This place is an absolute gem! During my visit to Healesville, I was wanting to get my grandma some flowers. I stopped at a few other florists but nothing jumped out. Then I stumbled upon Floral Emporium. Omg. First impressions: adorable, bright and so inviting! You're greeted with the cutest little display out the front and then inside there's bursts of amazing colour everywhere. There is a huge variety of fresh and faux flowers (but you honestly can't tell they aren't real, they look so good!) and it was stunning. The owner was so lovely and made a custom bouquet for my nana using a mix of real and fake flowers, including some that would bloom later so she could enjoy it longer. The colours were gorgeous and my nana called me a few days later to say the peonies had bloomed and "it was the most beautiful bouquet I think I've ever received". She said the peonies were as large as cabbages - you absolutely made her day! My only negative is that I wish I had found them before I booked in my wedding florist, my whole experience here was just delightful!

Bec from the Floral Emporium was our wedding florist and we truly could not recommend her enough! It is obvious from the moment you start speaking with Bec that she absolutely adores what she does and that she is truly passionate about brining your floral vision to life. Bec was so lovely to work with, always so responsive and easy to communicate with, executed our floral designs to perfection on our wedding day and made the bouquet of my absolute dreams! Bec helped me work to a budget and seamlessly integrated some high quality faux florals to help me manage costs. We had so many compliments on our flowers and that is all thanks to Bec and her amazing team!

Rebecca is a delight to deal with. She has the talent to meet the brief put before her right to the last flower, even seeking out the right flower to make the bouquet that little bit more special. Her modern and authentic arrangements bring joy and worth to the recipients. The modern feel of her arrangements is something we haven't seen in the Yarra Valley for sometime. Rebecca also went beyond with a recent order during lockdown by picking up an extra gift from the local shops at no extra cost. I highly recommend The Floral Emporium as your new florist.

Wow! Blown away by this service! My beautiful auntie had surprised me with a beautiful bunch of flowers for my birthday from here and unfortunately they were delivered to the wrong address, needless to say we found them… at my neighbours, honest mistake but not only did Rebecca apologise so many times she hand delivered the most delicious smelling candle as a sorry! We are new to the area and I will definitely be shopping here from now on! Thank you so much, oh and the flowers were amazing too ☺️ xxx

I have used them numerous times, and the collection they have on the website is great, the flowers are always 100% fresh, the delivery service is 10/10, customer service is 10/10. Rebecca did a great job at decorating our wedding venue. The only improvement is if she communicated to the wedding venue clearly about the return of the vases after the wedding so we wouldn't have to retrieve them from the wedding venue and pass them back to her after we come back from our honeymoon.

We cannot thank Bec enough for our incredible wedding florals. Bec was super responsive, lovely to work with and flexible, Bec was able to work within our budget using a mix of hire and purchased flowers and foliage to create the most stunning ceremony flowers, bouquets and table decorations.

Rebecca recently did the posies for tables at our corporate dinner function. The colours were not standard and she created the perfect flower arrangements some hand painted. Highly recommended 10/10. Punctual helpful and easy to deal with. Thanks again !
