Can't give less than 1 star unfortunately. Just like alot of the other comments here... the staff are absolutely rude and incapable of making a pizza. I got served avo puree once and they told me badluck go complain on facebook it was like green slime dumped on top of the pizza revolting - how hard is it to say sorry we are out of avocado ... ordered a pepperoni with olives - the pizza had no pepperoni on it i mean how do you forget the pepp on a pepp? The worst part is being berated on the phone by the staff when there is an issue. Ordered a triple cheese stacker last night with a voucher from dominos that i received for a complaint about this store but had to pay extra for the cheese stacker base and the pizza didnt come with any cheese on the base or on top!!! So i paid for the base for nothing which is why i got the voucher but the pizza was dry and awful so a waste of time even going to get it. Its not worth the bother may as well eat a cardboard box and save the drive. This store needs to be shut down. Why should i have to drive all the way to wheelers hill when i have a store right near my house but they are incompetent and have been for the entire time?! They aren't even helpful or apologetic. I stopped ordering dominos for years and i go back again and its still the same incompetence if not worse You should note now the store refuses to give the receipt to you and takes them and screws them up into the bin. I ordered a pizza over the phone, extra large half and half with two toppings. The girl who answered the phone couldn’t get the order right and I knew the way she took the order that She was doppy. So when we went there to collect , we told one of the staff boys that we ordered an extra large. He said it’s too late. Then I was determined to get an extra large and he was like ok I’ll get you another one. So we waited there for another 15 min, he came with 2 large pizza boxes instead of one. So basically he has redone another large pizza and gave us 2 boxes. It was only for 2 people. But he charged for 2 large pizzas. This is absolutely unethical. It’s nothing about the money but not making the customer aware that we need to pay for 2 large instead of 1 extra large. Then the best part comes , we tasted the pizza it was like dog food. No flavor at all. I was gobsmacked as I have tasted dominos in different countries including United Kingdom as I was living there before. Never have tasted tasteless dominos pizza like this. All these big brands shouldn’t franchise them unless they maintain the company standards and quality. Seen this with other fast food brands too in Australia. I’m utterly disappointed as I am new to Australia and was craving to have a yummy slice of fast food pizza. I would never order dominos in Australia again nor go to noble park branch ever. Ordered a pizza with the 15 minute guarantee. 1 minuet after the order was placed I was called saying, we have 9 deliveries no drivers please come pick up your pizza in 20 minutes When I arrived it showed on the screen the pizza was ready however the pizza wasn’t even in the oven yet. Eventually, 20 minutes after arriving the pizza is made but now the sides were forgotten. That was another 20 minutes. Once they were ready we had the Korean Wings but the sauce was missing. When we asked where it we were told ‘it’s the same as without is that okay’. Well not really I believe? 40 minutes after we arrived and 1 hour after we ordered the food is finally ready. To make up for it the driver offered us free sides or drinks or ice cream. I promptly replied that there was no need and a clear indication of when it was going to be ready would have sufficed as we only were 5 minutes down the same road. He did refund the 15 minutes guarantee amount. Sneakily but he cancelled my order and recreated a new one I believe not to issue a free pizza when you don’t meet the 15 minutes. All in all the sides were freezing cold and absolutely bland without sauce. The pizza was moderate neither good or bad Overall, just avoid this franchise.

