Horrible experience. Workers are so rude for no reason. I go in to collect my Game card, I go to the front desk to ask where I should go, the lady at the front desk looked like she really did not want to work. I should’ve just found the card collections desk on my own. Go to card collections, the lady there tells me the lady who issues cards will only be back in an hour as she’s on lunch (mind you it’s only one person who issues cards) I come back after an hour and ask again. The lady at the counter shrugs her shoulders. They start talking amongst themselves saying she went MIA then all of a sudden the lady who issues cards left to go home early. The other then says go I must go to Builders. I already took an hour out of my day to wait for this lady. I am not going to damn builders, long story short. I am still sitting without my card. I’ll rather use another Game if this is the service your workers provide.

Terrible service. Had to wait ages at the "express" till for the cashier to go and check a price for one of the other customers which held up the entire line. Only ONE express till was open at this busy time of the year which is unacceptable. I bought 1 single item and the cashier never even had change in her till to give me, and then walked at the pace of a tortoise to go and fetch change for me. This is the most significant display of mismanagement I have ever witnessed in my entire life. The manager should be fired and replaced immediately because they are clearly totally incompetent and incapable of managing a store. I certainly won't ever be returning to this store again.

Today I received the worst customer service at the furniture department. I spend 40 minutes waiting for service and when I asked another employee for help she took me to the person working in the department. She told him to assist me but he just stood there and he was flipping through the adds as if he was uninterested in assisting. She told him to concentrate on me and my fiance but he did not want to. I ended up walking out without making my purchase and took my business elsewhere. I previously had good experiences here and now because of this will think twice before entering this game.

Bought a Russell Hobbs microwave from The Game store in The Glen shopping center in July last week in August it decides not to warm food up took it back on the 1.9.2022 to get sorted out Get an sms last night saying my microwave is back at Game The Glen shopping center ready for my collection go pick it up today get home plug it in surprise surprise it still does not warm my food up so now it's pack it all up again drive back to Game The Glen and probably wait 21 more days TOTALLY PATHETIC No wonder there stores are closing all over the show

I went to the glen game today 29/12/2023. To buy a universal remote. I wasnt sure which one would be best so i took the remote to the guy who had no name badge. I asked “ is this fine for Hisense”? His responses was “Thats what it says on it “ with the rudest of tones. I said i know what it says i just wanted to make sure i have the correct thing. He said “ Yes hence im answering u and saying it says For all Hisense TV’s. Wouldn’t go to the glen game even if someone paid me.

Absolutely poor service... The staff including management has absolutely no customer centric in them as if the customer is doing them a favor by walking into the store... IT IS WHAT IT IS, when management of a store has a don't care attitude towards customers... For the brand name "Game" which has being around for as long as I can remember, I am utterly disappointed... Question stands will I ever walk into another Game store again....???

Overall experience of visiting the specific store was amazing the employees were extremely helpful and polite and everything you need under One Roof is found in this place from kitchen appliances to utensils to groceries everything is available to you including televisions microwaves cell phones camping gear gardening stuff washing machines and a whole lot of other things totally suggest visiting this store for all day-to-day needs

Worst service ever :-( What an effort to be served there first of all. Bought and paid for a fridge last week Wednesday and was told there were 8 in stock at the warehouse and that it would be delivered in 7 days. I called today and was told there is no stock and i can expect delivery on the 16th. Totally unacceptable. Game your service stinks!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I went there on 14th just before they closed and Dey Guy on de Bicycle side helped us with such energy & smile as if we were de 1st Customers to come in. He was so helpful & gave useful advice making it easier for us to make the right choice and as results we got 2 perfect Bicycles. He is definitely a Keeper considering that he was relieving a colleague who was off that Sunday. ThankU.

I have been calling Game from 9a.m spoke to Linda, he asked me to call back at 13:00, called at 13:00 I was on the on the line for 5 min lady asked me to call again Linda not available. Wasn't he supposed to call back when available cause I spoke to him regarding Laptop that I have laybe it in March. This is pathetic service!! Dissappointed before I have even received the laptop.

I went to Game The Glen today to purchase some gym equipment...I asked one of the staff members if they could please so me the actual package of the equipment I want to purchase as I want to know if it wil fit in my car.....the response I got was "aaaaaa its all the way at the back" this is horrible service towards a client. I wil never recommend Game the glen to anyone.

Things have changed since the lockdown began. However, it is our new normal to patiently wait in the long queues to get our essential goods and services. I liked how game is taking extreme precautions on hygiene. At the tills, the cashiers sanitise the POS before you insert your card and type your pin. It was something I noticed different from many other stores.

Bought a chest freezer on 17 March and was promised delivery on 18 March.it is now the 20th and still not arrived. Julian does not bother phoning to keep me informed either. It seems once the sale is concluded there is just no interest. This is the 3rd bad experience at Game the Glen.will never support them again.

Not a good day to be at the glen the whole place was virtually shut down due to load shedding. Those shops with generators were open for business but very few people stayed long enough. Very depressing. The car parks were empty.game was one of the few shops open. Clicks threw every one out and went into lock down

Was not worth going there. Should have rather gone to the shop where a special was advertized. After waiting for a long time for supervisor to overide (match)the price, Game just gave me R4 off. The centre parking was R7! Management non involvement seem to be the problem at this store.

Good prices but often do not stick the products I am looking for. Also it's very slow to get assistance and often when there is furniture on display, they don't have the items available. It's good for a bargain as long as the product you're looking for is actually available.

I didn't like the attitude I have got to the manager. My heater was not working & I bought it from Rosebank . He told me that next time I have to go where I bought it whereas I called first to the Game at Rosebank they told me that I can use any Game that is nearer to me

Allot of parking, family friendly, wide veriety, good products and reasonable prices. From electronics to cleaning stuff and stationary, jewelery , gym equipment and much more. Very convenient to shop and friendly helpful staff, quick service.

I know they were busy with renovations at the store but that does not give staff the right to downright ignore you (looked right at me and just ignored me)while you standing in front of them to enquire about something! I just walked right out

How disappointed I was now. Was just about to purchase a patio set and was told that each item delivered would cost me R50 each, that the table which I can understand and each of the six chairs plus R252, so R552 to deliver 3km. Sick!

The item that was purchased had missing parts. Exchanging item, although successful, was very tedious. Requiring me to travel around the shop to various areas to complete the transaction. I feel that the staff could have stepped in.

If you want to buy a bicycle for your son go somewhere else. The sales person is very impatient. He doesn't want to waste your time by answering your questions or sell anything for that matter.

I feel the store could improve by adding a dairy section as what is in the other Game Stores Nationwide. Come on Game, revamp this space! Otherwise you have Great staff who are very helpful !
