Have been a loyal customer of Dynamite for years, and not usually one to complain, but I went here tonight to buy a whole new wardrobe for work and was told by the girls at the Lime Ridge location that they were closing at 5, when the website clearly says the mall is open till 6. As I was finishing up in the change room, they informed me they were closing soon. After being rushed out, I went to other stores after 5, and when I asked other mall employees about the mall hours, they were baffled as to why these employees would say they were closing early, as the stores are contracted to stay open during mall hours. Needless to say, I've never had such bad customer service. The girl who was working the change room area even asked me at one point where I got a certain pair of pants. I'm sorry, but that's her job, not mine as a customer! Very disappointed. A manager should know about the conduct of their employees here. I will never be returning to this location.

I came in to do some exchanges and refunds from an online order and I was too lazy to go look for the items myself so I asked the friendly cashier if she can help out and she was so nice. She gladly look up items and retrieved them for me so I can try it on. I got to the change room and was informed of the special event and I was so happy to get free treats!! I didn’t ask for the right size again but the two ladies in the change room were so happy to help. This was on Friday May 20, all the staff member greeted me with a great hello and were ready to help without being pushy for sales. One of the best shopping experiences I ever had anywhere. The girls working that evening need to be recognized for there wonderful customer service.

Came here looking for a dress for a wedding. Usually when I come in here .... I’m lucky to even get a hello And I love dynamite clothing. But this day I came in and tried a bunch of items on. Katie ,I believe her name was. She was sooooo helpful. Brought suggestions and helped me huge. I work in retail as well and I can appreciate when someone is even just pleasant and welcoming but she was that and more. Even cashing out at the desk and the cashier was very helpful as well. Thank you Katie for your great customer service!

I had a stressless shopping experience yesterday while trying to find an outfit for an outdoor wedding. The girls were genuine and eager to help me find something I loved. I think I tried on the whole store and they didn't seem bothered by it one bit. They were great and I ended up buying a pant suit that she suggested I try on. She steamed it for me as I cashed out with Maryam (the name on the receipt) and I'm unsure of the other girls name but grateful for you sis!!

Bobby's the best! She's super friendly, helpful and suggests other styles of clothing without being pushy. The other staff I have been introduced to seem very nice aswell, They inform you to ask for help if you're looking for anything in particular or just browsing and then give you your space and dont bombard you. I love the clothes, it's a dangerous shop.

My personal experience at dynamite was absolutely incredible!! I was helped by a lovely young lady by the name of Uvikka. Her efforts to assist me during my visit is the reason I will be returning to this location!! I found a lovely dress for my sons (second) wedding! Hope it bring better luck!!! Just kidding Amazing service …

Chelsea is absolutely freaking amazing!!!! I was about to walk out the door with nothing - clueless as always on what to get - when she offered her help. And what a dream it was! She helped me pick simply the best outfits for work, and helped me style them together. She is a dream come true! And Dynamite is sooo lucky to have her!

There was a lovely blond lady working wed.oct.26th around 7pm, who was working at the fitting room, she was extremely helpful and helped me find a fancy dress (for a wedding) that wasnt on the racks in the store, but she found some in the back. She went above and beyond to help! :) Thank you!!

Elaf went over and beyond. She put outfits together for me and she’s the reason that I got an outfit for my birthday party. Such an amazing experience and I truly felt like a star. The rest of the girls were absolutely lovely. So kind, so helpful. Such a good vibe and a must.

Always have a good experience here. Today was no different and the girl who helped me has only been there a few weeks. She was so friendly and confident I had no idea she was new until I went to check out. You're doing amazing girl!

Great options, friendly staff! Found some great pieces for work, but had to come back because they left the security tag on but the staff was kind. (although the talking across the store to eachother wasn't super cute)

This store closes at 6pm whenever it is convenient for staff, one of the staff who introduced herself as a manager said they are mandated by head office. So if you plan on visiting after 6pm, better call them ahead.

Everyone is so helpful in the store and they always have such cute styles for amazing prices! The quality of their clothing is honestly almost as good a Guess, it lasts a while and fits great!

Although some staff don't acknowledge me when I walk in I absolutely love their selection of clothing and is my go-to store for all occasions.

The ladies there were very helpful in helping my girlfriend find an outfit for a wedding and weren't pushy. Thanks!
