Last week, I passed by Finesse which is the furniture store I always go when I need stylish furnitures. I was not planning to buy anything that day but just want to take a look to see whether anything caught my eyes. I got a warm and professional welcome from the sales person Sherri. After I told Sherri that I am not looking for anything particular. I am glad that the sales was not walking with me and let me browse by myself but always make themselves available whenever needed. This sofa caught my eyes when I was browsing inside the store. Beside comfortless, I especially love the color and style. Sherri gave me some informative descriptions of this sofa and comparison between this sofa and the ones nearby which greatly helped me to make a decision to spend a little bit more money to buy a leather match sofa over a leather like sofa. The delivery team is also professional and assembled the sofa and tested the reclinable function before turning over to me. They also cleaned up the packaging material. I was thinking to tip the two boys but found no cash at home which made me feel a little sorry. Overall, this a great furniture store with stylish furnitures and professional staff.

We just recently had a very enjoyable shopping experience at Finesse Furniture in Edmonton South. We were greeted by a very friendly but not pushy sales person. He offered his name, Bob, and told us he would leave us to shop, if we needed anything to call on him. I can’t remember a time where I hadn’t been followed and somewhat harassed by the sales people at any furniture store. This was very refreshing! As we walked through the store it felt very homey and has a very diverse selection of beautiful pieces. We had gone in looking for a console table, BUT we happened upon a leather sectional….although we hadn’t been looking for one that day, this one was perfect for our space! Then around the next corner…a perfect teak coffee table. We called on Bob and within about 30min we were walking out, the happy new owners of two beautiful pieces of furniture. Prices are very reasonable for high quality pieces. Convenient delivery within 2days and the delivery guys took care in unwrapping, placing our pieces and cleaning up afterward. We would recommend shopping here as our experience was so pleasant from beginning to end….ask for Bob!

I was on a quest for a high quality leather sectional for my family room. My good friend was helping me with this project. I was not finding what I was looking for and ended up putting a deposit on a couch and love seat from a different furniture store and totally having buyers remorse, My friend saw on the Finesse website a really nice grey leather sectional. She took it upon herself to contact the store and get some information. This is were Sherri showed her true colours and helped my friend so promptly and efficiently I ended up refunding my deposit and taking the leather sectional at Finesse. I couldn’t believe my luck as it was half the price of my original purchase being a floor model they were off loading and what a steal of a deal I got too. Sherri was so friendly and professional from the beginning to the end that I would have no problem highly recommending anyone to go check out Finesse Furnishings first. Sherri will make any budget work for you as she is very passionate in what she does. Thanks to all and my dear friend, and Sherri for finding my forever furniture!

The only reason why I am giving one star and bad review to this company is their collaboration with Guardsman furniture care. We have purchased a sectional and additional “gold warranty” that was offered to us at the moment of purchase. We have had issues with sectional since the beginning (mechanical nature, and it was resolved through the manufacturer). Few months ago, our sectional started peeling and falling apart. We were told by the store, to contact Guarsman as the store has nothing to do with this issue at this point. I do understand that store has this policy in place but I certainly disagree with it. If a store is selling protection plans like this, to me as a customer, they should know what kind of business they are collaborating with. When we started digging and reading about Guardsman, the more we found out that we have just totally waisted our money and time. I am very disappointed with this situation and probably will not ever go back to the store. They should definitely reconsider their business model and relationships with other businesses.

2 years ago (end of 2017) I purchased the Francis sectional couch in the Bolero Slate performance fabric. The furniture is great quality and the costumer service is excellent, so we decided to purchase more pieces of the same couch as we are moving and need to rearrange. Both times we dealt with Sherri and she went above and beyond ensuring our furniture was boxed and wrapped very well to be shipped to us 10 hours away. She also kept us very informed during every step of the process - from deciding on a couch to purchasing to billing to shipping. I would highly recommend Finesse to anyone looking for quality (affordable) furniture and great customer service. We will definitely be returning in the future. As for the sofa, it is very easy to assemble, and easy to clean. The fabric looks new and the couch is as comfortable and supportive as it was on day one - even with our 80 lbs dog jumping up and down and running across it daily. There are no scratches or punctures from her nails, and I believe it will continue to serve it's purpose for many years to come.

