I would not even give them a 1 if i had the choice. During Christmas i came in a couple of times looking for shoes for husband and son i was gonna order shoes but after i paid for them i was told could not send to a po box i travel for work so thats how my mail is. So i wanted to go ahead and canel unfortunaly i cant remember the cashiers name but she got so rude. I told myself id never come in there again because the first time i came in the sales people asked everyone but me if i needed help. And so i told myself that the second time was it. So here it is the third time i came on dec 30 at 7:54 pm and i was in there for about thirty minutes and not one person asked me i needed help the two women that were there were talking to eachother about personal stuff and i stood there one time next to them looking at them and still nothing then i walk out the door i hear have a nice night. I really needed some tennin shoes for the next day and i wanted nikes and so needless to say i had to take the time the gas andeverything to go on the otherside of town race for time also. Thanks famous footwear for not caring about certain customers and caring about others i will not ever return

I was shopping at famous footwear,Which I go to ad about a monthly routine because they normally have good deals. And while trying to check out a employee named Michelle told me she didn’t have time to check me out. She had to go on lunch break she would call her manager for me. As I waited in line for about 10 minutes. I had 4 customers in front of me and I thought that was extremely rude to be honest . I get it if it’s your lunch break. But to literally cut me off when I waited in line for 10 minutes because I’m the last one to check out was completely unprofessional and not courteous. Michelle young brunette. With a bad attitude. Not going to this store for awhile and I’m contacting the general manager to explain not just how you treated my business but how your attitude was completely selfish and rude

First time walking into a famous footwear. Usually order online to avoid people. This return transaction went flawlessly. Staff was extremely helpful and kind despite my lack of receipt for the online purchase, they worked it all out. Also provided me with a coupon so I could make another in store purchase. They found every deal possible so that I walked out feeling extremely satisfied and even pulled up rewards points i didnt know i had. BOGO 1/2 off socks and shoes, as well as military discount. I will definitely be back. Super clean store.

The prices are not that good, you can find them at any retail store. Service is really bad, I was there at 8 pm and it was only one more customer at the cashier and it took 3 employees to work with her (buying a pair of shoes)while I was waiting in line for over 10 minutes. I placed the shoes back in the rack and left, nobody bother to ask me why I was leaving after I already picked a pair of shoes.

Not sure where to start here. It was supposed to be a simple return than exchange but apparently the employees cannot do such a mundane task. It took over 30 mins to return and even exchange some shoes. What’s the point of having employees that are terrible at their jobs especially in the middle of a weekend day when they are super busy. We’ll never go here again.

Big selection of most popular brands. If you're looking for skate shoes there's only vans and Nike sb. You will pay full retail price on shoes. So if you're looking for a bargain not the best place. They do offer buy one at full price get another half price. The staff is nice, helpful, and friendly.

Spoke to the store employee when I entered and received no response. Should have left then. Not impressed with the inventory. Very few closed toed shoes, understand it’s Springtime, but I needed something other than sandals. I won’t be back, there are too many better options, like DSW, nearby.

Even though they were dealing with the Tax Free and Back to School high volume traffic, the staff was super friendly and accommodating to my mother and I who were the last to leave store after closing. Sorry gals! The store was clean and stocked. We both found something to take home with us.

Wore shore less than half a dozen times indoors. Looked brand new but too tight. Tried returning with box and receipt. Said it "wasn't sellable" with zero criteria and only offered store credit. Prices were same as anywhere else. Limited men's selection. Bland shoes.

I will not be going to that store again they was watching us making sure we don't take anything yet other people in the store yet they stopped to watch the two black women in the store who shop there all the time. I won't be going back there

They have a better selection than most of the shoe stores in the area and the prices are about average with pretty decent sales. The amazing staff that were very friendly, helpful, and just great to talk to, are what pushed them to 5 stars.

We stopped recently - after exhausting two area stores, and found Norman, who knows his inventory, product and, most importantly, customer service. Bought 2 pair, and such was best shoe-shopping experience in close to a decade.

Good selection .. prices are high. They say buy one get one for half price. That's probably ok if you are going to buy two pairs but if you are only buying one the shoes are too high.
