Great off leash area to run the dog. The water fountains unfortunately don't all have dog bowls and I didn't find a dog poo bag dispenser. It's such a large area that there's lots of room for active dogs to run which is great for working dogs.
Playground
There's a very large playground in one corner of the park which is good as it's away from the main off leash area. It seems to have lots of fun activities for the kids.

There are 2 exeloos in the Murrumbeena road side of the area.
Dog-friendliness
Large area, a couple of water bowls for the dogs. Not much shade during the hot months. I found bins but not bag dispensers

Great park for sports, recreation and picnics Has 1.24km dirt walking/running track around perimeter and proper athletics 400m running track with seated stadium on one side, several netball courts, playground for kids, cricket field, several scattered excersice equipment and a brand new excercise area from early 2022 with awesome variety of new excercise equipment in south east corner

Great dog park, can reverse park the car at the edge of the park and open the boot for our dogs to jump straight out onto the grass. Can have some sports there that interrupts the availability of the dog off leash facility but otherwise good. Fenced around the busy road sides to stop kids, balls and dogs from entering the road.

The field out the back behind the track and the netball courts is soooo big a footy match and a soccer match was going on and there was still enough space for me and my doggo. Also has water and bins so recommend this park highly! Close to a road though so if you don't have good recall don't risk it.

The park itself is is wonderful and always busy. From people exercising to kids playing in the playground. On Saturday morning though, the local Netball Association runs their tournaments on the courts and general chaos ensues. There are public places bathrooms

My girls go there every week to play Netball. The main track & field area has recently been renovated and is amazing - and, best of all, there's more parking! Also the park area is huge and a great place for the kids to run around in.

As I rocked up to the reserve, it was full of small groups of family members all enjoying the fresh air outdoors. With this lockdown, it was a pleasure to see. Very well maintained setting. Children’s playground lively and busy.

Large variety of sporting grounds in close proximity! Great athletics track. Huge fields, kids playground and always lots of dogs running around! There's also a running track around the perimeter and another park within 400m!

Great location, with facilities. There is huge commercial kitchen and I really wish they allow to use dishwasher as they have locked it. I am a caterer and loving this place. I had done 4 catering in recent time.

***MALICIOUS DOG WARNING*** A P.O.S. dog owner (overweight, middle age man) and his off-leash German Shepherd dog. Multiple reports of attacks on other dogs and menacing behaviour towards people. Be careful

It's one of the more basic playgrounds in the area, but my kids (5 & 8) still enjoy it. However, they are starting to prefer bigger more advanced playgrounds as this one does seem to catar for younger kids.

Great place for family hangouts. There's a small playground, nice 1.2k loop for walk or run, a newly-resurfaced athletic track, and 3 or 4 full-sized fields for sports as well as lots of netball courts.

More like a multifunction sports precinct than a reserve? Plenty of sports activities including open field. Multilevel Function hall also available. Plenty of on street parking and some off street.

Great day of watching up and coming athletes at the Little Athletics Carnival. Looking forward to another day tomorrow. So we'll run and professional. Kudos to all the officials and volunteers.

Lovely place for a walk, good atmosphere and plenty of green space. Lots of space for outdoor games and bike riding. (When we can be outside again I suppose.) Decent public toilets are a bonus.

Great outdoors gym area with equipment to do a full body tone up, modern, clean and fun. Take your own sanitisation wipes with you to protect others. Located in Sth East corner of the park.

Lots of different facilities available. The new excercise park is very impressive- you can track your bike rides via an app on your phone. The playground has recently been upgraded too.

Excellent place to spend some time with kids. Good facilities including play area, netball courts. Can see lot of people taking their dogs out. Ample parking around the reserve.

Excellent park with lots of facilities for kids to play. Only issue, the 'check-in' sheet should not be posted on a pole, it does not register! Needs to be on a flat surface.

Love the evening walks at the park, its great to see kids do their drills and practice sport, dogs having their play time as well. Lights on till late is a plus up...

Please is very much beautiful to spend time relaxing. Wonderful cycling track to enjoy the essence of the biking experience. Best place for walking.

An excellent multi function Reserve. Netball Courts, Sports Oval, Athletic Track, and a Children's Playground.

Good facilities like to see some parking resolutions when multiple events for disabled people and policing

Staff had poor knowledge about some of the things they sell, which makes first / new choices difficult. .

Nice place to play for sports lover have two cricket pitches plus have running track as well as runners.
