I was shown to the room at the accrual start time of my massage despite me showing up 15 minutes early. With that plus the consultation at the start and the fact the massage therapist was trying to fix the broken bed, my massage started about 15 minutes after the start time and the end time was not adjusted - not happy considering the $120 cost. I asked the massage therapist twics to focus on specific areas which was ignored twice. Also, the room was too cramped and i could feel the massage therapist push past my feet to move around the bed which really did not help with feeling relaxed. The kicker is that i got emailed a survey afterwards in which i have my feedback and selected that i would like to be contacted and supplied my details sand they never got in touch. This is what has motivated me to post a public review. Needless to say, I won't be going back here.

Booked in for a 60 mins deep recovery massage but it was finished in 45 minutes, even though I arrived 15 mins before my appointment as per their instruction so that I could relax and unwind in their lounge and to consult with my therapist before my massage starts. So what’s the point of asking your customer to get there early if they are still only be getting 45 mins massage for the cost of 60 mins?? Furthermore, I asked the massage therapist to focus on specific areas which was ignored. Terrible experience. Would not recommend.

I had a massage today at Eastland which didn't end well for me. During the massage I had 2 coughing fits due to having dry throat and asked for some water which was provided. The cough stopped after the water but the masseuse Zoe continued the massage with gloves on which made the whole experience very unpleasant. I asked her on this and she explained that it was to prevent germs from spreading. Very unhappy with the explanation and felt it was a put down and will never go there again.

Spent $400 on a package which included a $80 manicure. My 3yr old could of painted them better polish all over the skin around the nail smudged and uneven. Shocking that there happy to charge $80 and to let you leave with disgusting nails like that. I went home and removed it straight away. I will never return and will never recommend to anyone. Also the receptionist is shockingly rude i was gob smacked with her behavior.

Had a pedicure today. Fine ambiance and relaxing. I had the1hour pedicure for $90. The issue is that the girl didn't file the heels, ball and toe properly. I left as I came in, the same amount of dead skin on them. The shape of my nails are not the same on both big toes and nail polish on the skin and some of the nail is not coloured at all. I wouldn't recommend this place for a pedicure.

Ridiculously relaxing. This has to be the best massage treatment I have had. Hayley the therapist was excellent, firm but sympathetic to past injuries. The facial treatment sent me into another dimension. The various textures, scents and temperatures put me into a blissful state. I would be very happy coming back, and recommending the surrender package to my friends and family.

Very good , however, I did mention in my info sheet prior, that I was allergic to strong perfumes, only to have the girl use an extremely strongly perfumed oil. This unfortunately made me feel ill and I had to have a shower as soon as I got home. The massage though, was absolutely magic and she found all the knots and kinks. Felt much better the next day. Thankyou!

We booked the rest and restore. The treatment plan was relaxing on paper, but my masseuse was a bit lost. It felt like she was not as experienced as I'd hope. Booked the same session for my cousin and myself but it looked like we both got different treatments, as she did not receive some of the experience I got. Paid almost $300, wasn't worth the price.

I was very surprised that that 9mins of my treatment time was spent in the waiting room while the room was being prepared! A special gift from my husband left was not honoured by the the staff, I was very disappointed. The treatment was just OK, fragrances were nice but nothing special by way of skill and technique.

I have had a lot of massages at different Endota locations. This has been one of the best I've experienced in years! Not rushed in or out, calm environment and staff not loud or rushing around the waiting area, excellent massage! Amanda was a great therapist, I would highly recommend her for your next appointment

First time going to endota, didn’t know what to expect. Had a 1 hour organic relax massage with Hayley. She was super sweet, nice and asked questions to make sure I was comfortable before starting the treatment. The massage was great and I felt 10x better than when I walked in! definitely recommend her if you go!

I have been having regular remedial massages at endota eastland with Kristi..hope i spelt that correctly. .she is amazing! She is so knowledgeable and such a beautiful person. Thoroughly recommend her. I feel like i am floating when i come out of the treatment aches and pains disappear! Wouldn't go anywhere else.

Very bad service. They cheated us. I had a facial for an hour but it was finished in 45 minutes. Rip off. The receptionist is very rude. Not going there ever. I'll suggest eveyone to make sure you ask what services they going to give you no matter what, even you have discussed while making appointment on phone.

I went to Endota spa this morning booked in for the relax express massage after being given a voucher as a gift. I cannot recommend this place enough! Maddie did my massage and it was absolutely amazing. I left happy and probably the most relaxed I've been in years. Will definitely be back! Thank you

My facial left my skin dry and irritated, the therapist had not read my history and was rough with the towel on my face which was too hot. My foot massage was a foot rub and minimal effort was made overall. Very dissatisfied and disappointed. Total waste of money. Won’t be back …

I had a fantastic experience at endota spa Ringwood! Lauren was wonderful and friendly and delivered an excellent facial it was relaxing and rejuvenating. She also offered her expertise in assisting with my day to day skin care routine to keep my skin bright and blemish free.

I had the remedial massage and it was really good. Monique was superb, gave me like a deep tissue massage, i was so sore when i came in but after the massage, felt so good. It loosen every muscle i had before. She was excellent! and truly knows what she was doing,

Definitely book in advance. I had a remedial massage thanks to a gift from a friend. Staff were very obliging to my needs for particular sore areas, and consistently professional from hello to goodbye. I look forward to returning here for another massage soon!

I came here for my facial before my wedding and they sold me products with ingredients that I informed them prior to getting my facial I was allergic too. I have been trying to contact endota online with no call back yet either.

I’ve never been one for facials but having experienced one today I think I’m hooked! My therapist Kate was lovely knowledgeable and made me feel very special. My skin felt so lovely afterwards that I bought all the products!

Sadly disappointing. Lovely therapist but not very skilled and certainly not up to standard for such an expensive treatment. Sent an email to the owner 3 months ago, but no courtesy of a reply. Very unprofessional.
