Nice lakes with a fountain. Big stairs for exercise, and some crappy exercise equipment, which consist of poles to grab or stand on. Bbq area up top. Views of suburbia, if you like that kind of thing. Ok to walk dogs around. Seen people fishing there, but I'd only expect redfin, maybe. Maybe.

Lovely walk around the wetlands. Will definitely increase the heart rate with the steep stairs and hill but worth it. Plenty of bins too which is a plus when walking with dogs! Noting stairs are an optional part of the experience so this is wheelchair and pram friendly!

Great spot for any outdoor activity, like going for a walk/run, having a picnic with the family, photography, etc... you can also go fishing in the main lake for trout and eels, and the smaller ponds carry redfin.

This park has good views from the top of the rise over Pakenham and is a pleasant, decent walk around the lower section. It is a pity the path does not go all the way around the perimeter of the lake.

I like the lookout location, and the like river, when you go walk around and the birds sound the frogs and the artwork that I saw there, but I saw a little bit of weeds that need to be pulling out

Nice place to walk the dog. Part of the pathway around the lake has been closed, which was a little disappointing.

A beautiful late afternoon walk made my day. And the 200 plus steps I think it was, if you are healthy go up and down a few times, you’ll enjoy that. Loved the Gabion baskets sitting area.

Nice little wetlands nestled in a ring of hills. Gorgeous views from the summit, birdsong near the water, pretty flowering creepers. Watch out for the massive stairs if you have asthma.

Beautiful walking tracks around lake with lots of wildlife, has steep inclines leading to amazing views. There are several exercise stations, has decent parking and a BBQ on site.

Gorgeous area for a walk overall. It’s just a pity there are so many selfish people going there who won’t pick up after their dogs - there’s even dog sh*t left on the footpath.

This would have been 5 star except that we have just picked up 3 bags of rubbish around the walking track and daily have to dodge dog dirt that the owners do not pick up.

This is a great place to walk if you want to walk but not go anywhere. Very easy trail well paved nice scenery and you can always challenge yourself on the stairs!

Not a picnic ground for the kids, but for couples on the north west side of the main lake, there's a cosy little spot for a romantic picnic, with no one around

Awesome place with an awesome view up the top. Fitness equipment all around and really nice night time atmosphere with nice lanterns all around the water.

Lovely lake in the middle of suburbia. Great for a very invigorating walk and exercise, with great views from the top and plenty of room for water birds

This is the only place in Pakenham where scenery, elevation, quietness and water meet. The moon is bright tonight. Very beautiful.
