At the time of writing this review, they're average review score was 2.8. Totally appropriate for what you're getting here and a great example of you get what you pay for. Got the VIP In and Out for 39.99. Includes a quick exterior hand wash and hand dry. That was probably theost decent part of the job, but was still dripping wet when I picked it up on some areas. The interior job is what I am most disappointed in. It's a really quick wipe down and vacuum. Lots of dust and dirt still left behind. I swear I think the rag they used had gravel in it bc there was gravel on the dash after. Also agree with some of the other comments. The guys cleaning the car are super friendly, the lady behind the counter could be more friendly...

I had a similar experience with other 1 star reviews. MAKE SURE YOU CHECK THE INTERIOR BEFORE YOU HAND THEM YOUR CASH. This place will do everything they can to ignore you once you have already paid. Do not give them a single dollar unless everything has been thoroughly checked and inspected, and trust me there will be spots that they missed. There are other detailing services slightly north on danforth that are far more professional than these people working this shop. Absolutely the worst customer service. I cannot emphasis this enough: DO NOT GIVE THEM YOUR CASH until you have completely inspected the work

Went there today for the first time. I just bought a new set of summer tires, but my wheels haven't been properly cleaned in at least two years, so they looked pretty bad. Like, bad enough that you could probably never get them to look nice again. Two people worked on my rims for about 10 minutes. They also washed my car by hand, then sent it through the machine. After that, hand dry, and tire shine. Car looked great, but the wheels looked like new. Cost me $25, and I tipped $5. I'll be going here from now on.

I use a lot of drive-through detail car washes by far this one has been the worst. Did not wipe the backs of seats or glove compartment left drips of water all over upholstery and dash, vacuuming was also very poor. They didn't even move my coffee cup or remove the garbage in one of the cup holders. Bigwax is by far better and not that far away. I really wouldn't waste your money here

They destroyed my car. I even left them a good tip thinking that they probably did a great job. My car smells of mold since I can't dry it. They left it completely soaked inside and told me it's normal. It's winter, how the hell am I going to dry it??? Left stains upon closer inspection. Definitely not worth it. Stay away if you have any respect for your vehicle.

At almost $30 for their in and out treatment I would expect better than this. Obvious mud and dirt left on front grill as well as the back of the car. Interior clean left more to he desired. If you're going to spend $20+ on a wash you're better off doing it yourself at a coin op wash.

Staff did a fantastic job at detailing my vehicle but the customer service of front of house staff left a lot to be desired. The car was returned with sodden wet upholstery which I was not told would be the case, no attempt to even partially dry it out on site. Would not use again.

Spent $50 including prepaid tip on an ‘in and out’ wash. The sign said it would take 10-15 mins. After 30 mins, they had failed to vacuum the trunk, the back seat floor or dry the car. Terrible service. I will never go back to this establishment.

They treated my car like I would. Great employees and great service. My wife said the car looks as good as the day we bought it. They did a great job removing all the winter salt stains from the carpet. Thank you

Sadly I’ve been coming here for years giving this place a chance. Last time. I’ve been yelled at numerous times by staff (always been cashiers) regarding my complaints.
