I've purchased twice from Flowers By Deb and both times they have done a great job for me. I am in the US and am my fiancee is in Australia, so it is very hard for me to pick out flowers and Deb has worked with me giving great suggestions and making sure my lady always gets something wonderful. As a guy who is clueless on flowers to begin with and too far away to pick them out very effectively this shop has always done it's best to make this time apart easier for her.

Spoke to Deb who was a very pleasant person I don’t live in Melbourne and had to trust her that she would do a good job. She certainly did. Deb even sent me a photo of them and then text me to tell me they were delivered. If everyone did their business like Deb then there would not be any bad reviews.