Well I’m new to the province and of course needed new couches.. I had a few weeks off to shop and most definitely took the “Tour du Edmonton” to furnish the new house. I went everywhere from ikea to Ashley’s. When we came in I was pleasantly surprised with the size and cleanliness. The 2 ladies were super friendly especially since we had our pups with us. They were very welcoming. Some stores didn’t even look at us… like I’m not rich but I got money to spend… some place like Ashley’s or crate and barrel or potter barn… just were not willing to say hello. Sherri was very pleasant and that day I left to decide as I needed to envision my space with their couch.. I came back and ordered! Then I ordered again the second matching piece. From start to finish Sherri was pleasant and helpful. Even with my busy indecisiveness she was patient and kind. She was quick to text which is sooo convenient. I do recommend for service and quality 100%. Appreciate Sherri helping me Please go see Sherri she will most definitely get the job done.

We have always had the most enjoyable experience shopping for furniture at Finesse. 20 years ago we purchased our first sofa set from them and even though the set was still in good condition we were ready for a new look. We went back to Finesse because we love the quality of their furniture. Sherri is hands down the best sale associate we have ever worked with. She listened to our wants and needs, she showed us other options to make sure we were confident with our final decision. She gave us the final price for all our pieces delivered, measured everything for us, and set up delivery. Once we confirmed that everything would fit we texted her and the deal was done. She had her delivery men take out our existing furniture as a courtesy for being return customers. Delivery was exceptional, we appriecieated the care the two guys took to put on felt pads to all our furniture. The delivery notification system is fantastic. We will never shop anywhere else. We will always ask for Sherri!

We recently bought a sofa and a loveseat from here and we are very very happy with our purchase. We were looking for sofa and loveseat which don't just look beautiful but also feel very comfortable. We visited literally every furniture store in Edmonton and didn't like anything but then we finally liked one here. Sofa is premium quality and price is quite reasonable. It was such a pleasure to deal with Bob Smeall. He is one of the nicest people we have met. He is very experienced and knowledgeable in this field. He gave us lot of useful information and helped us throughout the process of buying and delivering sofa. He was in touch with us since we booked sofa and even after delivery he is providing us excellent customer service. We are extremely happy with Bob's service and looking forward to see him again for our future purchases. Delivery guys and lady at the front desk were nice too. Kudos to Finesse staff especially Bob. Absolutely amazing service from Sherri! She helped us choose the right fabric knowing I had a kitten, the right color to go with the decor, the right size for the area, with a totally 'can do' professional attitude. The price was fantastic and the delivery was only a few days. They called to say exactly when the delivery was coming, we could return ANYTHING with a full refund if we didn't like it when it arrived. Sherri even called to see how happy we were when the delivery came and if she could do anything else. The guys brought the felt pads so it didn't scratch the floor, they rearranged it as we wanted it and only left when we said we were totally happy. Can not thank Sherri enough for 10/10 service, lovely, thoughtful, kind and super helpful! HUGE THANKS SHERRI and I would for sure go back to Finesse! My other couch broke so I was in need of a new couch. My bf and I went to numerous other well known big furniture stores and no one helped us out at these places. We were disappointed that we couldn't find a couch right for us. We went to Finesse eventually since we drove by it on the way home and thought why not try out this one last place before we head home. The customer service here was above and beyond. Immediately we were welcomed into the store. We found a sectional that we both loved but we knew it wouldn't fit in our apartment at all. The sales lady gave us options and mentioned that were able to customize this model so that it would be able to fit in our apartment living room. So that's what we did! We were also able to customize the fabric and cushions with this model. The wait for this couch was well worth it. I highly recommend this place!!

After many months of looking for new family room furniture we ended up at Finesse where we had purchased furniture in the past. Sherri was very helpful and patient with us. We had placed items on hold and went home and measured to find it wouldn’t work. We returned again a few months later and Sherri remembered us. Was very helpful with information on the new furniture and made suggestions when we were trying to decide between two different sets. She made the purchase easy and was wonderful in following up. The delivery service was excellent. We had phone and email contact the day before the delivery and the day of. The two young men were very helpful and after setting up the furniture actually moved it around from were I had initially planned. All in all a wonderful experience. We will definitely shop at Finesse again.

