Disappointed! I made a specific order over the phone the day before Mothers Day. Details were give and all was set & ready. I even called on the morning of Mothers Day to make sure my order was on its way and a lady assured me that it was all fine. Come 4pm my order was still not received and I called again to ask what was going on? My order was not TAKEN at all? Absolutely in disbelief that out of all days this happened to me. I spoke to another lady and made a quick order with whatever she had left in store to be sent out immediately, after spelling out names correctly and given details once again an order was finally received at 5.30pm (Mothers Day Evening) and the message on the card was spelt incorrectly. Truly the worst experience.

OMGosh, I love this place. All my local florists are so over priced with lame flower arrangements. I remembered how my beautiful friend got me some flowers a while back, so I had to ask where she got them from so I could go there. Eden Rise Florist! The order over the phone was easy, they had them ready for me that day. Very nicely priced. I will only go to this florist from now on and I live 45 minutes drive away from them. The flowers were exceptional and beautifully arranged. Myself and my daughter were very impressed. My only disappointment was they don't have business cards so that I could give to my friends. Highly recommended.

This man warmed my heart today. I didn't have much to spend and wanted to get some flowers for my grandmother for her birthday. I picked out the purple flowers and asked for some filler of eucalyptus and asked them to be dressed. This beautiful man added in some lily's while he was arranging them and made the bunch look absolutely beautiful. I truly appreciate the kindness of others today, I couldn't be more thankful. Next time I come over this side of Melbourne I will definitely pay him another visit

Unfortunately I had a very sad experience here today. Bought a nice vase with some flowers from Coles for my house. Went to the florist to buy some flowers and balloon as a gift. As soon as I go to order, I get berated for buying flowers from Coles. Then the sales person decides to start squeezing the roses in said vase pointing out the poor quality. Decided there and then not to buy the bouquet ans balloon i was to buy

I bought two small bunches of flowers from this florist for the first time. The gentleman who served me was radiating kindness, generosity and gratitude for all his customers. He gave me fresh pretty flowers at a very good price (on mother's Day of all days when everyone else was sold out or had only wilted flowers) , he was such a delight to do business with and I will definitely go back . Thankyou !

Five star. I sent these to my cousin after a bereavement and she said they are the most beautiful flowers she has ever seen. The florist was wonderful, very sensitive and we discussed colours and combinations. Everyone is very happy with such thoughtfulness and art.

Ordered flowers for a LOCAL delivery at 11am. Should have been received that day - however, delivered 5pm the next day!!! Not impressed and definitely won't be using them again! Trying to contact them is also an issue - they don't answer the phone!!!

Lovely florist. I asked her to make me a large floral display with natives and whatever she would recommend and it looks amazing! Everything is fresh and smells fantastic. She used a lovely quality pot and arrange everything beautifully. Thank you!

The ladies are lovely to deal with and there is always a great selection of high quality flowers to choose from. I would much rather support a good local business than be left with low quality Coles flowers as the only option.

Ordered flowers online not knowing they use a third party supplier for internet orders, Z flowers, who then ripped us off by not supplying what I ordered. Neither they or Eden Flowers answer the phone after multiple attempts.

I bought flowers every time from them. They provides such a nice and fresh flowers and the customer service are fantastic. I recommend this florist all the time.
