Most disappointed yesterday. I have been buying flowers here for many years. Last week I ordered flowers to pick up yesterday. I made a change to the order on Saturday and paid the balance. When I went to pick up the flowers for a special occasion the arrangement didn’t look big enough. It wasn’t, it was only 2 bunches of roses rather than 3. The florist asked me if I wanted a refund which I declined. They didn’t have another bunch the exact colour. By this stage I was agitated as I was running late. I was asked again if I wanted my money back. This annoyed me SO much because it was obvious that I needed them for an event which I was going to and where was I going to get another arrangement at short notice???!!! Whilst I appreciate that this is a first world problem I didn’t appreciate the poor service and then it looked like I was being difficult. Furthermore over the years no one in that shop has bothered to get to know me ... hint guys, that it was customer service is about. In the end, another deeper colour of roses was added, they didn’t look as fresh as the other ones and after paying over $90 I left most disappointed. Not even another token apology as I left! I won’t be returning. 11 months later after owners reply. You have replied to my review 11 months after i wrote my review. How do you know which staff member it was that offered me poor customer service??? And why didn't anyone else in the shop offer better customer service? There were several people behind the counter at the time. You have lost total credibility with your reply. Too little ... too late!!!

Worst experience. Rude delivery. Ordered it in the afternoon, the delivery man delivered to wrong person. I tried to explain that my friend didnt get it, but he was shouting on me like i was a liar plus the ego of receptionist telling how many years they have been running the business and never made the mistake. I tried to call and explain many times , what i get back is rude explanation. At the end i call to follow up again hearing sorry that deliver to wrong person and they gave to my friend in the late arvo, flowers was not fresh anymore. My feeling will never go back, if you run the business and you think client is a liar or enemy, i dont think you are good at what you do. Listen to clients before showing off your long years experience. Mistake can happen. I dont mind, but rude , shouting behaviour shouldn't. 50$ For bouquet + 25$ for delivery Update : I have no words for this shop you guys, they dont take any feedback for improvement as you can see owner reply. 1. Show clients information Name and address in the public, wow very professional. 2 Did the mistake but told me that how luck y i am that i don't have to pay for extra delivery. 3. I didnt start yelling at all i was in the restaurant having good time, i was really tried to explain. Anyway, I really have no words. I leave this here.

Would not recommend. Quality of the flowers was poor, see images. Went in to pre order a bunch for $150 for a special occasion a few days before picking up. Asked for a colourful bunch as the recipient loves colour. I was then asked if I wanted a tonal bunch, I didn't so reiterated I would like a multi coloured bunch. Picked up on Saturday on the way to the event (in a rush) the bunch was tonal pinks (not what had been requested) but as I was on the way I didn't have time to put another bunch together. Once I got to the event I noticed spots and brown marks all over the roses. I was quite embarrassed to be giving this bunch as the quality looked so poor. Such a shame after spending $150. Update: was refunded $39 of the $150 bunch.

Thank you endless to the team for the amazing service,for beautiful creation the ART of flowers ,it made our hearts melt the beauty and freshness of the flowers! HIGHLY RECOMMENDED ELOOD FLOWERS

Worst experience ever. I brought my mum flowers for her 70th birthday. The next day they were already whilted and dying. I was so embarrassed I brought her another bunch online from another place. I went in to get a refund as I had messaged them on Facebook and explained what had happened. When I returned to the store they would only give me a store credit. I explained I didn't need a credit as I had already got my mum another bunch somewhere else. I was also told I need to give them back the flowers, after explaining my mum lives 1.5 hours away they didn't even care. I was also told if they give me a refund it comes out of there wage

Not only did I get exactly what I ordered for my loved one I was greeted with a great smile from all of there staff. They were so professional and there knowledge about flowers was exceptional. They even gave me tips on how to keep the flowers looking good for longer which I have struggled with before. Been there twice each time and both times no one has even bothered to say hi to me. They seem to be annoyed if you ask them for a price and clearly don't have the time of day for you. Both times I went in with the intention of buying something and both times I ended up walking out empty handed. The bare minimum customer service can go a long way.

unfriendly and disappointing! been using this florist for the past 7-8 years but recent change in ownership meant that they are more interested in profit and selling you dud flowers for high prices rather than customer service! The fact that they rolled their eyes at questions really says a lot! Do not go there!!

Floral arrangement was very nice. I received a call because the florist noted that the floral arrangement was for a male and the arrangement I picked had more feminine colors. She suggested that the colors be changed to reds and greens for the holidays. They turned out great.

Only spend $150 every week and they had 7 minutes until closing and couldn’t be bothered wrapping a bouquet. Obviously don’t need the money after being closed for 9 months after lockdowns. Very disappointing. 1 less customer a week!

Ordered flowers as a surprise and paid extra to have them delivered early. Not only did the flowers not arrive on time , they called the person to find out when they’d be there later and ruined the surprise.
