Took my 2yo toddler and baby (in pram) in to get a new pair of shoes for the 2yo, as he had grown out of the pair we had also purchased here. As soon as we walked in Torin greeted us and asked if we needed assistance. I explained why we were there and we walked to the kids shoe section, where he immediately began interacting with my 2yo (who is usually quite shy) and my son began showing Torin his cars, which Torin responded to with enthusiasm. Torin was incredibly patient and interactive with my 2yo as we allowed my him to pick out a new pair of shoes. He brought out the options they had in his size and waited while he tried on multiple pairs. When we had made our choice he brought the EFTPOS machine down the stairs for us (as he acknowledged, without my saying anything that I wouldn’t want to leave my baby in the pram). Very very impressed by the customer service we received and will be back again when my son inevitably grows out of this pair! Thank you, Torin!

Aweosme range, pricing is reasonable. After going in to all the local shoe shops spending hours looking, I went in to the running edge and had an absolutely incredible experience dealing with Ruby, I was hugely pressed for time. However within about 15 minutes I knew more about what I needed and what was going to be suitable for me. on top of this Ruby was able to share some really valuable information on shoes I brought else where as well! She zipped around the shop showing me different options to try on and humored my lack of knowledge explaining everything in ways that were relatable to what I needed the shoe for. I know where my first stop will be next time I need new runners! Thanks Ruby & the running edge!

Gave the business a 5 star review a year ago when I moved to Hobart. Since then I have purchased 4 full priced shoes from them. Each time the customer service declining. The last 4 times I have been in the customer service has been atrocious, many errors on their behalf but one is claiming they do not have stock of the shoe I want, and not giving any other solution. Not even giving another shoe that could help me out? Very confused by the their service (or lack there of). All I want to do is support the local business’ or Hobart and they are making that too hard.

My grandson visited yesterday (18 Sep) to buy a new Nike cap from his lawn mowing earnings. He cycled there on my eBike. Instead of leaving the eBike outside he asked the shop staffer if he could bring the ebike in. The staffer was very welcoming and was very happy to have the eBike inside, ensuring it would be more secure. My grandson had a wonderful shopping experience and came home with a great cap. I’m very impressed and will be sure to visit again soon.

Could not fault the service my husband and I received yesterday when we visited the store to get new shoes. The sales assistant, I didn't get his name unfortunately, was very attentive and very knowledgeable. We both have issues with our ankles and he was able to fit us with shoes that were both supportive and comfortable. Thank you

Ordered my new shoes online...they were $20 cheaper than anywhere else! Free delivery and when they arrived, there was a free Nike drink bottle and lollypop included! Really nice touch. I will be buying my whole family's shoes from here from now on. Thank you Running Edge!

Really good advice, fit and service! Friendly! Great range in store with all the sizes and half sizes available. This is the kind of service that makes it worthwhile still going to a bricks and mortar store rather than buying online! Definitely recommend!