Workers burnt everyone’s food because they were too busy talking. Laughing/ smiling away as distressed customers were told to wait another 5 minutes for their orders after waiting 20-30 minutes. We ordered before some people there and after complaining about how long it’s taking, our order came last. At the very moment we are waiting more than 5 minutes, it’s been an extra 15 minutes. We only ordered 1 pizza and a garlic bread… Worker isn’t even wearing proper attire either. Never ordering from here again, all they do is stand there, talk and take their time. If you’re not going to provide proper service and do your job, don’t work at all for the sake of the community. My partner complained in person and the response we were given was them acting like as if they didn’t know what they did or what was happening. I was surprised i placed the order and did not get delivered yesterday. no follow up phone call and they just closed the shop. I made a formal complaint already. this is totally unacceptable. if the manager closed the makeline, at least call me back and cancel the order. I rang store and placed order bbq chicken and pineapple. Asked for no bbq sauce and asked for Tomato sauce as I thought base is bbq. But who ever manager on shift kept tomato capsicum sauce. I already paid for that pizza and requested him to remake pizza. The answer - he said is go and place online order for remake pizza. If he need to take order in-store i have to wait for 10 minutes. Good customer service but Dominoes can be very lacking with their toppings. Recently bought a loaded pepperoni with extra cheese. There were 2.5 cm diameter gaps of cheese around the pizza and some slices had three pepperonis on it. Since I bought a loaded pepperoni and extra cheese, I would expect the pizza to be nicely covered in cheese and have a good amount of pepperoni. I showed the person at the counter my situation, and they agreed the pizza was lacking toppings. They made me a new pizza which came out with a good amount of cheese and pepperoni. They even let me have the old pizza, free of charge. I was happy with the customer service but please dominoes... Give us more toppings! Fed up with this place. It's like tossing a coin whether you will get an edible pizza or not. One time it was like they poured the entire jar of chilli flakes on the pizza and was completely inedible due to extreme spiciness. This is not just me- I can tolerate a lot of spice but this would burn your mouth off. One time they put so much pizza base on the toppings was swimming in it and the pizza was ruined. And TWICE we have found a hair in our pizza. It was black hair and NOT mine. Once an extremely long hair- a girls, the other time a short and curly hair..gross. This means they didn't bother with proper hygiene protocols which is disgusting. Staff always look moody and like they don't want to be there. These guys are careless and don't give a damn. Management won't care about this review I just wanna warn others and advice they choose a different shop.

Horrible customer service. The order was 2 hours late with no update. Called the restaurant and they blamed the customer not giving the correct address when they were the one who read the order wrong. A simple apology would save everyone some time, but they felt the need to come up with an excuse and played the blame game. If you want to avoid spending your money on terrible services, order somewhere else. Edit: The address the restaurant sent my order to was different from the address I provided when placing my order. I had both the receipt as well as the confirmation from the app that the address I gave was correct. I ordered a Vegetarian pizza and 2 chicken pizza and we did the pick up at the store. When we came home me and my small kids cannot eat the pizza it was fully covered with chilly flakes. So when I called the Noble Park pizza store on the princess highway and asked for the store manager . Spoke to him and told him the issue but he was so rude over the phone and at the first place he did not take the order under the correct name and was taken a wrong order and he did not listen to us. We had no dinner for the night and it’s total waste of money. This store has very bad customer service and the manager is very rude over the phone. I noticed some poor reviews, but I had a good first-time experience. The staff was friendly and I was told that my on-line order would be about 3 minutes late. The garlic prawn pizza, double bacon cheeseburger pizza and cheesy garlic bread were all nice and similar to the food I have ordered at other Domino's stores. The counter area has seen better days and is due for a quick clean, but I would still order from this store if I am next in the area.

Had the pizza in the past, 5/10, id enjoy a frozen pizza base with my own toppings more than there pizza. Got the deserts the other day, they advertise custard puff rolls. These were a 5/10 also. Looked nothing like the ad, no icing sugar dusted on them like the ad, they they were burnt and bland. Made it clear as day in capital letters to NOT ring my doorbell as it was a late delivery and people were asleep in my household. I would not recommend anyone to have their pizza. The customer service is very poor as if I am having free pizza. The girl at the front service desk was quiet unprofessional. The pizza we had was topped up with chicken but it was hard to find as there were only 1-2 piece of chicken per slice. This is such a shame that dominos has such a poor standard.

Ordered a pizza today cost $25 and got pizza which doesn’t have any toppings like veggies or feta whether it is veggie supreme. Noble Park Domino's are the best in Melbourne. We've been going to them for at least 7 years now and whenever we order we always get fresh, HOT, delicious Pizza delivered on time and with a friendly smile. The staff are great, the delivery drivers are great and the Pizza is bloody awesome...

We ordered extra large pizza with extra chicken to added. The pizza was extra large but we could hardly see chicken. The pizza seems like it was vegetarian too many spinach and no chicken. The front staff didn’t seem much helpful and the customer service was 1/5. Overall I would rate 1/5.

Poor customer service, send uncooked pizza's, Don't answer phone calls. Always deliver late and incorrect items. They don't even deserve one ⭐.

THERE WAS A HAIR IN MY PIZZA!!!! Not to mention the pizza looked like the sauce bottle spilt open on the pizza. If only google allowed 0 stars.
