Flowers: Very happy with the flowers! We got value for the cost of the bouquet- big, elegant creative arrangement (for less than most florists in Melbourne were quoting). Customer service: The team went above & beyond to accommodate my [unusual] request, and made sure the delivery was kept hidden [as my receiver wasn’t home]. Great communication. All went well in the end! Decor: As soon as you walk in, you can see how creative, professional and artistic the arrangements are. I highly recommend Floral Creations!

I just arrived to your store. And called you just a sec ago telling you I’m around the corner and If could wait. You said you would and out of courtesy I called again to tell you that I’m 1 min away .. and you were so rude and said you wouldn’t wait. You close at 6pm you said and it’s 6pm right now. I am so shocked as I drove far to go to your store. I will never ever come here and will tell my friends never to come here.’im so upset right now. Shocking

Luvly & affordable bouquets & arrangements with a nice flair. Gave me advice on leaving them outside safely but the arrangement was not likely to wilt as it was a modern Australian native arrangement. This was going to b a surprise floral for a friend. Even held on2 them for me as a grabbed a quik cuppa coffee at their recommended Cafe close by, to keep them fresh, until I was ready to collect - that's customer service❣

Really disappointed in the service from the lady with long brown hair here. I felt like such a burden and that the staff member wanted me out and every question I asked was answered with what made me feel like I’m being super annoying. I still purchased some flowers but would happily have spent more of I had received help.

Bought some flowers from here over the phone and the service was exceptional even though I called a few minutes past closing time. I saw a picture of the flowers and I was extremely excited to see the colors and the quality of the flowers and even after a week they still look amazing thanks so much to all.

Absolutely can not fault. Walked in and asked for a white arrangement as I didn't see one on the floor and the lovely lady made me one within 10mins. From the service to the quality you can't go wrong. So many compliments on the arrangement too. Will be my go to florist from now on
