Sally was absolutely amazing. I had rung early in the day to see if Fresh Fresh Flowers could facilitate a delivery that I was concerned would be out of their area, around 30km's away. Sally say it wasn't a problem at all and the fee was perfectly reasonable. I asked if at the same time they could deliver a bag with a gift in it, again Sally said that it would not be a problem at all. Regrettably I got caught up at work and did not get in to Fresh Fresh until later than originally planned at which stage the delivery driver had finished for the day. Sally could obviously sense how desperately I wanted to get the flowers and the gift to it's recipient, but I could not deliver it myself as I had to return to work. Sally was amazing, she showed a level of empathy that we could all learn a lesson from, in order to help me she rang the delivery driver to see if he would do an additional delivery, when he couldn't she rang a staff member who had just left and asked the same question, unfortunately she could not do it either, she even went to the lengths of ringing her own son! When he was unable to help out she offered to, on her own time, do it herself after she finished work. If that is not brilliant service I don't know what is, but more importantly it showed what a beautiful person Sally is, she had no reason to go above and beyond, her gesture was one of pure kindness. Thank you Sally, I will definitely be back in and I will remember what you did for me and I will to pay it forward.

Good local florist. Not a huge selection, but good quality & interesting range and very friendly & quick service. My *only* complaint if any is not with the shop itself but that they do sometimes leave their van in a no standing zone (between 9am and 4pm it's a loading zone but is a no standing zone outside those hours) along Thomas St near the intersection of Thomas & Centre Rd between 8:30am and 9am in the morning. This can cause a build up along Thomas St (sometimes all the way up to Huntley Rd) due to cars getting stuck as other cars are trying to turn right into Centre Rd - making the morning run to school a little tricky - forcing mums in their gigantic 4wds to shoot up the residential side streets to get the kids to school in time. It would be appreciated if at these times the truck could be parked on the other side of the road - it would make a huge difference.

Absolutely gorgeous put a smile on your dial just talking to the lovely staff (Kylie) I could hear her smile through the phone :) was such a nice experience. My daughter is in the BIG smoke have her first operation with out anyone being able to be with her :( the world is becoming a scary place, but with such beautiful flowers by her side it makes her feel like mum is near. The flowers are beautiful and fresh I know they will last the whole time she is away from home, and I think they look so good they may even make it home for a good week more :) Thank you again for easing my mind knowing you would get those pretty flowers they before she woke up. Been going here for about a year now and usually find the Flowers overpriced but generally happy with the service but I just can't believe how rude the lady was today. Not sure if she's having a bad day or has no customer service training. I simply wanted to know if I bought flowers now but put them in water 2 hours from now, would that be ok and will I still be able to get them wrapped nicely. First she just gave me a look as if I'm crazy, then she asked me to bring the flowers in and then she abruptl yelled "just wait ok" when I was asking a question. Her entire demeanor was as if I'm asking her to do a huge favour. Just rude. Not the attitude one wants to experience when buying beautiful flowers. Hope I'm able to find a better florist nearby.

I don’t know how this place gets rave reviews. I’ve been burned twice now. First time I asked to have a boxed arrangement put together for a birthday gift. It cost me $120 and I was incredibly disappointed. The florist had no artistic talented whatsoever and it was a very ordinary looking arrangement. The worst part was they only lasted 3 days. As the gift giver I was mortified. The second time my partner went to buy flowers for me and unfortunately stopped here not knowing my previous bad experience. He was sold a boxed arrangement with hideous KALE VEGETABLE flowers in it and 4 actual real flower stems - the rest was greenery. Awful you take advantage of a customer’s ignorance to sell them utter rubbish.

I am by no means a flower aficionado and so when I was dealt the task of choosing flowers to give to someone as a thank-you, I felt quite inept. However, I saw many fresh and many beautiful bouquets of flowers as I ventured inside this quaint store. In all of 10 seconds I was greeted by a very warm and friendly lady who worked there and with my budget she gave me great suggestions and I was able to purchase white oriental lily's that the recipient really loved! It all took a matter of minutes and the staff were very professional and the final wrapped bouquet looked amazing. Highly recommend this store to anyone who needs some high quality flowers for a high quality friend or loved one.

Fresh Fresh Flowers is the best florist this side of the back stump. I have lived in the area for 4 years or so and ever since I received a housewarming gift of a huge long vase with an amazing white orchid stem in it, I've been hooked on the place. Part of my job involves me sending flowers for myriad reasons. FFF have never let me down despite my esoteric requests (I'm an ex-florist so tend to have a lot to say about what I want) and far flung places requiring a delviery. Hands down, the best. Full stop.

Bought a bouquet of flowers for over $120. The main ones didn't bloom and went brown within a week . Was offered just a replacement of the main 4 Lillies that didn’t bloom as they were apparently cut too early from the farm. These were supposed to be delivered that week. Still haven’t had replacement and rest of flowers have obviously died after another week of waiting . Wasn’t offered a replacement bouquet Pretty useless having 4 flowers in a vase . Have bought here for 15 years but won’t again .

What a wonderful service Fresh Fresh Flowers offers. Apart from their flowers being absolutely beautiful, their delivery man just went over and above for me. I had sent flowers to my friend in hospital and not only did I have her surname wrong, she had been discharged. The wonderful delivery man waited while I dithered around finding out the correct information and has delivered the flowers to her home before she even arrived plus sent me a photo. I live in Perth and my Mum lives in Melbourne. FFF are the only florists I used to send flowers for my Mum. Their arrangements are just beautiful, and the staff are always friendly and helpful. I loved using them when I lived in Melbourne, but now that I’m in Perth and can’t always celebrate special days with my Mum, I rely on FFF to show my Mum how much I care for her through their flowers. I have never been disappointed with their arrangements and my Mum loves them too.
