Bought my 10 year old son nike TN six weeks ago, the shoelace eyelets broke and the plastic around the toes came apart on both shoes. Today the staff member refused to refund, swap or store credit the shoes. She stated that Nike TN are not for school and are designed to walk around the streets, and also stated that the toe plastic coming apart is a common problem. I told her the receipt clearly reads ' We will repair, exchange or refund faulty goods' the staff member then went on to say that they cannot send them to Nike as footlocker is a american company. Absolutely disgraceful. So happy these clowns shut down. Terrible customer service, terrible product and they don't even have the courtesy to update their website advising the public that they are closed. As the great Sade says " they are ponys"

Never buy from footlocker, bought a Adidas shoe from Hobart store, started having pain in my toes went back to exchange it for bigger size they refused without even listen the issues. Hobart store already have many issues and the manager is very rude as she knows footlocker doesn’t care and nothing will happen to her even if we complain. The worst service ever received in Australia. Many people have given reviews about hobart store but it seems no one looks to the reviews from their company. Please buy from brand websites do not buy from 3rd party stores they are thieves.

Customer Service is not what you expect, when buying they behave differently, but if you come back with the product with fault they refuse to refund, exchange or anything. I bought a pair of Nike shoes for 179$, there was a manufacturing defect in the shoes I took it back to the store within 5 days, but they refuse to anything about it, the manager didn't even looked at it and said you have a problem in your foot, they didn't even heard me properly, I feel ripped off, definitely not recommend this store, buy online or choose other shops.

Review is for the Hobart store NOT footlocker as a whole.. Been waiting over a week and still no shoes. Hobart is 2 1/2 hours drive from Launceston... so I'm not sure why it takes 8 days or longer to get a parcel sent to Launceston.. bought something on the gold coast on the same day as the shoes.. had it in Launceston withen 2 days... So what are you even doing down there?? Friendly staff but ridiculous wait times. 11 days now still no shoes... Worst footlocker outlet ever.

I brought a pair of nike air 270's a month ago for my daughter only for the bubble to pop in the shoe at school on friday at no fault of her own she was running around. I went in today to take the shoes back and was told the store manager had refused to let me exchange for another pair or store credit, i had my little girl walk out of the store crying she was so upset never ever will i buy another pair of shoes from Hobart footlocker again!!!! Not happy at all.

I shop at Footlocker Hobart because I always receive flawless service that feels personalised: The staff make you feel like more of a friend than just a customer, and they always take interest in what you are purchasing and what’s brought you in store. Went in to purchase some back to school shoes for the kids, Lachie was available to help and although it was packed with people everywhere I'd say Lachie was patient enough to atleast go back approx 10 times for 10 different pair of shoes for different sizes. He was fantastic and would not hesitate to use him for as long as he works there. Great asset to the team of Foot locker!

I bought a Nike shoes $ 160 named Nike zoom when I wore it I feel uncomfortable so after a couple of hours it caused great pain and some injury on my foot.I went back to the store they just refused to do anything for me no refund no change. A lots of thing I bought there but now I will never visit foot locker again. It means that you loose a valuable customer.

went in with intent of buying shoes, but all the workers were standing around chatting to each other (abt 4 other customers in the store), i spent abit of time looking around but then found a pair of shoes i liked, then stood there expecting (wrongly) that one of them would offer to assist me. they did not. very disappointed.

Very helpful staff. You can but from what’s in store and if you change your mind later on and want to return you can get your money back, change for another item in store or even get some items that are not there but you can see the on the store website. Clean, easy to browse, decent variety, good location

Do yourself a favour and go to another shoe store in Hobart. Poor customer service with an arrogant attitude, in addition to poor fitment advice. When asked to speak with the manager, he was too "busy" out the back and didn't have time to attempt to resolve the issue.

Despite their location and clientele, i was amazed to see the sign on the front window with 'STRICTLY NO ESHAYS' displayed prominently. I found this very odd, particularly as the mannequin at the front (pictured) stabbed me when i refused to give him a cigarette.

Staff were helpful and very kind, allowed me to have a quick and pleasant shop with them, make sure that this is one place you visit if you ever need great customer service and excellent products, nothing but smiles and lovely workers! …

Unlike some of the nearby shoe shops that I visited today (and got no joy) Foot Locker had plenty of staff available to help - as well as a good range to choose from. The young woman who served me was very friendly and helpful. Thank you!

I bought 2 pairs of shoes here, Nike and Asics. They are fantastic, so cool and comfortable. The customer service is second to none. I loved my experience and highly recommend this store. Its excellent.

Had no sizes in 3 or 4 shoes above size 11. Found nothing in size 14. Had none to little sweater. Hoody. Track pants. And any other clothing was minimal.

Decent range of shoes but one of the male staff there is really arrogant and should probably get training in how to serve customers politely …

Really good except when I went to get my tns we had to order them because they didn’t have many sizes left but that was ok because it came fast.

I am giving 4 stars because of the staff member Lache, he was very friendly and helpful in assisting us, made sure that we are looked after.