We had family who had purchased some furniture at the store and we really liked their purchase. I checked out their website and looked at their chair selection, found what I was looking for and called them. Sherri was very helpful and it was easy to make our purchase over the phone. It’s so nice to actually talk to a friendly sales person! From there we arranged transportation and delivery via text and Sherri let me know when our purchases were on their way. We received excellent quality chairs (which I’m lounging in right now) with hassle free shopping. Although I do plan on visiting their store at sometime (I need to make an 800 km trek to the city), their website and Sherri’s excellent service on the phone was perfect for us at this time. My husband and I were in a couple of weeks ago to look at purchasing a new sectional and were helped by Sherri. She is a wonderful salesperson; she's passionate and knowledgeable about the products she sells and is also very honest and blunt which, as someone who works in sales myself, can genuinely appreciate. She's a great asset to the team at Finesse. As for the store itself, it was my first time in since they moved from the big location where they used to be a few years ago. I personally like the new store better and I find the prices seem more reasonable than before. It's definitely not the cheapest place to buy furniture, but I also believe that you get what you pay for. Overall it was a very positive experience and I wouldn't hesitate to shop there again and to recommend to others.

In the past I've often cheaped out, looking for the best deal on furniture, but often am left with something less than stellar that last maybe 5-10 years. Decided to look for something better quality to furnish my new living room and found a beautiful Norwegian made reclining sofa and ottoman with the help of a very attentive salesperson. I actually really just wanted an ottoman that I could rest my feet on and that could hold my scotch, but ended up getting a sofa too. Spent quite a bit more than I have in the past, but totally worth it. Solid quality. Took longer to get the items in than I would have liked, but that's logistics these days, I guess. Got the new furniture in time for family gatherings at Christmas, so all is well. Delivery people were great too, setting it all up for me.

My husband and I were interested in purchasing an Entertainment Centre for our 'open concept' main living area and found something we both liked at Finesse on-line. So we went into the store to have a look, but they did not have it stock. We took a chance and ordered it through Sherri @ Finesse without actually being able to see it in-person. When it was delivered to our home it was absolutely beautiful. Additionally, the delivery fellows were excellent with the set-up, etc! So after a couple of months we ended ordering again through Sherri at Finesse and ordered both the dining room table and buffet/hutch from the same line. These pieces were just delivered today and again we experienced excellent customer service from both Sherri and the delivery fellows. Finesse is #1 in Edmonton!

Amazing experience from start to finish. Showroom is huge, merchandise is obvious quality…but the best part is the people! We were warmly welcomed, then encouraged to shop by ourselves - no overbearing/pushy/sales person. We were able to take our time, enjoy the rooms and converse privately about what we saw. Sherri was sure to check in on us as needed, and never once pushed for a sale. She was extremely knowledgeable about the products, took the time to ensure we were set up exactly for our space/situation and kept in touch right through to the delivery people leaving! Delivery was quick, they respected our space, took their time to set everything up properly and with care. Already have plans to go back for our bedroom furniture - 10/10 experience!

Buying from Finesse was one of the best experiences I have had during these crazy Covid delayed deliveries. I ordered a full Huppe bedroom set on 01/23/2022 and Sherri, our sales representative, was very honest and upfront with how long it would take. Our expected delivery was late July or early August, but it ended up coming 2 months early and we are absolutely thrilled with the quality. I never felt that I was mislead on this timeline like I have been with others companies this past year. On top of that, Sherri was incredibly punctual with sending me info on the different options available during my initial search, and went out of her way to send updates during our waiting period. Would definitely shop here again. Time and money well spent.

I shopped for two months for a new sofa to replace my beloved old sofa. I finally ended up in the Finesse showroom which is where I should have started. (Beloved old leather sofa is as solid as it was when I bought it from Finesse over 12 years ago and if it hadn't been subjected to a chlorinated-water soaked bathing suit and towel unnoticed overnight, I'm sure it would have lasted until I left this world). Sherri is a consummate sales professional who is patient and eager to help and I'd recommend her to anyone looking for new furniture for their home. Seamless process from start to finish! Thanks to Sherri, we got the best price available in Edmonton; we got the delivery at the predicted delivery time, despite supply chain interruptions. Sherri kept us informed throughout the waiting period and for the delivery with notifications every step of the way. The delivery team was very mindful of our belongings and took extra precaution on our newly finished floors and glass railings. Sanitary precautions were followed by the delivery team without prompts. Even helped install felt protectors under the new furniture. Highly recommend this store and this team. In Feb/March of 2017, we were in the search of a sectional couch that could fit down our stairs and into our basement. We were very excited for this couch but it honestly has been the worst purchase we have ever made. When we first got it the back cushioning was not evenly stuffed. The seat cushions aren't fully covered in the same grey fabric, the underside is a black so you can't flip or rotate the cushions, plus the underside material is slippery so the cushions never stay in place, they are always moving forward and require constant adjustment. Within 6months the fabric was piling and ripped in a couple of spots with other thread bear spots too. The back cushions have completely lost their shape. Honestly the 20year old couch we replaced when bought this one was in better shape. So disappointed!

