.

Best Domino’s store EVER in Melbourne!! The pizza was the best I had in Melbourne I cannot believe it’s from domino’s because Domino store near my house sucks, I wish the head office reads this and do some investigation on Oakleigh Domino’s. Why can’t every Domino’s be like this one?!?!

Do not stoop this low..... Mornington has much safer options!!!! I orded the pulled beef chefs best pizza, and as I was eating it I thought to myself this doesn't seem right. Low and behold, come 1am I was vomiting violently from both ends. DO NOT EAT HERE FOR YOUR OWN SAFETY......

just had an awesome experience with the new manager Tom, I believe. whilst they did get our order wrong, the manager was completely lovely and awesome in accomodating us was super apologetic !!! GO TOM!!! big fan (he served us at about 1:20 am 19th of Jan)

Since the new guys took over (a little while ago now) the pizza's are so much better - as is the service! Loved the dancing guy at the traffic lights on a Tuesday. He brought a smile to my face each time I saw him - and he's got great rythm!

Ordered a late night dinner deal (I know it was before close but still quality and quantity of toppings matter) expecting to receive a large pizza but by the looks of it it looked like it was a medium size.... What happened to Large

Order from somewhere local, they'll have it delivered to you before this store even claims it'll be with their driver, and that's before they decide to do a rally cross over the peninsula for 20 minutes before heading to your house.

Worst Pizza I've EVER had. Wouldn't feed it to my dog. Staff were extremely rude. If I could give 0 stars I would.

I get your Pizza are Budget but no seasoning no flavour and grossly under topped. It might as well be a piece of dry toast. Worst Dominos in Oz.. unless they are all going this way..

Terrible soggy pizza with over spicy taste. Ordered a vegetarian pizza and got salami on it. Was terrible tasting anyway . I asked for refund was refused. Never ever again.
