My partner has been dying to go to Endota Spa for a massage and so I thought I'd surprise her with a booking for Christmas. The online form was confusing as I couldn't find any times available after Christmas Day, (even as far into April 2022) however, to my surprise, they had times available on Christmas morning. I thought it was odd, but I've never booked with them before so I just assumed they do treatments on Christmas as a special. I looked over the "confirmation" email this evening that I received after making the booking and it turns it I was supposed to receive contact from Endota Spa to *actually* confirm the booking. No calls, no emails. After a few minutes of digging, it turns out they're actually closed tomorrow so now my partner won't be getting anything for Christmas. Assuming that someone must have seen this booking come through (which was back in November) you would think that if they knew they weren't open, then they would let me know - but that never happened. I'm giving these guys the extra star because I'm probably partially to blame for booking for a date that's too good to be true. I'll be sure to spend my money elsewhere.

It was a nice experience but not the best. Received a voucher for my birthday. The store is extremely difficult to find and is a very long walk between the car park and the store so leave plenty of time to park and walk if you do to here. Not worth the price paid for the service supplied. They use lovely products and the staff member was pleasant but I've had better treatment for cheaper elsewhere. The massage was very soft and just basically touching skin, rather than working muscles. They were running 5 mins late and didn't adjust my treatment time, the lady also took her time to return to the treatment room when changing and washing off treatment. I don't think I'll be going back.

Had booked ‘The Revive’ spa package for some Birthday self care & it didn’t disappoint. I have been to Endota Spa Frankston a number of times & it has always been good. The environment & staff are lovely & very relaxing! Kayla was my therapist today & she was fantastic!! Very friendly, Super Professional and polite. You could tell she was experienced & delivered the revive package beautifully. You can tell they care about the details & Kayla delivered the prescribed package seamlessly. Thanks so much Kayla, feeling very relaxed & pampered right now xx

Bad customer service... rude blunt staff. Had a tuscan 8 hour spray tan here, the woman giving it didn't ask me how dark I wanted to go so I just assumed it was a 'one colour fits all' scenario. I would usually ask for a dark spray tan and was left extremely dissapointed that not once was I asked how dark I would like to go or if i liked the colour. Staff unfriendly and engage with you only begrudgingly. Very angry I wasted $40 when I could have stayed home and given myself a layer of fake tan with the same result. Won't be coming back!!!!!!

Absolutely love this endota Spa! Great staff, location, ambience and great discount specials! As a Remedial Massage Therapist & Spa Therapist myself, I struggle to find a good spa to relax in let alone an amazing one. Highly recommend the lovely, talented therapists here who really listen to your needs and make you feel like you're floating on cloud nine...! Definitely can't wait to book in for their April special $99 massages...!!! It's nice to finally find a spa that is highly quality AND affordable as well :-D

Have seen vlada (I think that’s how you spell it) for a month! And oh my god what a different she has made to my skin. Pointed in the right direction of skincare, gave me samples to trial on my skin to see what works for me and makes me feel so comfortable every time I’ve been to see her. 100% a regular client there now, extremely friendly staff and comfortable environment.

Lovely warm and cosy treatment. Professional staff. Comfortable ambience. Reason it's not 5 stars is I had a gift voucher and they helped me pick my treatment but at no point in time did they say it was more expensive than the amount I had on my voucher so I didn't know there was extra to pay until after the treatment. Just be upfront and honest next time.

Had an absolutely amazing experience, can’t fault the staff or environment. Amazing experience and I’ll be back. However, I deducted a star because of the weekend surcharge. You should take a deposit from the customer or waive the fee if they actually turn up, instead of punishing customers who actually turn up to their appointments.

Today I experienced my first ever facial! I was very happy with the treatment, I felt welcome, warm abs comfortable Leyda provided me with all the appropriate facial products and massaged them in so nicely, I almost fell asleep several times! I will be back for more, for sure …

Had a spray tan done last week. Girl was rushed and made my tan uneven and patchy. I was early to my appointment and had to wait till 15-20minutes after my appointment time only to come out with one of the worstly applied tans I've had in a long time. Disappointing to say the least.

I received a Endota gift voucher, a perfect gift! Leyda treated me to a wonderful facial and heavenly foot massage, so relaxing! My skin was glowing afterwards. It was so great I returned the favour to my gift giver so she can experience for herself.
