Laurie has been great assistance at Extra Space Storage to our family. The let's got lost and Laurie was able to cut off the lock after verifying ownership of the unit. Our family purchased a new lock at the location that came with 3 keys, which is perfect for our family. We are able to make payments over the phone anytime, such as before they are due. Laurie also helped us look at options to get caught up when we were behind. The location has cameras and they take security very serious. Laurie is also great giving directions to this location. I noticed you can also rent space for RVs at this location. Storage unit are indoors and you can see the keep the facility clean.

I am happy with ExtraSpace Storage on Yale. Customer service is awesome, friendly, and they are always very helpful. I needed to down size and both manager and asst. manager helped me with another unit immediately. I have even lost my storage keys and they helped me get the lock open, a new set of keys, and even offered to keep a key handy just in case the same problem happens. I have been with them for about 3 years and I haven’t had any complaints. The only complaint I have is the fact that after 6 mos or so the storage fee goes up and continues to go up every 6mos or so. But that has nothing to do with the customer service. Thank you ExtraSpace!

I applaud this company for having Laurie Allen as their employee. Laurie defines the very best of what real customer service is all about. A true professional! She went out of her way to help our family during a stressful situation when we had to move belongings of my brother who had to move into a nursing home. The facilities are clean and everything was smooth when moving in. Thank you for operating such a great facility.

This place is the best! Laurie was so friendly and helpful. She showed me exactly where to park to be the closest to where my unit was which was really great because I’ve used storage places in the past and I had no idea where to go and ended up walking in circles. But Laurie made sure I knew exactly where to go! I definitely recommend this extra space storage location :) Thank you again

We found the perfect storage unit and booked it easily online, picked up the key and all on our schedule. Very nice process and really clean storage location. And when we were finished , Laura, the manager checked me out quickly and easily. It was a smooth experience and really helped us out in a pinch.

Reserved a 5x5 the other day and went to confirm the next day. After fee fee fee my 31.00 storage was 98.90!! I get the fee, but that's outrageous!! The manager was very knowledgeable and was fairly nice after she warmed up, but this wasn't the great experience I had at extra space storage from before.

Such a great storage facility! Secure, temp controlled and clean. The staff is incredibly friendly and helpful. I had a specific need for a 20ft unit and Laurie personally called me to let me know when one was available. She is always willing to help. I highly recommend this location.

Today I had to call in to extra space for an issue. I spoke with Lee and I just honestly can’t ever say enough great things about extra space Lee was professional & Kind. He took care of my issue and eased my mind allowing me to have a great day! Thank you Extra Space & Lee!

This storage sucks I’ve had a unit for over 1 year and the price keeps going up, started at 100$ and now 212$ that’s rediculous. Especially because I always pay on time , the dumpsters are locked so I cannot throw my trash & the restrooms are locked also. Do not rent here

Laurie was incredible. I forgot the key to our storage unit and she helped us with cutting the lock and replacing it. No hassle and quick service. I can’t see myself using another storage unit anytime soon, but if I did, I know Laurie would take care of me.

Gorgeous facility. Very clean and secure, plus they have carts to use that make moving so much easier. Customer service was prompt, friendly and very helpful. I have rented from Extra Storage many times in the past, but this is my best experience thus far.

Office was very nice and contacted us even directly however slight difficulty getting in and out of the automatic doors with plenty of stuff to move up seems like mostly set up for boxes also wish there were bathrooms available but overall a great place

Was exactly what I needed for moving! Clean and secure environment, loved the later access hours and that there were moving carts available. The lock can be a bit tricky, definitely important to meet with supervisor to learn how to use it.
