I shopped at the cranbourne location to find my first 'going out' outfit since becoming a mum. I am 4 months post partum and to find an outfit I liked and that fit me was nothing short of a horrible venture! The woman who served me (I am assuming it was the store manager) was absolutely incredible. She was patient, caring, understanding and humorous! She helped me find 3 outfits I loved and that complimented my new mum bod! I am so thankful for this worker and I will absolutely be a loyal customer now just because of her.

Nice store, great customer service. The clothes are nice but a bit expensive for the quality of the product. Personally, I'd rather buy other brands that are better quality if I am spending the money. The location is good, right near the escalators. Dresses are nice and stylish. But workwear and coats are usually difficult to find ones that fit properly (i am size 10-12) as they are either too long or short or wide or tight.

Review is not for the store but product. Worse worse worse pant I have ever been worn .. bought 2 pants petite $99.99 each. First wash and started get little balls . Don’t buy any work pants from forever new waste of money.. Just attached the worse quality below after first wash

I visit this shop today with my wife. I am very impressed with the way they kept the shop. Front to end shop was looking sparkling. Everything was clean and clothes were kept properly in the shop. Highly recommended

The clothes are nice but the lady at the register makes it feel like it’s a burden to deal with you.
