We shopped around online and chose the Nordic treadmill from rebel. We went into the store, had to track someone down for assistance only to be told we could only purchase online to get free delivery. So actually turned away a customer with two grand in hand, when they were in stock at the warehouse in Mornington. Luckily for you we still assumed it would come from there or we would have purchased another treadmill online elsewhere. We were then told it would be two to three weeks and we could track our purchase. What a joke. I tracked it every day until the night before a deliver was attempted to see it was still in Melbourne. We did not received the promised text to advise us of impending delivery, we got a note in our letterbox. My husband was out walking the dogs and missed them by 5 minutes. They clearly did not even go to the door, where they normally leave delivery notes because I didn’t answer the phone call they made to my mobile. I was expecting a text, as promised, and couldn’t take the call as I was on another call at work. We then called them to be told they weren’t sure when it could be delivered as it was a two man job. My husband called them yesterday morning to again check on delivery status (at 1100) to be told the two man team had not left yet. It mattered not as they sent it out with a solo driver. Yes a 120kg box with one driver. Neither the driver or my husband were impressed. My husband already had back injuries but was left no choice but to help the driver carry it inside. I can guarantee you will see this review on Google reviews too and anywhere else I can post it. Your service and customer care is a joke. What smart business person turns away a customer with cash? Oh big businesses like yourselves who just don’t care, that’s who. Still in shock at this whole debacle.

Actually I am not fond of giving google reviews but this time i had to share …worst customer service…very rude ..sorry but no sorry ..its totally unacceptable ..When you misguide customer, at least you need to apologies but i was shocked seeing your reaction ..when customer approach you with proof how can you deny ..Anyways, it not my intention to make u guys bad but you gyz need to change your attitude …XOXO..peace

staff were very helpful dispite a computer glitch and my very excited and talkitive 7 year old. the staff member I dealt with was very friendly, helpful and professional and she helped size my daughter for shoes, helped her pick a pair of shoes, signed me up as a member and did the sale. over all lovely experience and will be back

Always impressed with the products and range available here. Anytime I have ordered online, Rebel Rosny dispatch either the same day or next business day. Even during COVID-19 with the restrictions and delays we faced, my goods were delivered within a week. My last order was received within 2 business days. Very impressive!

It was quite busy in footwear when I visited, but the young man in the department acknowledged everyone and was quick, helpful and cheerful. He had me in what I was after very efficiently, and I was soon at the counter and greeted by another happy staff member. A very positive experience for a reluctant shopper!

Great service, staff member was very knowledgeable about running shoes. Clean and tidy shop. I came out with an awesome pair of running shoes that were actually cushioned and comfortable. Unlike another sport shop where I bought a pair of Nike's that hurt my feet...brand new and lol lucky my puppy chewed them!!

Bad experience! Waited for 10minutes, no assistance in footwear section inspite of asking for it. Only one bloke was very helpful who was busy serving other customers. The girls only seemed interested in closing for the day. I have visited many Rebel stores and this was a first instance of terrible service

I rang to see if Rebel they had a Carlton hoodie in store, the lovely lady I spoke to put aside the top I had asked for and another top as well so when I went into store I had 2 to choose from, I was stoked as I would not have seen the other top which I bought, so a big thank you one very happy customer

Worst customer service EVERRRRR!!! There were three girls and none of them were helpful at all and also had disgusting attitude when you asked for help. Please teach your staffs some basic customer service manners. Would never ever visit nor recommend anyone to go here.

Customer service is second to none. My 8yo daughter asked for "pretty" shoes and the CSA (Lucas) delivered. He managed to do just that calmly, professionally and with ease... which when you're dealing with a fashionista of an 8yo, isn't always easy.

Bought shoes from this shop. Got good brand, good price. The staff was very helpful and gave us some tips on choosing the correct size. Very pleased and for sure this will be one of our destination when we need to buy sport apparels.

Store is a mess. No order and clothes and shoes everywhere. Very difficult to navigate through the store as there isn't much room to move around racks of stock and other customers. Was a lot easier to just exit, and buy stuff online.

Returned a pair of Nike's, 5 days old that were faulty. I never had my receipt but did have a screenshot of my bank ap showing the purchase. The girls happily exchanged the item without any fuss. Thanks heaps. Great service.

Sad we have only one Rebel store. I'm used to buying my shoes and clothes there. Also, I must mention the outstanding customer service I got in my last experience. Lucas was an example of a perfect CS. He is a 5 stars staff.

Came in for shoes, and the customer service was outstanding. Really nice, listened and didnt make us feel rushed despite lots of deliberating. I believe the person who served us is named Joe, and he was very helpful.

sorry I chose this store as I wanted a walking shoe but was sold a running shoe that was all wrong for me. $200 down the toilet. :-( my advice is go to a more specialist store . I regret not doing that

Sept 2022: Rebel still going strong. Just need to move forward and stock shorter men's shorts anything longer than five inches is no longer cool or comfortable. More 5", 4" and 3" options please

Happily received a refund for Christmas presents which did not fit properly. Very few changerooms resulted in a frustrating wait. Overall, good variety and found what we needed in the right size.

Three staff in the whole store on a busy weekday, shoes strewn everywhere and impossible to get assistance. Went to a smaller business and paid more but got great service.

These guys are consistently solid. There is a core group of long serving staff there that you can trust. Go there long enough as a regular and you'll soon work that out.

Tried to get help with shoes for over 20 minutes, staff just ignored and avoided me, absolutely disgusting service! Will only use Athletes Foot now. Just lost >$200.