Was very knowledgeable about the products. Friendly and approachable. When checking out with our purchase, we found Loren to be equally an excellent representative for the company; professional but really friendly as well. We are absolutely in LOVE with our “Francis” Sectional we purchased from Finesse! This is our second one! We purchased our first one second hand to stage my grandmothers home for sale, and it was such a beautiful piece the new owners worked it into the deal. I have since purchased a brand new one for myself since we fell in love with it. It is the most comfortable, luxurious couch I have ever laid eyes on. Absolutely makes the room it’s in! Exceptional communication and customer service. Sherri went above and beyond... from the start she was honest and upfront about supply issues from the manufacturer due to covid. We went ahead and ordered custom couches and she stayed in touch with us the whole time. She literally responded to every text/email within minutes. Delivery and installation was awesome, but there was an issue on delivery - one part from the manufacturer was not the right colour. Extremely good experience. We had a situation happen where we needed to decorate a new apartment very quickly, and Sherri did a wonderful job of helping us select great furniture that was available right off the floor. Due to the touch-and-go nature of the move, we ended up having to return some furniture, which they did for us effortlessly, and we ended up buying the replacement items from Finesse as well. My mom's absolutely lovely living room is warm, comfortable, and I wish I lived there. Great store, great salespeople, very accommodating, and beautiful furniture. Will buy again.

Finesse was the first place we looked for a sectional and found what we wanted right away. We were looking for sleek European style and high quality. When we first saw our sectional we had a million questions and Sherri didn’t hesitate with informative answers and even addressed concerns we didn’t even think of. I recently bought a desk here from amongst the many beautiful pieces in their showroom. What stood out to me about this store was the customer service. Sherri, who helped me with this purchase, regularly updated me with details about the arrival date, delivery, etc. Also, when the desk arrived damaged to the store, she quickly re-ordered the item and generously offered to refund the delivery & assembly fee. Unexpected problems are bound to happen, but the staff handled it in a way that made it very stress free. I really appreciated that about shopping here.

5 stars! Our experience was incredible at Finesse, we went back multiple times deciding on furniture as our home was not yet built. When we decided on our furniture Sherri was so helpful, she helped us make the right decisions and was very honest when answering all of our questions. She made sure we checked all aspects of our purchases including if it would fit in the door , staircase etc which no other furniture shops did. A full year looking for the perfect dinning set and came to find it at Finesse! Love the place! they have one of the largest selections and to top it off this particular dinning set is made in Canada and you get to pick the wood, style and fabric! We absolutely love it. Finesse honestly rocks ;) customer service was top notch (special thanks to Sherri Rosales for being so helpful!) . We got it all delivered earlier than expected and in perfect condition! Wonderful Experience @ Finesse Furniture with Sherri (salesperson). I have been dealing with Finesse for over 30 years and love their quality & design of furniture, mirrors, carpets and art work. The showroom is very large with a plethora of styles for customers to choose. I have to give huge kudos to Sherri who assisted with our last 3 purchases. She is professional, knowledgeable, responds quickly, & simply wonderful to deal with all around. If I owned a company I'd scoop her up in a heartbeat!

We purchase a sofa from Finesse about 3 months ago. Just recently we noticed that there was a default on the armrest. We called Sherri, our sales representative to find a solution to the problem. Not only was she quick to resolve it but provided us with the utmost customer care. Within a week the armrest was repaired and delivered to us promptly without any hindrance. Sherri at Finesse was amazing to deal with! I can't stop telling people about my fantastic experience. The high level of customer service that she provided was so refreshing. The absolute worst service I have ever experienced in my entire life. Currently we have a couch that needs repair. Sofa cushions sinking, ripped lining, and we are sinking into our couch. It has been only 6 months and all this is happening. We purchased the warranty to get this fixed and now we are 3 weeks into waiting for someone to actually get back to us to have this picked up for the repairs.

I wish I read the reviews prior to purchasing the couch. We are a family of two and this couch did not hold up 6 months. It looks like we have owned it for 20 years with the amount of wear and tear on it. Cushions pilled instantly, zippers rip the second you remove the cushions to wash and the wooden frame totally collapses.

I have bought multiple Furniture items from finesse on multiple occasions. A Sectional, love seat and recliner. Couldn’t find it for cheaper, and believe me I shopped around.
