Our sincere appreciation for Spiro and his team for having such empathy towards us for my late beloved father. Words cannot describe how compassionate and understanding your whole team was towards us thru the whole process. A few months ago I spoke to Georgia as I could see dad was getting worse and your soothing words made me feel at the time so much better. Sylvia on the Monday after dads passing was understanding and compassionate to whatever questions I had. Sylvia made myself and my sisters so comfortable no matter how many times my sisters and I contacted her for the memorial cards as well whatever other questions we had. At dads viewing Helen was so patient and understanding in a respectful manner. She never rushed us or told us there was another viewing after us until the absolute end of the hour allocated to dad. Also the male driver (whom I haven’t his name) Helen,Anastasia and Spiro for your respectful, compassion and general sincere understanding you all showed in an orderly humane manner on the day of the funeral. The Team at Euro Funeral Services are amazing! We were referred to the service and were so grateful for the referral. During our first appointment with Maria, she was able to book, confirm and organise the entire service for my late Father. Not only that, she was very understanding, compassionate and patient with my brother and I. She also showed a lot of initiative and her communication prior to the day of service was second to none. The pricing was so good especially for the amount of additional services provided. They had also made my Father look good too. On the day of the service from the very beginning of the day until the end, the ENTIRE team were amazing. My siblings and I cannot express how happy we were with the team, even other family members commented on how great the guys were. They were able to see how well organised everyone was along with the way they presented everything including themselves. Where could I even start ? You know when your going through so much emotion during a death in the family you don’t know where to start or leave alone finish. This is where Spiro and Caroline came in. Caroline was amazing and helped me and my family plan our Nanna”s funeral service and wake at the same time. From the first call to the final detail, Caroline was amazing. incompetent !!! I asked to dress my angel mum, but they went ahead and did it without my consent....Got told it was too late, cause they already did it !!! Just so i cannot see the short cuts they did on her, so they can gain in money !!! Got my name wrong and got my mums birth date wrong....They criticise and judge Acropolis Funerals which in actual fact did a better job on my dad which allowed me to dress him with no hidden agendas and yet Euro Funerals say that Acropolis Funerals do short cuts !!! Competition and money talks !!!

Euro made a difficult time in our lives easy, nothing was a bother, attention to detail was met beyond our expectations our mother had been left in a very poor state from a very long hospital stay Euro staff made my mother look absolutely beautiful all my relatives where amazed as she looked so poorly before her death, I am absolutely indebt to euro staff especially Sylvia she walk us through the process and ensured our every need was meet THANK YOU XXXX ANGELA

If I could give 10 I would. Maria is the most amazing and heartfelt person. Truly amazing lady that helped us in our time of need. She made everything so easy for us. Always there to talk to us. The quality from casket, flowers even the cars and drives were amazing. They were like of extension of the family. Not a business getting paid. Thank you so much.

Thank you to Spiro and Sylvia for providing a compassionate and seamless service from the first phone call to the very last interaction. Every detail was managed, even those we would never have considered ourselves, such rain cover and seating for less mobile guests at the cemetery. We are very grateful for how everything was handled.
