I bought a pair of shoes about a month ago and they were not comfortable, I returned them a week later and you can clearly see they were worn. They had marks on them and the bottoms of the shoes were dirty. The employee returned my shoes and suggested I get it size bigger and I did, another week later and the shoes are still uncomfortable. I decided to return them and get a different style. Once at the store, the manager gave me a small speech about how they will lose money because I'm returning shoes that they now have to destroy. How is that my problem when they gladly returned the shoes the first time? Don't give me a speech, don't tell me about losing money. Instantly I decided to get my money back and go somewhere else, now they lost on my business.

My husband and I came in looking for sandals. The selection is good and prices are reasonable. I am giving this store one star because while we were trying on sandals, we had 4 workers asked us at least 5 or 6 times if we needed and help or how we were. I know that this might sound strange because most people would say that having so many workers try to help you or ask how you are is great, but I it was very annoying. They do that in order to keep an eye on you so you don't steal. I felt very offended and had even asked why they follow ppl around so much. The worker said it is good customer service but I see it as hovering to catch a theif. I will not come back.

I’ve compared prices for all the top brands of shoes online and other stores, this place beats the competition! They always have neat discounts, promotions and ways to win either Gift Cards and other neat options. The customer service is excellent every time at this location, I really can’t see myself ever having to go anywhere else for a large selection of footwear at such a great price. Today me and my fiancé entered their drawing, all we had to do was grab a ticket and they don’t require any information, we won a $100 Gift Card, I literally came out of the store with more money than I spent. Absolutely recommend this place! 10/10 Rating.

My son was looking for a pair of Nike Tennis Shoes. His size was not on the shelf, so he asked the female associate if his size might be available in the back. She responded, and I quote: "No we do not (translated "I refuse to look) so are you buying this pair or not?" I don't think she realized we were together, but I made sure she did when my embarrassed son left the shoes on the counter. Will definitely report her rude and condescending behaviour. (It's important to add, that there wasn't a single customer in line at the time, other than my son and me.)

How do you give a zero? TERRIBLE customer service. Bought two pairs of the same shoe so my son that wasn't with me could figure out which fit best at home, then came back to return the other pair. Forgot my receipt, they said they can look up that receipt for a return, but ONLY if I sign up for their rewards program. Just let me get my money back lol... now I gotta go all the way back home for the receipt. Manager was rude and condescending lol... you can just tell he's not happy in life. Good luck, sir...

Great job yesterday; the Saturday before school starts.. This place was jammed packed but luckily we looked online before coming in and kinda knew what we wanted. The prices were normal but with the Bogo & coupon I had, made out like a bandit.. They did an amazing job with the line.. literally was around the whole rope but they kept in moving.. was able to get in and out of there.. I've gone here on a rego day & service has always been great & employees always helpful

#1 overpriced #2 not a relaxing shopping environment. The man speaking over the intercom was VERY loud and obnoxious. I know that is the “carnival” part of shoe carnival and the noise is to distract you from the shopping so that you will spend more. The deals that they keep yelling over the intercom every 7 minutes makes you feel rushed and pressured to buy something just because there is a sale that is being hyped up! The sales aren’t even that great!

Love this store, great selection & prices. I am a gold rewards member, so worth having. Shoe carnival had a pair of Sketchers for $30.00, I did not get. Drive 2 the Sketchers outlet on ATL, they have the shoes priced @ $49.00. I ask clerk r these discounted for less @ this outlet, she says NO that is price. Whaaat? The clerk was very rude.I returned to Shoe Carnival & purchased. Always a pleasant experience there, never any rudeness

This is a large shoe store that has a nice variety of different types and brands that include dress shoes, sports shoes and casual shoes for the whole family. From sketchers to timberland they have plenty of styles to choose from. The employees were pleasant and accommodating. The prices are reasonable and they do have a clearance rack and daily specials like buy one get one half off.

Terrible customer service! I went in to exchange some shoes that my husband had bought for my daughter but didn’t fit her and because I didn’t have a receipt the guy was so rude . Visibly mad even threw shoe box on the floor! Was just in a bad mood. Save yourself the trouble don’t come to this store.

Each time I have come to this location everything is clean and organized. The employees are all very helpful and have a great attitude and are quick to help with any questions you have about what to get or if you need shoes to work out and what they believe is best to help support you feet.

The staff is amazing and very helpful. I went in for a pair of tennis shoes and not only did I get a great pair at a good price..I got 2 pair of boots..but one get on deal and they are so stylist..I just love them!! Keep up the great service and deals...I'll definitely be back …

Walked out of there with 2 nice pairs of sandals for a super price. Paid less at counter with the spin which got me $3 off then when ringing up one pair they were actually $15 cheaper than sale price, so yes for sure I will be back. Big selections on all kinds of shoes

Asked for help. Waited 7 minutes for manager to come to where I was and never showed up. Not good business. He was walking around not really doing much. Will not come back. I guess they make a lot of money at this store. This was my first and last time at this store.

I buy shoes for my kiddos here. They are usually good quality but my sons last pair fell apart in 2 weeks. The manager was really nice and let us exchange them for another pair. I never have to do that and dreaded it but it was a smooth transaction.

If this isn't the best shoe store ever!!!! Amazing deals great brands and extra savings just because. Their rewards program is one of the best out there. I have earned so many rewards! If you want great branded quality shoes this is where you go!

Just wanted to share the great customer service we had today when purchasing the BOGO boots. Sandra was very helpful and pleasant even we had to keep going back to make sure we had the right shoes that were on sale. She was very nice.

Didn't know they moved from the center with Chucky Cheese, but got some good work shoes. They always have a great selection and lots in my size. I'm a 5 and that can be a pain to find sometime.
