This store was close to our hotel and I shop rack room often.. This store had a good selection of shoes but womens sizes were limited. Employees were friendly. I did see a sign placed by the Hey Dude shoes that said BOGO and huge sign in the window in front of the display but in very fine print when I left I realized alot of there shoes are not. That is fine and I bought shoes. But my problem was a gentleman that seemed to be everywhere making sure we needed help was right beside me when I told my husband I was trying to find my size and style I liked and it's BOGO so go find you a pair while I look. He wanted to be so helpful he could have told me those were bot part of that deal while he hepled me find my size.. So when I went to check out and got my total I questioned the cashier and she told me those were not part of it. I got these just for a quick trip not the particular shoe and my husband didn't even what a pair but I told him they were BOGO so get you a pair too. The gentleman had plenty of chances and never said a word. I guess that's why he disappeared when we went to check out. There were also a few small BOGO tags on the table under several boxes with the hey dude shoes at the front display and in the mens section on the shelf so it just seemed very deceiving. I will think twice before I ever buy from this retailer again. I am not the only one either. A gentleman that was looking for hey dude shoes that was in the store before us was behind me in line after he finally found two pair. He was questioning why there was a sign that said BOGO under the shoes if they were not part of the sale. The Nike and Sperry also had BOGO tags but when you look online they are not part of the sale either. BE VERY CATEFUL NEXT TIME YOU SPEND FOREVER LOOKING FOR THE RIGHT SIZE OR SHOE. CHANCES ARE RHEY ARE FULL PRICE. Their shoes are a little over priced when you don't get the offer

If I could leave 0 stars I would I had a horrible experience in this store the manager Ray refuse to give me my money back on a $89 pair of white cowboy boots that I never bought. I bought them and returned them 4 days later due to the fact that I purchased another pair via Amazon the pair that I bought from rack room was not leather. The souls was slightly dusty because I tried them on in their store I never put them on anywhere else not even in my house with that being said he refused to give me my money back. I had to call the corporate headquarters and request for them to order him to give me my cash refund The manager Ray was the worst example of customer service I've seen in a very long time I will never shop at rack room again and I will definitely tell all my friends not not to shop there as well.

RAY the store manager is extremely unprofessional. He harassed me about wanting to return two pairs of boots. One of them was too small and only noticed once I got home. It had some dirt on it (did not look brand new) and he constantly made a comment about it even going as far as saying, “next time don’t wear the boots outside the house because now I can’t sell that” He kept cutting me off and was standoffish. Mind you I exchanged both pairs while purchasing two more pairs of shoes. I am a frequent customer and buy most of my shoes there. Will not be shopping at Rack Rooms again because of my experience.

Placed order online for store pick up. Website indicated about 4 hours before order would be ready. I kept checking website never received order update. I called staff indicated shoes where there I could come pick them up but the store closed at 9pm it was about 8pm by 830pm I received a email indicating order was cancelled. I called to be told they couldn't find the shoes. So $130 of my money is now pending and I dont have the shoes..Never again!

Outstanding Customer Service! Above & beyond my expectations. Dawn the Manager helped me look for some shoes that was said to be available in Rackroom. Dawn searched in store & online. It took a while & she called some other stores & we found something comparable since they had a great sale, they're being shipped to our store. Thank you Dawn for going above & beyond my expectations.

They need either a bigger selection or more sizes. This is the one at River City. The sneaker and sandals I did like they didn't have in my size. Seems they only have a few in the popular sizes and of course they were gone. So I left with nothing sorry to say. The one at avenues mall is better, more selection. Will have to go there. It's where I normally get my shoes!

Had a very good customer service lady there was a gentleman there also he was helpful when we first came in the store, but the young lady helped us out tremendously so much so that we bought four pair of tennis shoes instead of two she let us know what sales you had and what discounts we could used with what, and that was very informative very good sales person

Horrible customer service came in for a family of 6 buying shoes for all not a single person ask to help not a welcome in had to walk to the front twice im a a diabetic with kidney desease ask for a restroom they said you can go next door if you need one that bad really needless to say i walked out i will never again give a dime in this store just rude!!!!!

I had a very bad experience with a employee there she had a very bad attitude Her name is Ashanti Davis but her name tag said Sammie she told me that she could not help me and walked away to use her phone while on the clock if I was her manager I would have her fired immediately you do not treat a customer like that

Rack room was great. I just got a deal on two pairs of vans for only 84 rather than the 120 they would be at the vans store themselves so if your looking for a deal on shoes then definitely go by Rack Room especially during back to school week since everythings on sale during back to school...

Serenity has such a great smile and was very helpful! They did not have the style of crocs in the store that my son wanted, so she helped me order them online and get them shipped to my house. She was patient, informative, and very professional. Please recognize her .

Definitely quality. Helpful staff and this shoe store actually has shoes in stock. More importantly they're organized! The shoe sizes are actually in a neat row like 8 1/2 is next to the 9 and not the 11. It's also fairly easy to navigate through the store.

Personally, I've never had any problems with this place. But, when I walked in today, I heard a customer ask "Ma'am, can I get this in a size 8?" andddddd THEN THE LADY SAID "If you can find it." Nahhhhhh, homie. Also, they have no boots/booties just fyi :(

I go there to buy Asics. There was a very slight defect with one of the shoes. They asked if I wanted them to order in a pair or accept a 15% discount off that pair. I did some quick math and took the discount. The person who waited on me was great!

Helpful staff. It feels like a smaller store. A bigger store may have more styles to choose from however this store has quite a few styles to chose from..... I find a pair i like most of the times. Located in River City Marketplace, Jacksonville Fl.

The store advertises buy one get second 50% off. My first pair was $80. I wanted the second pair that was $64 to be my 50% off pair. That brand could only be sold as a first pair and second pair has to be cheaper. They lost my bussiness.

The staff continued to check to see if I needed anything throughout our visit. Then, when I needed them, they found the pair of shoes I was looking for. The buy one get one half off was also good for back to school shopping too!

Poor customer service from assistant manager Kayleigh. She did not greet me despite me saying hello and did not say anything like thank you or have a good day. Update: The service today was great with the team lead Kalena.

Good prices, good sales, and attentive staff. I do wish there were less restrictions on their buy-one-get-one half-off, though. Gotta read the boxes to see what's excluded, of which there's quite a bit.

I was greeted as soon as I walked into the door. The atmosphere was relaxed. The temperature was not as cold as other stores. The staff seemed to work like a family-like team.

Training of associates is not a first priority, I saw customers who looked lost and confused, nobody to help them, 2 people on a register, 2 sales associate's on the floor.

The staff was not friendly nor helpful. I asked an associate for help she reluctantly started then she just left me. The only she did was help measure my toddler's foot

Young lady was not willing to help out on the sales floor. I came in prepared to buy 4 pair of crocs since they are BOGO but because of her attitude i purchased none!

Average shoe store. Okay selection. Prices are okay. They usually have coupons online. Customer service is hit or miss here. No bathroom access. Plenty of parking.

They had a lot of cute Crocs to choose from, with a 25% off. The display of the Crocs is what caught our attention to go in and view the massive selection. Wow!!

They always have my size, the employees are friendly and helpful. If they don't have your size in the store they will order it for you and ship it to your house.

Only issue is not enough of the popular sizes in stock, you will see every shoe you want but not have your size unless your a very small person.
