Had the pleasure of having Jamie Lee help me in store with products, from jeans to tops. Managed to purchase everything I needed. Her professionalism and attentiveness is by far outstanding. Nothing was too much for her. Such outstanding skills in customer service. You don't see this too often anymore, particularly in customer service. She's a true professional and a great representative of Dotti. Keep up the great work Jamie Lee.

We went from walking around aimlessly at the Woodgrove shopping centre “just looking”, to having a really wonderful shopping experience with the delightful Jamie Lee at Dotti. She showed us alot of promotional lines, great value sale lines and her fitting room service in suggesting additional items to compliment what we had was fantastic. Good old fashion exceptional customer service. She made us laugh and made our day!

Dotti in Melton is such a lovely store! The staff are all lovely however Melanie is unmatched! She was really welcoming and showed such care while I was trying to find something to wear. I knew was in good hands from the second she greeted me. I found everything I needed and would happily return if I knew Melanie will be there to assist me . Would highly recommend this place

Went in there to find an outfit for my daughter and the 2 young girls there were trying clothes on over there own clothes and had no interest in helping us even when I asked If the fitting room was free. I left my clothes on the counter and walked out, will never go there again.

I love going to the shop in Woodgrove Melton because of the service here is spot on, the staff is so friend and make me feel welcome everytime I go to the shop, especially Jamie-Lea and also Tatiana. Keep the most outstanding and excellent service girls!

Purchased clothes there today and couldn’t even get a bag to put my clothes in. Poor service if you can’t even receive a bag for your purchased items.
