I like a lot of their clothes, but I'm short. They don't carry many short length pants AT ALL. I like to try things on at the store before I buy, but I have to go through the hassle of finding my size online, paying for it, waiting for it to be delivered, and then returning it if I'm dissatisfied. What could be a 20min shopping trip turns into a 2-3 week debacle that I may not even get anything out of. Very very frustrating. Would be nice to walk in, find something in my size, make a purchase and move on. I don't understand why they would have my size online, but not in the store. Makes no sense.

This place needs new management and staff. People are dress too casual for this store. In addition, its extremely disorganized; I talked to three people about the price of something, and I received different responses. One worker at the cashier openly admitted that thr floor staff didn't know what they were talking about. I didn't receive any apologies for any inconviniences, which is minimum an aspect of good business practices. I highly recommend to go to a different store.

I don’t usually do reviews, but I really appreciate good customer service when it’s done. My transaction at the register was embarrassingly time consuming. I did 4 separate transactions. Mikaela on the night shift was so sweet and patient with us. She not once looked irritated (I would have) even though the line behind us was getting long and impatient. She complemented my nails and wished us a goodnight and left no sensors on my clothes. Thanks girl!

I love this brand because it actually fits my body but I am so disappointed by this location. Their customer service is absolutely horrible. The worst part is this isn't my first visit. I have frequently gone by this location because of how hard it is to find my size and it's down the road from my home but everytime I leave disappointed and empty handed because of how hard it is to find what I'm looking for

I have to say that I’m very disappointed with the customer service at this express. I called to ask for information on the hiring and pay rate and I first got an associate who then transferred me to their store manager she was very rude from the start almost asked if it bothered her that I even asked about the hiring age and pay rate that she didn’t have even complete my call she just hung up on me.

A ok. It was clean and well organized. Staff greeted me when I walked in. Sale section is in the back right. The prices were just okay even with an extra percentage off promo going on. The store itself was clean and well organized. Foot traffic was light but it was a weekday. They had lots of March and a variety of sizes. Overall: B- A ok. Pretty par for the course as far as this chain goes.

Bought a pair of jeans in store for full price, only to find them 30% off online. I called that same day asking for price adjustment and was told the physical store is different than online, and I would need to return the jeans to the store, and re purchase them online to get the sale. What?! A different store?? They’re both called “Express” right? Lost a customer.

Was in the store twice today, both times for a good while looking for pants for my upcoming wedding. Finally found a pair that might fit and couldn't get a person to help with the fitting room. Both times I entered and left with no employee speaking to me. I could have stolen items if I wanted because of how uninterested the employees were in their jobs.

Not sure in what part of the world it’s ok to sell someone a blouse without the price tag/ sku etc? I purchased this on 12/19/23 how would I return this if it was a gift? Your employee refused to re-ticket the blouse or even ask me if it was going to be a gift. I guess your employees are just too lazy to do their job.

I went in recently to exchange a suit for my husband and it was definitely a process. Dora, the sales associate, was so patient and helpful in working through my request with me. I really appreciate it because we needed the suit for a wedding coming up later in the month and we were in crunch time.

First time to this location on black Friday tried to get something for my daughter but they were not available in store needed to be ordered online, staff Briana Banuelos helped me to make the order even it took time and she is a really patience and such professional. will definitely go back again.

Express should pay attention to their store staffs. They’re unhelpful, unfriendly and unprofessional. I blame it on the company because either they are not treated well or the hiring process is not working. I like Express products but I don’t like this store.

possibly the worst service ever. as someone who works retail i was appalled to hear the employees loudly talking bad about customers and myself. the girl with the auburn, shoulder length hair was by far the worst. frankly it was pathetic to see.

Very nice clothes for just about any occasion. If you're on a budget that's ok too, go straight to the clearance section. All kinda styles :)

Bad experience as a first time to come in...we walked in and looked at almost every section and still no one came and even tried to help!!

Need more larger top and bottom sizes. This is san antonio everyone is larger. Definitely need to stock more quantity of larger sizes ....

Awesome and good priced quality clothing, from casual to dress and suit's. They have graphic Tee's and button up shirts Along with ties.

I had no trouble finding the clothes I'd been looking for. This is a great place for thin guys. The staff are also very attentive.

Good place to shop at, but a little over my budget. They had a lot of discounts luckily and things that I liked on clearance

Express is Express, great quality attire - that's not a secret but the management staff at this location is great as well!

Love their collection. Clothing has traditional and modern professional look and feel. Staff is very friendly and helpful.
