Disgraceful Service. “Worst pizza I have ever eaten” - My mum did a phone order as she is not internet literate. When she ordered she ordered two “family pizzas” and a nachos. Instead of being told that Diminos didn’t do family, the person on the phone just wrote large which I didn’t realise until arrived. When I went to pick up the order the pizzas were ready and my name was on the screen however the nachos were only just going in the oven- so my order was not actually ready, something to think about for your database. Instead of admitting someone had made a mistake- no eye contact was made and someone mumbled some random excuses. When I asked about my food and how much longer no one gave me any reassurances, apologies, or condolences. When then the nachos where finally ready and my pizzas given to me, I asked “I think my mother ordered family” they said “we don’t do family” I said “well who took the order because this wasn’t explained on the phone to my mother” again no apologies. I asked if I could have an email or phone number to give detailed feedback to someone- I was told this was impossible and told to use the scan feedback. When we got the pizza home and looked at the pizza it was the worst pizza any of us had eaten. There was little topping and the nachos were burnt. It was my understanding that dominos prides its self on a CRM strategy and I saw very little attempt to grow market share and retain lifetime customer value

I was pleasantly surprised and impressed by the dominoes ordering experience. Put my order in on the website, and the website loaded their live pizza tracker, which showed what part of the process they were up to (processing order, making order, cooking order, ready in store and rate your order - with a horizontal bar filling up left to right in red as the process went along). It also said what time the order would be ready, and the machine takes a photo of the pizza when done, showing the picture of the cooked pizza on my phone. When I got to the store, a screen had my name on it and was given to me really efficiently. The pizza actually wasn't that bad either, ordered the double bacon cheeseburger on a thin crust, and while it wasn't that big and tasted on the slightly artificial side, it was delicious. Experience was 10/10, pizza was 7/10

Sure to get a cheap pizza but sure to clog your arteries with saturated fat which has a companion salt . . . Quick have 000 ready for what it is a future heart attack . . . Good Luck with the junk food that's not food with any nourishment nope it's made cheaply with stuff fat, salt, sugar white flour bases Yoiks you choose heart attack or a colonoscopy . . . Teenagers I see often outside eating their large pizzas . . . But sadly Williamstown or Hobsons Bay Council let this junk food franchise in . . . So many healthier choices options in Willy that are affordable and enjoyable. . What next KFC, Mac, Hungry rubbish oh dear HBCC DON'T DO IT BECAUSE THE OUTCOME WOULD BE SO MANY WILLY FOODY BUSINESSES GOING BELLY UP AND OUR UNIQUE WILLIAMSTOWN BE LOST . . . DOMINOS YUCK!!!!

Tried to order pizza for dinner. I asked what the specials were for a 3 pizza deal they had and the server read out the names of a number of pizzas (5-6 or so) and I asked what was the toppings on these pizzas. He replied in a very annoyed tone that he wasn't going to read all 45 pizzas on the menu to which I responded that I just wanted to know what was the type of pizzas available on the menu for the 3 pizza special (5-6 pizzas). Again he responded very angrily that he wouldn't read 45 pizza toppings to me so I said that I wouldn't order food that I didn't know what ingredients it contained and hung up the phone. Very disappointing that they expect people to order food without any knowledge of what ingredients it contains.

The worst pizza ever!!! Last year they wrote on there boxes if your not happy with your order you will get 100% refund and they gave us the wrong pizza and they would not give us a refund then every time we called them they just hung up on us, horrible customer service and horrible people!!! I have just ordered a simply cheese pizza and they put some spicy sauce on it which I did not order. Then I called them to tell them and they just kept hanging up on me I fell bad for the younger people who work there.

The Pizzas are ok considering "DOMINO'S" is such a large food chain...

We went there in afternoon and placed order online. Order was for 12 pizzas and few garlic bread. I would say service was fast compare to other pizzeteria for this big order. Not much for in terms of seating arrangement. Few tables that's it. Buy you would have whole beach in front of you few meters away from shop. Shop is located in busy area. It took me three rounds to get parking. So it's good idea to park somewhere and walk to the shop.

Vegorama was supplied on time for collection. However, anchovies specified as an extra were not there. Quality of pizza was poor when compared to previous experience, Pastry was thin and soggy and the pizza was inexpertly and crudely sliced. Only half of it was accessible as slices- the rest fell apart. Very disappointing . It was edible but not a great experience

Ordered online - 3 small pizzas, checked into carpark delivery, waited 10mins, went inside to ask about it, saw my pizza fall face down on the ground. Staff laughed & made a fresh one yet didn't communicate at all or even make eye contact. I understand that accidents happen but communication would've been nice. Eventually got my pizzas 35mins after checking in (40mins after ordering). Don't think I'll be back.

Lousy customer service & delivery service. We ordered a pizza & chips @ 6:30pm using the online app & after an hour rang the williamstown dominos as to when our order would be delivered..i was told in the next 10 - 15 mins..about 30 mins later rang again..told it would be there in the next 10 mins..it is now 8:20 pm & still no show..will never order thru Dominos again!!

Quiet Poor and unfriendly with their customer service. Called them to place delivery order, they didnt know the existing offers and got real confused. Then transfered me to Manager who hung the phone and never returned the call. Called again, and they hung up again. Never ordering from them. Quiet pathetic service.

Not all domino's are created equal, and this particular domino's stands out as the best in Melbourne! Orders are ready super fast, high level of consistency in pizzas, great taste and friendly customer service over the phone and in store. Highly recommend!

Great service on the phone and with the drivers, always polite to the customer and deliver fast. This is the best branch to order from as you get great service. Thank you Dominoes Williamstown for the great food and service. Definitely recommend it.

Pizzas are pretty average. More importantly in my two successive visits there at night they have nearly overcharged me by not giving me the advertised discounts....twice! I had to query it...twice!

Would of given five stars honestly BUT my son had THE LOT Pizza not realising that they included anchovies with it. Took it to the car and about to eat it with my son and noticed the anchovies.

Well, it was a good deal, but the pizza was cold when it was arrived and the dough was bit burnt around the edges.

Cheap vegan pizza, a few mistakes with my orders but they always compensate me by taking a few dollars off or making me an extra pizza which is rare these days. Very friendly

Disgusting an insult to a good pizza Dry, burnt and very little topping on nachos. Meat lovers was sweet and again leftover scraps of meat thrown on top

At the end of the day, an $8 pizza is going to taste like an $8 pizza. Not necessarily bad, just a bit bland. Good ordering system and staff though.

My personal go to for takeaway pizza. Staff are amazing, and I’ve never had an issue with my order either picking up or delivering.

I am pretty sure my pizza had a homemade sauce on it that was not requested, I also had very bad diarrhea after eating

Found hair in it. Staff was very rude on call and food quality is very bad. Never followed any instructions.

Typical mass produced no frills pizza. Filled a hole, but thats all...not particularly satisfying...
