We live in Gerringong, NSW and wanted to send our lovely friend Helen, who lives in Melbourne some flowers for her birthday. Not being local we weren't sure where to start looking to order what we had in our mind. Then we found Flowers for Jane and new the bunch would be perfect. We were right, Helen absolutely loved the flowers (so did we, she sent us a photo) and the candle. We also found it a bit exciting not knowing what we would get until the day but we knew it was going to be beautiful from the photos of other days. Thank you so much for making Helen's day special and for making everything very easy. You have a special and unique service and we wish you every success - we will certainly recommend you and we're sure Helen will be getting more flowers in the future. Michael & Jenny

Highly Unlikely to order again from here for following reasons - 1. Flowers were not fresh at all. I would pay $10 on special for those flowers from Aldi, Coles and Woolies. 2. Although the delivery time says - 10 - 5:30 pm. The flowers got delivered around 3:30 pm. I mean I was giving surprise to my wife on her birthday and I was expecting that she will get these flowers around 10ish so that she can enjoy the feeling the whole day. 3. The phone number on website says - we hardly near the phone so please leave a message - Left message, SMS, sent an email through their website - No response. On a plus note - the delivery was for free but with the above mentioned points - I won't come back again and will not recommend booking from here.

These guys are great! I've ordered from Flowers From Jane a few times and will definitely continue to do so! x The deliveries are prompt, the blooms look lovely, and the delivery service are super attentive and polite too - all wins! I was really impressed with Lita at Flowers For Jane - one of my mates lives in an unmarked, difficult to find office and didn't answer her phone when her blooms were supposed to arrive. My first delivery wasn't successful so Lita answered all my questions and e-mails (amazing customer service) and made sure we got another delivery up and running straight away. I'd say that kind of attentiveness and patience was what made ordering here so worth it! THANKS GUYS!

Living in the U.K, it is easy to order flowers to Australia but not easy to know what you actually get. When my friend lived in a different part of Melbourne, I used a florist who was near them and I knew was reliable. When my friend moved to a care home, it was too far away to use this florist. After a couple of disappointing attempts, I found flowers for Jane. Their ordering system is excellent with good communication and because I am sent a photo of my purchase, I know that I get a beautiful arrangement at a fair price. I have just sent my fourth order in recent months, and I am confident that my friend will be delighted. Thank you so much.

My Girlfriend was in Melbourne on business and to brighten up her trip I thought some flowers would be a nice touch. The website was simple and extremely easy to use. Having a simple knowledge of flowers, sometimes choosing which ones my girl might like can be hard. I enjoy the fact that the arrangements are all done for you and you can see a preview of what will be be delivered. I love the concept that a nice gesture for someone doesn't have to be hard to organize or cost a fortune. The flowers did look great and were beautiful and fresh. I was very happy with Flowers for Jane and would love to use them again.

My best friend ordered me my first bunch of flowers online ( she lives in London) during the pandemic to congratulate me on an amazing milestone achievement. Amazing service and flowers. I viewed the daily arrangement on Instagram and ordered in the morning. I hadn't had my coffee and mistakenly put my address as the delivery address instead of my friend's. I got the confirmation email and replied advising I had made a mistake. I should have called, but again, lack of coffee. The flowers came to me, but the delivery driver listened to my problem, took them back to the warehouse and they still made it to my friend the same day! The flowers were beautiful and brought my friend to tears. Of joy of course! Thank you team ❤️

I live in France and I wanted to order a bouquet to be delivered in Australia, the website is very well done, the choice of flowers is very qualitative. I could pay in a different currency than AUSD, which is really a plus. The delivery was made on the requested day, an email of follow-up of the delivery was sent to me and I could have pictures of the bouquet and its deposit. I recommend this florist, very good value for money.

Just WOW. I called in 12 minutes prior to same day delivery cut-off and Kate (not sure anymore when I just read that the owner is Cassy?) accommodated my request, took my message, processed my payment and sent me the receipt and delivery status she promised she would. The husband was thoughtful enough to order the flowers for our 4th anniversary but it turned out to be ridiculous pathetic bunch I have ever received in my life. It was left at our front door, half dead and dried up. I went on the website to check the cost - $35 for a very small bunch of flowers. They did not even bother wrapping the flowers with water! So much of a surprise ?! Not recommended to anyone!
